Although it will take me some time to heal I felt better after just one visit. Not to mention my doctor is very easy on the eyes. Exceptional doctors Clean uplifting and bright clinic with plenty of smiles! Accurate treatment , atlas orthogonal is the safest chiropractic treatment I have ever experienced by far, my favorite chiropractic clinic in Alaska! Dr young and dr pairmore are professional and the best! Definitely recommend for sensitive patients!

Started coming here bc my little brother was hired as a massage therapist back in 2018. I'm very picky when it comes to people cracking my body so before P&Y I only went to one doc in AZ. It's now 2022 and I still come here, I love the front desk staff and the Dr. English's are witch doctors with chiro care (in a good way lol). I heard a lot is going to change w P&Y but I hope it's nothing too crazy bc i really do enjoy going to my appointments!

Although I had gone several years with no treatments, because I fell on the ice my neck clearly needed some adjustments. The intake staff was considerate to limit the diagnostic items which were not covered by my new insurance while still giving Dr Chris the info that he needed to develop a treatment plan. Not only did he begin treatment of the new injuries, but he also addressed areas which had not been treated before. Even more importantly, he pointed out a couple of areas where due to the unique geometry of my spine, adjustments should not be attempted at all. As my recent injuries have been healing, he has been recommending less frequent visits until now I am down to just "maintenance" type adjustments. Thank you, Dr. Chris

He’s been professional, personable, knowledgeable, and the bottom line is that his care has made an incredibly positive impact on my beck. I have been seeing Dr. Ortiz for the last few weeks for adjustments. He and the staff are very informative, pleasant and welcoming. I have been receiving chiropractic care for decades and due to the doctor not-masking in the pandemic, I left my previous chiropractor. I was in need and a friend referred me to Pairmore and Young Synergy Chiropractic. I have never received such a thorough intake appointment. Once I started treatment, the comprehensiveness and compassion of the doctors was impressive. I really appreciate the different modalities they can use to help me. Now that I have had multiple spinal fusions many normal chiropractic techniques can't be used on my body. I am back to hiking, biking and even downhill skiing! I am THRILLED with the compassionate care I receive at Pairmore and Young Synergy Chiropractic.

Pairmore and Young Synergy Chiropractic is a great place to seek help with any of your Chiropractic needs. I am so impressed with the staff there. They knew me by sight on my second visit and greeted me by name! That made me feel wonderful! The initial exam was thorough and complete. There is very little waiting involved with a visit. If they give you an appointment at 3:00 - you will be seen at 3:00! And I have had great relief from pain - and so quickly! Great, great practice. I highly recommend it to anyone!

Dr. Young is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and has an extremely good bedside manner! It is rare to find these days. He performed a full exam on me as he instructed his assistant on his findings concurrently. He explained his differential diagnosis and prognosis. I felt like I was speaking to an old trusted friend. They have cray and massage therapy onsite. Staff is personable and efficient. What a very pleasant experience for my initial consultation. Great experience. Didn't "Crack" my back..but rather used some really cool treatments that are really helping. There is one machine that stretches you and helps relieve the compression on your spine. They seem to have a different approach to chiropractic then most other practices I've ever been to. I know they also offer massages, I haven't tried them but I've heard from others that they are awesome!

Always helpful and friendly. The chiropractic modalities they use are new, not the old-age bone cracking. Especially helpful for me is the Atlas Orthogonal because my hips are out of alignment, causing one leg to be shorter than the other. I went in with a clavicle break after an accident and a back that I knew something was wrong and they went to work and located many things and the game plan went into action. Once I went there to get readjusted because it had been a while since my last visit. After being readjusted I went home to realize that my back hurt even more than before the visit. The next day I called first thing in the morning to see if a chiropractor could address the situation. Though my chiropractor was not available, another experienced chiropractor was able to try a few different possible solutions to a problem. I love how I was able to do a walk-in appointment with the chiropractor that I don't usually see. He took time, listen to my problem, and really tried to do the best he could to relieve my pain. After 20 minutes and a few new tactics, I could bend over without any pain and I was able to drive home with a smile on my face. I really appreciate the sincerity and special care that was given to me even by a doctor that I had not seen before. I've been going to this chiropractor for about 8 years. They will continue to have my support!

I've been going to Pairmore & Young for about a month. I went because a friend recommended it. Honestly I was skeptical, but I have to admit it's starting to help. Dr. Jerz was very clear about what she hoped to accomplish and told me that it wasn't going to happen right a way. In the last month I've noticed my pain decrease, I'm able to do more and I'm not reaching for the Tylenol, ice, and heat everytime I finish a chore like I was. That had changed my skepticism into hope. I recommend that if your having pain that you give Pairmore and Young a try, they have proven to me they will be right up front with what they can and can't help your with.

The atlas orthagonal approach has truly changed both my body, and my life. I've had at least a dozen traditional chiropractors, many of which helped, but all required frequent visits and treatments were short-lived and even painful. At Pairmore, it was discovered that my atlas was completely askew, explaining why nothing ever held after adjustments, lending to the frequency of visits. Paired with massage therapy, my body has responded in an incredible way, and I am able to go months without adjustments. The staff is also really professional, kind and knowledgeable. Note: I am a former professional classical ballet dancer, competitive mountain bike racer and triathlete, skier, whitewater paddler and on and on. I was a complete wreck when I came to Pairmore and am now a firm believer in the atlas orthagonal approach. I do NOT have to be adjusted regularly (multiple times a week) for the rest of my life like most all of my other chiropractors claimed.

Dr. Young is my father-in-law, so I might be a little biased, but 2 weeks ago I twisted the wrong way while throwing a football and messed up my back pretty bad. The next week I travelled to the lower 48, and then I returned to participate in a 3-day meeting with a lot of sitting, which took me over the edge and made my pain around a 7 out of 10. I would be fine in most positions, but then I would feel a sharp intense pain in the middle of my back when I got in certain positions, for example: bending over while kneeling to give my kids a bath. Dr. Young adjusted my back and now I feel great!! Plus he’s a really good father! I recommend Paramore and Young to everyone who is dealing with neck and back pain.

My mother had a terrible headache for several month. We tried everything--hospitalization with morphine drips, CT scans, multiple visits to neurologists and other specialists--and nothing helped until we went to Pairmore and Young's. They did an x-ray that determined that her neck was so misaligned that blood and spinal fluid weren't reaching her brain. They came up with a treatment plan and she improved immediately and dramatically. It's not exaggeration to say that they saved my mother's life. I recommend them very highly to anyone, and I only wish we had found them even sooner.
