Chellene is very professional and welcoming, while Dr.Baron is very understanding of what is i am saying as a patient. He is a Doctor who listen to what the patient needs and provide those. He also provides you all the information that you need and he will be performing before applying it to you.

Zach gives the best massages in town. I walk in an anxious stiff scarecrow and leave as one of those squishy kittens that has been deactivated due to being picked up by the scruff. Having hunted for a year and a half for someone that possesses the right skills and accepts insurance, I am quite thankful to have found this LMT. After trying at least a dozen therapists that have ranged from so-so to hilariously terrible in a lack of ability to connect to their patient's body, I was ready to give up and assume Anchorage didn't have anyone that knew what they were doing. Zach is in tune with my neck strain/postural issues from sedentary computer based work and can also address athletic based/overuse/underuse issues. He is one of the rare folks that will give you a whole hour instead of the standard 50 minutes. Those ten minutes mean a lot to me. The other staff at this office have always been friendly, although I cannot speak to the chiropractic services here, as I come for massage only. *Insert several thankful prayer hands emojis.* If my insurance covered more visits, I would be here once a week to get a more frequent mental adjustment.

For lack of a better phrase, I was in a real pinch today. My neck was out, but my chiropractor is not open on the weekends. I couldn’t find any temporary aid with at home remedies and couldn’t bare to wait another day. Arctic Chiropractic on Dimond and Jewel Lake was available with a same day appointment. I felt very cared for from the moment I walked in. I cannot thank that staff enough for the relief they provided me today.

They didn't accept either of my two insurances. However they still offered to... work with me on the price, and I never quite found out what that meant because I ended up going to OPA for the actual surgery. Prices fair and on point for a surgery of that magnitude from what I have researched. However when I went to the place I actually went for the surgery. I heard some not great things about the cleanliness at Arctic Chiropractic but I can't speak to that personally. Nice people come out great atmosphere and for the treatment I did get their competent and nice physicians.

Dr. Baron is wonderful! It is very evident that he cares about his patients. He takes the time to find out your issues. He is young and not a traditional chiropractor. Many times when I go in I don't need an adjustment, but other body work which he does manually instead of pulling out the little gadget machines that so many chiropractors use right away, without really getting to know what your body really needs. His staff is helpful, friendly and professional. If you've ever had a bad experience with a chiropractor, but want to give them one more chance, call Dr. Baron. You won't be disappointed.

The staff is friendly and welcoming! Always greeted with a smile and friendly Hello!! I get a massage every few weeks and always enjoy the conversation if I feel or the quietness as I relax. Never pressured to talk. The relief I feel from the massage has me ready to run a marathon! Dr. Baron is the BEST!! Two years ago Dr. Baron diagnosed me with Ankylosing Spondylitis and treats me weekly according to this diagnosis, as I have other issues as well. A few weeks ago I went in for my adjustment and mentioned I had walked too much recently and stressed my ankle. Dr. Baron was kind enough to take a moment and look at my ankle and determined it was ok, just stressed. Today's visit Dr. Baron took the time to show me an exercise I could do at home or work to help me on my way to feeling better. Always a great experience, great people and always walk out feeling better!!

Few months ago & also last year, I've visited both Dr. Reed & had an alignment didn't hurt or had any complaints after visiting them. Been here multiple times, was referred by a relative & never looked else where after that. I just recommended a co-worker to come over & see Dr. Reeds & to say hi to tank for me. Also receptionist does put a smile on me, very respectful & excellent customer service. Fathers Day weekend I'll surely need to schedule up for my next realignment.

All the massage therapists really go above and beyond to provide deep, releasing, therapeutic work, it's not like a bland spa experience, they clearly know how to improve movement and mobility, as well as release tension!

Today I visited Arctic Chiropractic South Anchorage for the first time! I was a new patient and I arrived 30 min late because I did not get to leave work on time and I had no issues once I got there!! I have been having back issues since I was very young and lately the constant ache has become unbearable. I am fairly new to the area and did not have any clue where to go, luckily I was referred to Dr. Jennifer Reed by my boss! I am so glad that I decided to make an appointment, I couldn't be more satisfied. For the last 10 years I have seen many different kinds of doctors for many reasons and Dr.Reed was the first to take the time to actually get my full background to try to find a real diagnosis for my ongoing health issues. In the past all of my test results have come back normal but the pain and discomfort I feel constantly tells me otherwise! She took extra time to get to know me and my previous health history to properly treat me. She also showed me stretches to do at home to help give me relief daily! I honestly can't say enough good about the staff here. The adjustment she did gave me instant relief and I look forward to my next treatment! I also had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Hawkins! These two are extremely genuine and personable and I will refer everyone I know! I do apologize as I do not remember the office managers name but she was great as well. She was very sweet and eager to get me scheduled as soon as possible when I spoke with her on the phone yesterday and when I called today to say that I would be late!! Such a great TEAM! You will not be disappointed! Thanks Again Dr. Reed :) because of you I can enjoy my weekend!!

Great place, calm environment, great staff, free water and coffee. I had a very good experience at Arctic chiropractic. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with back, wrist, breathing problems or headaches. Even to just get a massage this is the place. They have cupons and they have deals. Stop by at one of there many locations around anchorage.

I started going in November to fix an old neck injury, but got in a car accident a month later and they have been my helping hand over the last couple of months. I feel better then I have in years! Dr. Ingersoll has been kind and effective, answering all my questions and giving me honest feedback to help me heal quickly. Dr. Reed has provided me excellent treatments in relieving muscular & skeletal discomforts caused from every day activities as well as from heavy weight training at the gym. Lets not exclude the fact I am in the over 60 age group as well. She has been extremely helpful providing stretches that assist the muscular problems. Dr. Reed cares about your issues and works toward finding resolutions for relief with the goal ultimately to assist you in regaining a pain free quality of life. Having used chiropractic services the last 40 yrs as well as having a good understanding of cause, effect and treatments in dealing with previous back injuries I will continue with Dr. Reed even though the clinic is not part of my Health insurance network. I stay with individuals I feel genuinely care and that I trust.
