Nolan TolsonQuality repairs for a fair price. I live in Salina and called multiple places in Wichita and Salina. No one was willing to repair my broken glass back on my pixel 6 pro. Only Phone Repair Shop and one other would do it. Phone Repair Shop fixed it at half the cost of their competition.
Very friendly, helpful, and fair costs highly recommend.
Kiara WI came in last week to do a data transfer from my old phone to my new one. My old phone’s screen was shattered and completely black when turned on, so they put on a new screen to do the transfer, then put back the old one when done! The alternative was fixing my old phone completely so I’m so happy I didn’t have to! It was simple, cheap, and the customer service I received was SO helpful and friendly! The woman helping me was absolutely lovely and I really enjoyed our conversations. I would recommend this place to anyone, and will be coming back should I have any other phone issues. 10/10 experience.
Charles FranklinAhmed and Hazza were really nice and professional. My phone was not charging properly. They took a look @ my iPhone 11 Pro Max and found the charging port just needed to be cleaned. They kindly cleaned it out. The place is clean and they sit right up front and do the repairs so you know no shady business is going on. Highly recommend.

Walking CircusSuper quick and perfect service. You call anyone other than here, and they want to schedule you out and order parts. We have used Phone Repair Shop many times on both Apple and Samsung products... we call them, tell them what we need and they accommodate us every time. No scheduling out weeks in advance, no ordering parts... best part is they tell you how long it's going to take, and every time... they beat the time they say it would take. Definitely returning.

John HwangI had my Iphone 11 Pro screen replaced because it was cracked. He was very nice, quick, & skilled in putting on a new screen. When I took it home and started to use it, the screen kept freezing and I had to log off and log back on to get it working again. It would freeze every few minutes so it wasn't something I could live with.
I took it back and told him what was happening. Instead of giving me the run around like many small companies do, he replaced my screen and had me test it out at his store. He even replaced my screen protector to make sure I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend this shop. Very trustworthy company.

Precious KillsnightMy daughter broke her iphone and it wasn't looking like it could be fixed the first place barely looked at it and said it wouldn't be worth fixing, decided to try here before we gave up...he looked at it and said he would try phone was fixed within 20 mins no problems with the phone works perfect!!!!!
