In my decades of Verizon experience I have never had any luck with true customer service...until last night!! If only we could clone this woman! I cannot say enough about her. She is a huge asset to Verizon and this store. I only wish she could help with internet services too!

I went into the Marina Shores location just looking to adjust my monthly bill and data plan, Trinity H. assisted me in not only lowering my bill but also helping me upgrade the lines on my account. She was helpful, informative and had a great attitude. I will DEFINITELY be back.

I recently had to upgrade my devices and went to the Verizon off shore dr and when I got there Emily was there to greet me with a smile and help me with what I needed. She was able to show me some cool things I didn’t know I could do on my new phone while I was upgrading and made sure I understood how to properly work my device. After I was all set up she even gave me one of her business card just in case I was confused with something. All in all a great experience at Verizon.

As I entered the store, I was greeted with a warm welcoming! Taylor is the definition of what customer service should be. I came in looking to upgrade my phone and possibly change my plan. We've been so happy with Verizon the last two weeks! The travel pass is amazing. We saved $10 per phone per phon, per day. My phone started constantly rebooting as I was going to dinner with friends. As a result by the time I got to the store there was less than an hour to close. Tony waited on me and was very nice and knowledgeable. He tried a lot of things but had to do a hard reset. When you do that you lose everything! It is the last resort! However, I had backed up my contacts and he made sure they came back! I think he was almost as glad as I was! Backup is free, do it to help whoever helps you! Tony doesn't always work at this store but fit right in. It is closest to me but if it wasn't I'd still go to it. The people are super nice and knowledgeable. Plus they really care about helping the customer! With continuing support!

I have been coming to this verizon location for years and it by far the best! My phone has a lock on it, and I went to another verizon location who just told me to "call tech support" even though I explained I had no cell service at all. With that in mind, I came to THIS amazing location and was greeted with amazing customer service as usual. Trinity and Brendan were super friendly and went above and beyond to help me out. We found a solution to the problem (that I have been trying to find a resolution for for the previous 3 days) in about 30 minutes. Highly recommend this store and thank you thank you again to trinity and Brendan for the positive attitudes and help!

Purchased a new phone at Target and needed help from Verizon. The local stores near my home we’re closed and I was in a panic. I found the Marina Shores location open. I could tell as soon as I entered the store that they were going to be very helpful. Jarred and Brandon were quite busy but I waited my turn patiently. I explained to them what I needed and they said it could be done very easily it would just take a long time. They got me started and I left and came back two hours later and everything was almost totally complete. They were so knowledgeable and explained everything And made it so easy for me. I was so pleased with the service I received at this location and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Very happy with the customer service. Matt was able to find the right product for me, at a price that was even lower than my budget. When I came in to pick up a tablet he had ordered for me, Zack and Joelle (sp?) bent over backwards to get my account set up straight with the right phones activated with the right numbers. They even went so far as to fill out my rebate paperwork for me and even put it in an envelope, wrote out the address and added a stamp. Not what I was expecting from Verizon but I am more than pleased. Great job guys!

This store is amazing with customer service. I had to go into the store about 4 times because of an issue with my phone and each time i had someone knew and they would try anything and everything to help fix my phone. My phone was basically a paper weight and i had to get a new one. It didnt matter who i talked to every person was knowledgeable and if i asked a question that they were unsure of they would look it up. All in all i would recommend this place again in a heartbeat and im sure i will be back in soon. Great work guys keep it up.

I came in with multiple issues with my iPhone and iPad along with password/service issues and they were ready to jump in and help.
