The employees at this store were incredibly helpful! Jess took care of me when I was in a panic. She was helping others when I walked in but her and Enrique (not sure I spelled it right!) both greeted me warmly. Jess helped her customer and then me. I was shopping for a wireless charger and had exactly what I needed. Good customer service is hard to find, but here, they even did it with a smile! Thank you!

I have to say this may be the best customer service I have ever come across. We worked with Jess at this store and I have to say she was by far great. She went the extra mile to make sure that we got everything we needed and all the discounts we were entitled too. Yes it took awhile but she was changing over 10 lines from one carrier to Verizon. She handled everything very professional and all I can say is Wow! My wife want a particular color phone that Jess did not have in the store so my wife went with a different color just so she could get her new phone. Jess called the next day and said, I called around to different stores to find the phone your wife wanted and was able to locate it in OH, I will have it shipped here to me and call you when it comes in. There is not many people in the business world that would go over and beyond like Jess did. My wife is so happy to be getting the phone she wanted. I can tell you that for any of my cell needs for my new Verizon account, I will be going to Jess, she is a rock star and I wish there was more people in business that cared about their customers like Jess does. I would give her 10 stars if they would let me. She is a big asset to Verizon, because they won a customer for life.

I had gone to another store before coming to this location and the difference in customer service was night and day. This location has the attentive customer service personal. You will be very well taken care of especially with Jess. Her beautifully vibrant and amazingly warm personality made a bad rainfall day turn into a bright sun filled time. Her level of care and respect for each customer is very apparent as she seems to create a personal relationship in such a short amount of time. I definitely recommend coming to this branch. The level of knowledge and understanding and care from the attendants in this branch is well worth the drive!

What a wonderful environment to have all your cell phone needs taken care of! I came here because the people at the store in my home town had no idea what they were taking about and I heard this store employs only the BEST. Sure enough, they do. We were helped by a fantastic employee named Jessica and she knew exactly what our problem was and how to fix it immediately. If every Verizon was as great as this one and had employees like Jess they would all be rated five stars and Verizon would be making millions more. This Verizon is the best and up to date Verizon I have ever been too. If you are going to go with Verizon I highly suggest going to this store not only cause you get what you need but you will also receive the best customer service you will probably ever see. They are patient and understanding and will get you want you need/deserve and won’t rip you off just to make a extra dollar. If Verizon has to show a example of How every Verizon should be to the rest of the other Verizon stores this would definitely be the example and Jess the best example of how every Verizon store should be. I am forever loyal to Verizon now because of this very store.

I came in initially just with a few questions about my phone upgrade and was very impressed with the level of knowledge the employees showed! Anything I wanted to ask they had the answer right away and if one didn't know then the other would chime in to help! The young girl that works there named Jess is the one who helped me set up my new phone. In the past it would be a 2-3 hour ordeal whenever I wanted to upgrade from my old phone but with Jess it took all of 45 minutes (mostly because I had so many questions). I plan on returning to this Verizon location in the future with any and all phone problems as well as recommending it to friends and family.

Danielle is the best. My hubby and I had a complicated situation and it took A LOT of time to work out what we needed and Danielle worked so hard for us...she spent hours giving us our best options and worked harder than the average to give us answers. HOWEVER, Verizon is an excellent service provider and I highly urge you to deal with Verizon themselves, not an "authorized dealer" that isn't authorized to repair mistakes they have made or make credit adjustments when you receive your bill and it's $100 more than it should be! The deception, the promises, and the LONG HOURS spent fixing these issues is not worth it! We have also waited days for our phone to come in (new Note 7) and nor one person contacted us to tell us it was here, even flat out lied that the new phone wasn't here, when in fact, corporate told us when it was delivered (which happened to be the day we stopped in to see if it was here)...we purchased 5 new phones and had 14 days to change our minds, kind of hard to do when you dont realize there is an issue after those two weeks go by! Danielle has gone above and beyond to help us, but she can only do what she is "authorized" to do...when an issue arises, as a business owner, time is of the essence and spending half a day fixing it is unacceptable. Hopefully, everything has been fixed and this won't happen again.

I must say, the customer service at this location in amazing.I bought a charger from this location and it stopped working after a few months. I didn't know the difference between corporate stores or premium stores. I went to a corporate store and did not have good service, so I went back to the original store (premium dealee). I was greeted with a smiling face and listening ear. Danielle was very patient and understanding. She apologized my inconvenience and assured she would explain everything and help with the issue at hand; my charger not working properly. Danielle, was more than helpful and very nice. Danielle also took the time to explain everything and always talked highly of VERIZON as a hole. She even told me about the different programs that her store participates in (ie bookbag drive for back to school ). I will definitely be shopping there from now on.
