Twice I’ve had an excellent experience - I walked in with my iPhone not working and walked out in less than 30 minutes with it fixed. Awesome!! The technician was able to fix my iPhone quickly and for a reasonable price, no pitch was made to sell me something I didn’t want or need. This was such a positive experience compared to “Genius Bar” where one must have an appointment and frequently the bar has tried to sell me something.

Chris was courteous, Professional, and very responsive to all my questions! He did the work and replacing my screen in about 15 minutes .While I waited and the value of the lifetime warranty on what he fixed and the locations around here and Richmond and make it the obvious choice! I would recommend Chris To do your work on your phone and know that it will be done right! Thanks Chris Was so stoked and received a $10 coupon I went back and got me a JBL speaker! At a great value! It’s always good to have a relationship with good people that will look after you as well as you looking out for them!

Great customer service. Chris was awesome. Such a great experience that I took a second computer to him the next day. Had it right in an hour. A few weeks later, my company had need of an iPad w/cellular. Not a new one to be found with out a lengthy wait. Call Chris. We called before visiting the store and our first interaction with Chris was professional, friendly and put us at ease. The Fruit Fixed store was clean, bright and had plenty of open space, as well as a plexiglass screen. Chris was masked up and friendly and courteous. In less than 20 minutes my iPhone front screen was replaced. 10/10 would visit Fruit Fixed again for iPhone issues!

A+++++++ Went to the apple store @ Lynnhaven mall after my daughter dropped her phone in the pool and cracked the screen. They quoted me a repair of $199.00 and after my daughter told them that the facial unlock did not work any more they could not guarantee there work and would not repair it. Apple told me I had to buy a new phone for $399.00. After a short discussion with my daughter she did not care about the facial unlock feature. I called fruit fixed and spoke with Chris who quoted me a vey fair price over the phone. I then went there and had the phone repaired in about a half hours time for $167.00 I would recommend this repair place to anyone.

I broke my phone at work and had the absolute worst day because both my parents are in the hospital due to covid and the break in my phone made it completely unusable. Chris was absolutely amazing and he fixed my phone in 15 minutes and he was so sweet and tolerated the fact that I was sobbing my eyes out due to a bad day. I came in frantic about spilling water on my laptop right before taking a final exam! Chris calmly talked to me about it. He told me it is best if I leave it overnight so he can open the laptop and see if there's any damage. He had it dried the next day and ready for pick up. He kept me updated both days. Ordered my replacement tablet screen on a Friday and came in that following Monday. I came in on Tuesday to have it repaired. They told me an hour wait and it only took 15-20 minutes! They were so quick and it looks brand new! They even honored their $10 off repair from Facebook ad and the codes for $5 off on the back of their card. They were totally upfront with cost, reasonably priced and had no hassel what so ever during the process. A very pleasant experience. I highly recommend giving them a try!

Amazing laptop water damage recovery service! Spilled a full cup of water on my Macbook Pro keyboard, which fired the electronics below the keys and gave me the black screen of death. Apple said my laptop was not worth fixing, but offered to charge me $800 for it to be cleaned and looked at by an Apple repair store. Even being on the west coast, I knew I could trust Fruit Fixed with my laptop. I have used them several times before for cracked phone screens and general technical questions. Personally worked with the owner, who provided end-to-end service on the shipping, handling, and repair of my laptop. Not only was a it repaired at a fraction of a cost, my laptop is working better than it did before the water damage! I trust and use Fruit Fixed with all my electronics. This store is well lit and located in an excellent shopping center. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about fixing all things Apple. Broken screens repaired, cover protectors installed, solid advice on cases and accessories. I just wish the staff could teach the kids how to stop breaking their screens!
