I went there today about an hour before closing, my sons phone screen had went completely black. They fixed his phone within an hour! Great customer service and they are very friendly! They don’t try to get over on you they offer you the lowest price first and move up for better quality! I will Definitely be back! Go support this business!!

These guys were awesome!!! I went by CPR over at lynnhaven and they said it would be almost a week before they can get the screen for my phone to fix it and they wanted a $25 deposit on top of $85 to do it. 🥴Man I came down here at 3:30 and this guy had one in stock and said they could have it done before 6:00 and he damn sure did. Even put a fresh screen protector on it! For $85, totally worth it. Highly recommend five stars all the way

A search for cell phone screen repair in Virginia Beach yields lots of results. That's the easy part, try getting somebody on the phone to discuss your repair. After sitting on hold or being forwarded to voicemail I called All Phones Repair. My call was answered immediately and the screen on my Google Pixel 6 Pro was replaced in 90 minutes. My plans had me leaving home the following day when I mishap caused the screen to become highly compromised. A simple rain storm may have been the end of the phone. Despite this being my first contact with the company I felt like I was a lifelong customer. Everything was discussed up front, no surprises. I wish all businesses operated to the standards of these folks. It's nice to know that All Phones Repair is there when I need them.

Just came back from picking up my phone. Wish I had taken before turning in pictures, they might have taken some at the shop. I can show you the case it was in, as you can see around the ends at the top & bottom the indents from the pressure of it being pressed against the ground while care tires rolled over it. The entire glass on the front was shattered into pieces as well as the back of the phone. Samsung S20 Ultra. Completely original Samsung glass placed back on. Front & back looking brand new like nothing ever happened. To top it/this off, and what makes this a genuine 5 stars 🌟 is the phenomenal experience/customer service, quickness of having it fixed & back to me (Without any issues so far) and THE PRICE! Lol... Googled and Called almost every phone fixing place that came up in the search results he was CHEAPER than all of them by $50. Now it's not always best thinking cheaper is better, BUT I'm hear to tell you it's magnificent when you can combine that with fantastic quality workmanship. LET'S GET IT ❤!

Great place and honest work! I called with a charging port problem with my phone. He told me he may be able to fix it and was very clear and straight forward about prices and if he couldnt fix it that it would have to be replaced. After arriving he immediately got to work on my phone and was in and out of there in about 10 or 15 mins. This guy is the real deal.

I cracked my phone with a heavy dumbell at the gym and cracked the screen pretty bad to the point where I thought I was going to have to drop 700$ on another phone when I decided to take it to this place and I’m glad I did. I dropped off my phone and they fixed my iPhone screen within 20-30 minutes.. I thought it was gonna take a couple of hours and I thought it might cost me but his prices are great and he’s very fast! I am so impressed with this place. I am traveling and busted up my phone. I called around to check who was who in the VaBeach area. I spoke with a few other places, getting estimates as well as checking availability. When I reached these guys, they were courteous, direct and available, not to mentioned their price was by far the best I had heard. I didn’t know what to expect. I am from the generation who believed that you can’t get good, fast and cheap service. Glad to say that here, I certainly did. My phone is as good as new, better even I opted for the extra tough screen this time. This shop has saved us now 3 times in 3 months! They have fixed our phone screen, ipad screen, and a jammed Switch controller. My kids, especially, our lucky this shop is around! Great Service and value. Went in to have my charge port replaced and the service rep told me as a first time customer I would get a discount. Also said he would test and see if I needed replaced or if it needed cleaning and adjustment. When I came back 45 min later he had it ready and said it didn’t need replacement. I took my phone to three different repair shops because my touch screen was not working and I needed to access some very important data that was stored on the phone. All three said the same thing, no problem we can fix it, just needs a new screen. All three said the same thing when I went to pick my phone up. Sorry we can't figure out what's wrong. One said it was the Mother board the others had no explanation.. Really? After searching the internet I came across All Phones Repair on Holland rd. Nazir and Amad said they would take a look at it. First they tried to replace the screen with no luck. Ok so what do you think it could be. They said let us check a few other things.Instead of saying I don't know they dug further to find a solution. Turns out it was multiple things some of which was probably created by the formentioned repair shops I went to. Long story short at all phones repair they were very honest and informative through the whole process at a very reasonable price. I took my niece for a screen repair on her Iphone 6 plus. The rep was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great customer service. Although he didn't call like he said he would, the phone was ready in a couple of hours. We dropped it off around 430p, picked it up around 630p. Very reasonably priced as well, about $65. No dishonesty / gimmicks / fishing for additional fees like some of the kiosks we have dealt with in the malls. Just complete professionalism.

I have been here twice and the brothers that own it are awesome and honest. I tried to fix my iPhone screen once and wound up taking it to them in a box and a bunch of pieces. They fixed it in an hour and for a cheap price. The next time I was there after Verizon tried to sell me a new phone all these guys did was clean out the charging port and it works like a new phone. This is the only phone repair company I would recommend!

This was the second time I nearly destroyed my fairly-new, paid-off-but-uninsured phone... And got it back "good as new!" First time I dropped it on pavement (shattering the entire screen), and this last time- it fell into a pool and sank all the way to the bottom, lol! We've gone in several times over the last few years to have cameras removed from work phones. The guy (I just realized I forgot his name!) has always been extremely polite and helpful. Even after taking several hours to figure out a problem that he couldn't fix before the store closed, he had a temporary fix in place until I can come back on the weekend, and didn't charge for the time (I wouldn't have been upset if there had been a small fee). Going back Saturday to let him take his time, because I know the work will be done well.

Today, I searched on Google for a cellphone repair store and found All Phones Repair. The store had high ratings. I was pleasantly surprised by the gentleman that greeted me. He was very pleasant and professional. My battery wasn't keeping a charge. He didn't try to sell me anything outside of what the issue was. I workout next door and on my way out I figured I’d give having my iPhone SE repaired a shot. The screen was shattered, a part of the frame was dented and the phone was water damaged from rain getting into the exposed innards. I walked in, they inspected the phone, gave me a quote, took down my info, told me to come back in 20 minutes and I was on my way. I returned after doing some errands and my phone was fully repaired and charging. I went here because my cellphone was shutting down with 70%. I told him the problem and he knew what it was right away. Once he got the part in, my phone fixed within a couple of hours. He ordered a screen for it just in case my screen cracked during the process (the front has to be taken off to replace the battery in a pixel xl) but I didn't need it. He was up front about the costs and risks, professional, fast, and meticulous. The best part is it only cost me $65!!!! I highly recommend this place!!!

Since my wife is opposed to using a cover on her Apple devices, the glass on her iPad Pro was broken which eventually led to the LED screen also failing, I mean really bad with lines all across the screen. I figured this device was done and would cost a fortune to fix but when I was at Massage Envy, next door, I stopped in and talked to Nasir no problem to repair and would cost $169. Great deal as the iPad was really damaged and I kind of thought it was done. I dropped it off. When it was repaired, they texted me and I scooped it up. Works perfectly and extremely satisfied with All Phone. One more very important thing to add is that while the cost with tax was $179. I accidentally gave $200 when I thought ai had given $180. The attentive clerk caught this and gave me back the $20. True honesty today is something even harder to find than quality craftsmanship and the folks at All Phone meet both of these high standards. Perhaps I should also mention that I bribed Nasir with a $2 bill when I dropped it off and apparently bribery still works. A big thank my you to Nasir and his team. The cost to repair both, and purchase glass screen protectors and headphones was less than it would have been had I did a claim for the phone alone through Assurant. The tactile functionality of the screens were comparable to what Apple uses and could not tell a difference.
