Went to a local AT&T location in Wesley Chapel to figure out best solution for a cracked screen for my iPhone 11pro max and made a claim through insurance I had on the phone. I needed phone repaired right away and when I called Asurion Tech Repair & Solutions that was recommended to me by AT&T, they told me they could handle it same day on a Sunday. Kenny was great and he handled everything for me in timely manner with no issues. Great experience and I highly recommend this location!

The manager Kenny is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He is a great communicator as well. He reached out to me prior to my visit and personally took care of the repair on my phone when I arrived. This facility is a shining star in a world of poor customer service and the typical lackluster that we deal with nowadays. I highly recommend going here your tech issues.

Kenny was awesome! He was so patience and kind. He even called and had my claim transferred from another store to his location. If he did not do that I would’ve had to travel really far to get my phone fix. Not to mention he was super fast with fixing the phone! Great customer service goes a long way!

My IPad had a cracked screen. Call several shops that had the best review with Google. Some shops wouldn’t give me a quote and other shop charge too much. But Asurion gave me good price and with a quick repair time. They were able to fix my cracked screen within 2 hours with a 90 days warranty to boot. Highly recommend Asurion for any Apple repair work. They guarantee their work and will give you a fair price for the repair.

I came in to this location this morning with the Samsung black screen of death! My representative was Kenny and he was awesome!!. He helped me get my pin number so I could file my warranty claim with asurion and then he had my phone fixed in under an hour. If you need your phone fixed, come to this location and see Kenny or any of the techs here as they are all certified superstars!

I hardly ever give five stars but this place is top notch. Kenny and his crew were awesome. Disclaimer: I am not tech savvy at all..... they took their time and listened to me try and explain what was happening to my phone. They even took the time to explain to me what they were going to do with my phone and gave me a time frame. Best part they were ontime. I also watched them interact with other customers who came in. Everyone was greeted immediately and taken care of in a professional manner. They didn't make me feel inadequate for not being tech-savvy. They also offer other products and insurances not once did they try to push products on me. They were able to fix my phone they gave me tips on what to do if the problem happens again and informed me on what to look out for. I will be back I will be purchasing my asurion insurance from Kenny and his team.

I had an amazing experience today with Evan. The moment I walked in he took care of me asap. Not to mention I went to two previous places to try to get my laptop fixed but others couldn't get me in and wanted to over charge for something that didnt require much work. Evan was patient and kind. Told me he'd be able to fix the issue within 20 mins! He was great and professional!

Kenny was amazing! Friendly, fast and HONEST! He could have charged me alot to fix my water damaged phone but gave me great advice on how and why to file with insurance instead. They went above and beyond by drying my phone and getting it working temporarily until my new one arrives. Kenny took the time to talk to me about my options and i am certain that had i not gone through insurance -my repair at this location would have been perfection. I am greatful for honest advise and fast friendly service . I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

As soon as I walked into the store, one of the staff members looked at the phone, took it for a minute and removed the object that was preventing the phone from charging. Super friendly staff, great service! Will definitely go back for any issues with any electronic device.

First thing to know, yes this place is really there. Google Maps wasn't updated and the street view didn't show the shop but they recently opened so you can trust where the Asurion link is sending you. Kenny is very friendly, professional and does quick, quality work. I smashed my phone screen the night before and he had me back up and running with a new screen, battery, camera and bezel within about 90 minutes after they opened the next day. I'm sure you understand the feeling when I say he saved my life haha. Thanks Kenny!!! I definitely recommend and will send everyone your way!

My phone had an issue charging for a while, Kenny cleaned out the port super fast and works as good as new, glad I took the time to stop by here, really fast and clean service, would recommend to anyone in wesly chapel.

My toddler broke my phone taking pictures of her puppies and Kenny had us back up and running within an hour! He made the process with filling the insurance claim quick and easy! As a bonus there was a Five Guys and a juice bar within toddling distance to keep the kiddo fed, entertained and happy!!

Kenny is the best!! Several places(even Verizon) told me that my phone had to be replaced as I had the 'black' screen. But Kenny took one look at it and told me to give him an hour and he'd have it fixed. An hour later, I had my life back, as everything was in that phone. Called in for repair of iPhone 12 Pro Max - through asurion insurance and within the drive repair and pickup was less than 3 hours. Abraham was outstanding/knowledgeable and very helpful ( in a wheelchair and Abraham brought the phone and paper work to me - did not have to get out of vehicle).
