At first I was skeptical… how could they be that much cheaper than all the others and be that good. But I thought… what the heck! I took them my iPad Air 3 that I had recently cracked the screen on to be replaced. When we went to pick it up, the counter person, went to clean it and cracked it again. With no hesitation they offered to replace it again, it just meant that I was not going to get it back as soon as I wanted/needed it. When all the repairs were done and I picked it up, all seemed good. After I got home and started working with my favorite programs, I discovered a dead area that my touch or my tablet pen would not work and therefore another defect. I called and they told me to bring it in. I dropped it off at my convenience and he asked me to give him a few hrs to get it looked at. Within 2 hrs they called me that it was fixed. Very long story short… they did me right!!! I would recommend anyone to STL Wireless. They have very fair pricing and stand behind there work and made sure I was a happy satisfied customer!! 👍🏼😃

I have an s10e that has stopped working. Went by the establishment and the staff was awesome. Just from the interaction, i will get it fixed there! They respected my decision to not go forward with ordering a part but in the near future we will have them fix my phone!

I am very pleased with the service I received from STL Wireless. I took my Samsung phone initially to somewhere else, and they completely botched the diagnosis. It would have been a week wait to have it repaired incorrectly. STL Wireless diagnosed the problem and repaired it in an hour for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

Had 3 separate and distinct interactions with them. 1 to repair a damage connection on s laptop. Far exceeded expectations at a very fair price . 2 replace cracked iPhone screen. Replaced it within the hour at a fair and reasonable cost. 3 replaced an internal wifi card quickly and a fair and reasonable price. Top notch people to deal with.

Amazing service. I brought my phone in for a cracked screen and unfortunately there were other problems with the phone from the damage, but it was taken care of no problem and I was given a loaner phone while parts came in. Best prices for the repair too! I would definitely recommend going here!

I called STL Wireless Repair because I had a cracked iPhone XR screen. I have been looking for a place to get my screen fixed for quite some time. In Illinois where I live we have CPR. I’ve been there before and really just had service. It wasn’t good it wasn’t bad. So I called them to make an appointment and was told they were out of iPhone XR screens but that they might come in on the truck they happened to be expecting that afternoon. LIES. Any good repair store stocks up on IPhone XR repair supplies. A lot of people have this phone. I also saw a coupon in an email abs thought “cool I’ll get $10 off. NOPE the manager told me that was on a new phone purchase.but when you hit the link get the coupon it brought you to schedule your repair, LIES again, When I said that if not what the email said, she yelled at me and told me if I was military I would get a military discount. That is what bad service is. Now, GREAT service is at STL Wireless Repair. I spoke with Peter who was SUPER friendly he was courteous and I got an estimate of $100 to fix my screen. This was already $50 less than CPR and other competitors. Additionally, because I had found out about them through Facebook, I got an addition $10 off. With a phone call to my fathers cell phone (father was with me) my phone was returned to me within 30 min and it was done perfectly. Peter and his repair man deserve to be commended for their job well done.i applaud their kindness, timeliness and quality craftsmanship. I will be retuning as well as referring all of my fiends! Thank you again Peter!

They quoted me a very reasonable amount so I decided to try them out. I dropped my phone off and it was ready in under an hour. I ended up being charged a little less than I was quoted over the phone, which was nice. My phone is working like new and I’ve had no problems so far. I will definitely refer my friends and family here for any issues that they have with their devices.

I am extremely satisfied with this brand. The screen for the broken phone doesn't have any issues. It was around 80 dollars cheaper than the competition. I did have one issue though. It's quite minor. When walking in, my phone number was requested. I was given a text message regarding my repair. However; when the repair was finished, I didn't get a text. I just called them an hour later and they told me it was done. TL;DR It's great and I'm satisfied. It's cheaper than the competition and I highly recommend it. It's also super quick, so after 45-60 minutes, just give them a call and ask if it's ready.
