Very nice people. But my phone took so long to transfer and I was told to erase my trade in. I didn't know how to do that and the guy was kind rude about it. Alot of my programs didn't transfer.but I did like the atmosphere and a the people were nice and knowledgeable.

These guys are absolutely amazing at this location! We worked with Tyler, Benji, and Luis. They were very very welcoming and truly cared about what we were coming in for. We had some troubles transferring from Verizon and they were super patient and understanding and helped us every step of the way to get things transferred. They are a busy location but take the time to make sure everyone is taken care of and you can tell their focus is customers service. They do everything they can to get you taken care of. These guys are very good at their jobs and are willing to learn what they don't know yet. I would highly recommend this location and these specific guys. I enjoyed getting to know each one throughout my time working with them. I am surprised at the other reviews, this location has hired new, great employees that go above and beyond. I will definitely continue to come to this location in the future and hope others will also see the dedication of these guys have for their customers. Thanks for everything guys!

We did it! We switched from Verizon after about 25+ years! We got on a plan for 55+ and are keeping our phones, numbers and still get Unlimited service! We will be saving $60/ month plus our insurance cost. Whoo!!
