I took my phone into the Northgate location on Christmas Eve. The store was busy but I had made an appointment to get my phone screen fixed. The gentleman (forgot his name) was amazing. My phone was fixed with genuine Samsung parts and he even replaced my battery free of charge. Amazing customer service at a very busy location!! Thank you for making my experience painless. I have shopped at this store before and always had a great experience. The we fix it department inside is a new bonus I will definitely use again!!

Nolan is an absolute rockstar who went above and beyond to fix my phone! He and his colleagues were efficient and responsive, and when the parts they used to repair my phone turned out to be defective, they quickly ordered new parts to fix the problem. Awesome service! Would recommend this place to anyone!

Had to have my front facing camera and mic replaced in my iPhone 6. Great job. No issues since the repair. The young man who did the repair was just great. He was very thorough with checking the phone prior to the repair. Took about 45 minutes. Will return again. Have been going there for various things for years. Parking in the back.

I desperately needed to get my iPhone battery changed. The Apple store was a complete disaster. These guys did it for me at pretty much the same price. They asked me to leave it with them and I was able to come back and pick it up an hour later. Every time I go here, they are SO helpful!

The gentleman working were very thorough in explaining the process , testing the phone and making me aware of any potential downfalls that may occur . Things went well. Staff took time to explain it all to me and double ck their work which they guarantee. Took a bit longer than expected but this is a busy place and it was no problem. My phone is great again plus they gave me a 20% discount on the battery! All is good and Im happy.

I cracked my iphone 7 and brought it in to be replaced. They had a good amount of people ahead of me so I left my phone and went for a run. When I returned they were done. I was originally satisfied with the replacement but then I noticed when I tried to tap my screen in the corners I had trouble. Also the sensitivity is off when i try to push my screen with different amounts of pressure.

I set an appointment for a battery replacement and arrived early - the team was very helpful to all their customers - even giving recommendations for items they were unable to fix at their facility, calling to get parts delivered, and printing directions for customers. PLUS they had my replacement done in the time they said it would take.

In Apple University village aren't able to fix my Iphone without losing data. Apple Store employees give up to fix my Iphone to pay 280 bucks . This location fixed for me easily without losing any data with $137.60. They did amazing thing for me . I give them five stars .

Store was open on a Sunday, which I'm extremely grateful for! I had an emergency phone screen replacement issue (Samsung Galaxy S8, Android). Discovered that the last repair from another Seattle store had permanently damaged the internal parts of my phone - and charged me around the same price! Batteries Plus staff kept me informed of all the changes and potential delays along the way due to this previous mishap. They were able to replace the screen and include a new battery. The reservation and repair process was incredibly professional, from start to finish. I was absolutely impressed with the level of service, speed, and knowledge of each staff member. It's ironic, but my phone really does work better now (than before the accident) - thank you so much! Top notch, would recommend 500% especially to other international customers!
