They fixed our iPhone X after I botched a battery replacement and the screen broke. I took in the battery I purchased and they installed a replacement screen. It looks great! I think I may have broken the face ID as well but they took the time to check it out and see if they could repair it for free. No luck on that but I'm really glad they checked it out. I will be bringing any difficult repairs here in the future. Highly recommended!! 6/12/22 the photo has a reflection from our ceiling lights. The screen looks great and was installed great. Just noticed that it looks funny..

Super great service. And extremely cost effective. I broke my camera glass and they quoted me 50% less than some other stores. And they replaced one of the parts for free. Definitely recommend the store for any repairs. Fun thing I noticed while waiting there, they have magazines from the 1940s and 1960s which was pretty cool!

excellent service. 5 stars. I had shattered my screen to the point it was unresponsive so I purchased a replacement phone but was unable to unlock my old one to do a data transfer. I asked to have my old phone screen replaced so I could get my new one running and rather then just charging me ($200) for doing that, the shop suggested I let them do the data transfer because it was much cheaper (only $60 total) than doing a screen replacement. I was baffled by their helpfulness and honesty.

I went in to get a new screen for my iPhone XS. The tech tried very hard to do the work but due to prior work the small screws wouldn’t budge. He did put a screen protector on the phone to protect my fingers … despite sinking about a half hour into working on the phone and then carefully putting a screen protector on the phone he wouldn’t accept any money. I highly recommend his shop

Hands-down best device repair shop in the state. I took my phone in because it stopped charging - he cleared out the port and it was fixed. So instead of buying a new phone, I left with a fully functional phone and a new screen protector for significantly less. Will not go anywhere else!

I was freaking out I thought I damaged the charging port on my iPhone 13. I couldn’t get my charging cable to connect after putting a brand new cable in. It wasn’t charging at all and I thought I damage the port with a toothpick. The clerk was able to dig lint out of the charging port with Sharp nose pliers. Took him less than five minutes. He was honest about it. He could’ve charged me for a repair. I work in the neighborhood, so I highly recommend this place if you’re in lower Queenanne.

I can't recommend this shop enough. The man at the fronts knowledge of technology was unsurpassed and his hygiene was beyond reproach. He says he's 5'6 but he's probably 5'8. HIs humility and application of deodorant is S tier, and his odor is definitely tolerable

* I called and confirmed that a battery for my iPhone was available * I brought the phone to the store without an appointment * After a short wait while a satisfied customer completed his transaction, Abdullah filled out a short form and advised me of the charge and that my phone would be available in 15-20 minutes. * 20 minutes later I returned and Abdullah fetched to phone from the repair area and accepted my payment of the agreed amount. * Abdullah was in every way pleasant, responsive and knowledgeable. I.E, a perfect transaction (and the phone works perfectly!)

Best repair experience I have ever had. I had an emergency where my phone screen stopped working on my Pixel3a. I was immediately helped, the problem was found/diagnosed (a loose cable ribbon for the screen) and fixed. He made no effort to try and force a screen replacement and did not even charge me for the fix. Even after I repeatedly offered payment. Absolutely incredible customer service and experience you rarely find today. I will be returning for all my device issues, which I have plenty. A new battery, and fixes to other phones are next.

This place is excellent. I was having an iPhone battery problem. They replaced the battery.. It was super easy to make an appointment online. They usually can do the repair while you wait. It is a world of difference in comparison with the Apple Store and their bureaucracy. And their prices are great. I strongly recommend Seattle Device Repair.

Great service! We sent in a phone having data issues and they were able to diagnose the issue in around 30 minutes. Sadly the issue was a very rare one off and something only Apple could fix. No charge for the diagnosis and wouldn’t even accept tip!

It's an honest and honorable shop. I went their to get my Samsung Galaxy S7 charging problem fixed (this happened last year). The man replaced the charging board and spent an hour or two working on it and it still didn't work unfortunately. But he didn't ask for any money as the problem was not fixed. If he had asked for some partial amount such as the cost of the board I would have been happy to pay, but the fact he didn't shows he's an honest man. Businesses mannerism like this is hard to come by these days. I recommend the shop.

They were great. Super helpful and quick. My cracked screen repair request had gotten rejected by the Apple store because of a small dent on the frame of the phone. Seattle Device Repair checked it out, pre-fitted the screen (just in case it wouldn't work) and, after confirming their fix would work, were able to fully replace the screen. Everything works great. This is the absolute BEST place to get your phone fixed. I've had my screen replaced once. It was speedy and totally affordable. I made an appointment which guaranteed it got worked on that day. Would recommend this shop to anyone in need of ultra-fast, expertly phone repair. A small ding on my Nexus 6P was wreaking serious havoc and had basically rendered my phone unusable (endless power-cycling, randomly entering bootloader, etc.) I needed a quick fix, so I took it here without scheduling an appointment first. The owner fixed the issue in minutes and didn't even charge me for his trouble! I'd also note that the shop itself is super cozy, and had my repair taken longer, I wouldn't have minded waiting. I took my iPhone 6s to be repaired here after significantly cracking the screen and I could not be more pleased with the result. Matt clearly takes great pride in his work and has a passion for phone repair. My phone looks brand new and after about a week I haven't had a single problem. When you go inside the shop there is a comfortable couch for those who want to wait, and a keurig with coffee, tea, and water available. I was repairing a phone screen, which is probably the longest repair he does, so I opted to wander around the nearby sculpture park area while he worked. He also had some high-quality books and magazines available to peruse in case you wanted to read a bit while waiting. My phone looks great now and I'm quite satisfied. His shop has a quiet, calm presence, much like the owner. I would definitely go here again, even though it was out of my way to choose this location.

Excellent. I had a simple out of warranty iPhone 6 battery replacement. Cost was $40 + tax (vs. $79+ at Apple). Booked time on website, arrived 5 minutes early at their easy to find store (tip: during the weekday, there's a lot of available metered parking there). Walked in, service started immediately, nice sitting area if you need to hang out. But before I could even read through 2 ads of a vintage 1967 Life Magazine, my repair was done! Walked out a happy customer. Would repeat.

Such a great place! I can't recommend them enough. While visiting Seattle my brand new iPhone 6s was dropped and shattered. I found these guys and they had my phone looking brand new in 45 minutes. The owners are obviously passionate and super knowledgable about their work. We waited in the lobby and played with their kitten Unit C, and chit chatted with the owners. We love this place, and hopefully nothing will happen to our devices in the future but if something does we'll definitely be coming back here!

1 hour! I literally had my iPhone 6 cover off for 1 hour (due to the cover cracking) before getting my new cover. What happens? Obviously... I drop my phone and shatter the glass screen. I happen to work and live near Seattle Device Repair so I called them the day of. They were able to get me in, fix the phone in 1 hour same day and the fix has been perfect for the past 7 weeks. To be candid, I purposefully waited to give a review to see if the "fix would stick". Especially since they have a guarantee. Thankfully, the fix was one and done. And I have been telling folks about this local, owner/operator business ever since. The bonus is that the owner can do much more than smartphone repair. Matt is very nice and upholds high quality standards—they had the part I needed in stock, but it wasn't perfect quality so he told me to come back on Monday. Went to visit Matt a few times for one issue on my Galaxy S6. I broke my LCD while replacing my daughterboard so I had to get a new LCD assembly. Installed it myself and it didn't sit quite right. Took it over to Seattle Device repair and had Matt take a look at it. He pulled the screen up and put phone back together but it still had the issue. On another visit to him we pulled the phone apart together and noticed some old adhesive was still present on the frame which made the LCD panel not sit as flush at it should. Great service and will definitely have him help me in the future so I do not break the phone again myself! :)

There's a reason this place has a 5 star rating. I was referred to them from a different business about fixing the digital speedometer that I had removed from my car. While they do seem to be focused on phone repairs, they were able to solder a connection that I didn't trust myself doing in no time at all. Upon installing it when I got home, it works like a charm now. I would highly recommend this place.

This place is fantastic! AT&T wanted to charge me $100 bucks to wipe and sent my phone off for 3-5 business days. Broken glass on my 5s. Everyone knows 3-5 days when you don't have a land line is an eternity. Found this place on my google search. Walked in. Handed him my phone. Walked out with a fixed phone 15 minutes later. Paid only $86 bucks 😱 freaking amAzing! And you can tell fixing phones is this guys specialty. Screw apple and AT&T. Im going here for anything else from now on!

Months ago, I broke my iPhone 6's screen and a buddy of mine who worked in IT said he could fix it...but then ended up breaking the phone in the process. :/ For the time being, he bought me a used 5s (which was super sweet, but the battery never held a charge long) and I finally broke THAT phone's screen yesterday at the Pyuallup fair. However, when I came into Seattle Device Repair to see if the iPhone 6 was fixable, Matt gave me the low down on how it would cost hella money to fix it; but that he could replace my iPhone 5s's screen, battery and put on one of those permanent glass protection things-all for 129$! Can you imagine the epic winning feelings I had when he told me this?! He was incredibly fast (a mere 30 mins) and super nice throughout the whole process. If you have any iPhone problems-this is the shop to go to!!! Cannot recommend highly enough. <3 <3

I set my appointment on a Thursday, when they were closed. I contacted Matt that day and he responded about a schedule/could this be fixed sort of thing. Even during non-business hours he got back to me! He's serious about his operation, as any aspiring entrepreneur has to be. I showed up just before 10 AM for my appointment, and as I write this it's 10:30 and I'm at home with my repaired phone. AND I walked there and back (it's only half a mile away from where I live). To give you backstory on what happened, I dropped my phone on an elevator door frame. It landed on the corner, and the screen broke. And the screen went black. The noises still worked. Matt replaced the digitizer, the LCD, and the screen. Thanks to Matt, I didn't have to go 24 hours without feeling like I lost a limb. So he had it fixed super quick, has complimentary coffee, AND a fun selection of vintage copies of Life magazine! He has a friendly, understated disposition. If you're hanging out while he fixes your phone (in front of you, not in the back like some creep), sit back, sip on some coffee, and enjoy an issue of Life magazine from 1966.

My Samsung Note 4 took a dunk in some water. I emailed Matt with concerns over fees if the repair was not successful. Matt let me know there would be no upfront diagnostic fee and no other fees if the phone could not be repaired. I dropped it off near closing time so he took a look at it the next day. Unfortunately, it could not be revived due to too much corosion. I was told if I wanted any of my photos or other files, he could have the phone sent out to have the chips removed and the data pulled. Maybe another time. Matt is knowledgeable, easy going, and communication with him went smoothly. His business is clean and organized compared to other shops I've visited. If I have any issues with my phone/tablet in the future I will not hesitate to use his services again.
