I went to get my iPhone fixed and it was done in 15 minutes ! He had great customer service. It was not only fast but the price was more than reasonable and I didn’t have any future issues. 5 stars overall experience !

I went to several places around Central Falls and Pawtucket before I found this one. They all said their technicians were not in but would be back later. There were 4 people working the counter when I arrived, but only 3 in the store who all seemed to be helped promptly. All I needed was my charger port cleaned. My host charged me nothing, but asked me to put $5 bucks in the chip jar to "help out the kids". He broke my $10 so I could do it! To, as he said again, "help out the kids." I'm not sure what kids he was talking about, but I appreciated the compassion and was happy to do it.

Amazing local run phone store! The Prices on new and used iPhones are more than reasonable. They always give their customers deals on most of everything. We Need more stores like this locally!

Wonderful people and a great place! They helped me after I went to another local place and they gave me a LOW Quality replacement screen on my iPhone 6 and they have fixed it twice from the damage to my phone from the first place! On vacation in RI. Broke my iPhone screen yesterday. Found this store online and decided to stop by. Very nice store and staff. The tech fixed my phone in under 10 minutes. For $70 on an iPhone 7 screen with glass screen protector. No complaints. Great place for phone repairs.

I just had my phone screen fixed on my iPhone 7plus. I had recently had it fixed at a kiosk in the mall and it was all sorts of messed up. Ernesto was awesome. He Had my phone fixed in an hour and the color on my screen finally looks normal!!! Can't thank them enough. And the price was VERY reasonable considering I paid much more at the mall for a horrible product! Wonderful experience!

I just left this store and I want to say they were so wonderful to deal with. I went in with an issue on my phone which really wasn’t something they do as a rule but they helped me out in fixing something that I had done to my phone accidentally. Highly recommend this store

Website says they’re open at 10a, went there for 12pm and it was closed. There was a sign saying they wouldn’t be back till 3:30pm with no explanation. Went back and bought a phone which broke within 12 hours. Brought I back the next day and they replaced it no problem and gave me a free case. They are accommodating and aim to please it seems. If you need a phone fast, are willing to settle for something not perfect, know what you are doing when searching for a phone that works, and want a reasonable price, these guys are a good option. It’s an independent cellphone repair/sales service center, they seem good willing and I’m satisfied in my dealings with them.

These guys are awesome!....outstanding service...super low prices!... Tito sold me a great phone...great price. 4 mos ltr..my 16 yr old dropped it in a little water!...it worked but had some screen issues...he took it apart...there was no saving it..and he showed me exactly why...so he lets me have another iPhone at his cost!!??...THEY DID NOT HAVE TO DO THAT!! I got a happy kid again....give the these guys a try....they are great people!!!

The prices look good and I’m think about stopping by but when u get your screen repaired can they fix the front camera also? The eyesight part is fine it’s just that the front facing camera has a few cracks through it

I came from the Dartmouth, MA area just to go to the store in Pawtucket for them to check my camera because my phone fell on the ground and broke the camera. Another company told me it was the motherboard and not the camera that my beat bet was to get a new phone. So I contacted EM wireless and they told me to come in this week to get it check since I just bought my phone from them recently and sure enough it was the camera and it took them only 5-10 minutes to replace it. I’ll take the 40 minute ride anytime to get my phone fixed from them, These companies in my area don’t know what they’re doing. Once again if EM wireless is reading this again...Thank You so much!!!

I was having difficulty with my Apple device I went there the next day there was a 16-year-old girl working there and did not know how to fix phones I came right over five minutes down the street to EM wireless and they gave me a charger and fixed my phone they literally have magicians working there!!!!! Free of charge !!!!!
