ZAGG screens work better than any other brand of screen protector-I have them on all of our phones, Apple Watches, and tablets. The ZAGG kiosk at the Maine Mall offers amazing customer service. They install the screen protectors quickly and reliably and they are friendly and efficient. I have been back for replacement screens a few times —our ZAGG screens have taken a few hits when the phones have been dropped on ice—the ZAGG cracks, but they kept the phone screen intact.

I’ve been using ZAGG for many years to protect my devices. I have AppleCare, but I like that extra layer of protection. Keeps life simpler in the event of a break. Keep in mind that when you upgrade your devices, you will get a credit toward the new protector if you bring the old device and turn in the old shield. Just did this with an iPad and was credited $20.

The initial purchase is a little more than other places but they will replace the broken protector as many times as needed for $10 after the initial screen purchase. This product saved my iPhone screen! I purchased the screen cover about three years ago. The person at the kiosk, Michael, was very pleasant and efficient. He took off the broken shield, cleaned the phone screen, and placed the new cover on. This company stands behind their product. The replacement was $10 rather than the full amount of a new cover. All transactions were completed under three minutes.

Absolutely love going to ZAGG in the Maine mall. I ALWAYS get my screen protectors through them because of the speedy service, the professionalism of the employees, and the durability of the products. Recently I drove my tow truck over my brand new iPhone 13 Pro Max and went to Apple in the Maine mall to get a replacement, they took off the ZAGG screen protector and threw it away, and got my new phone and I was on my way… Before getting out the doors I remembered I needed a screen protector on my new phone, and something more durable for a phone case. So I returned to the Apple Store and had the worker fetch the demolished screen protector from the trash can and I went right over to ZAGG with it… They took the smashed up one and charged me the $10 and put a new one on my new phone. Then I asked about cases and was sold a durable phone case with built in MagSafe and then told that if anything happens to it or the screen in the future to just bring them back and I could get a replacement for BOTH the screen and the case for just the $10 replacement fee… There’s no place out there that would do this… especially with the phone case, you’d be responsible for dumping another $60 into a new case… to top it all off I also have AirPod Pros which they also had a case for and if I break it or lose part of it guess what? It cost just the small replacement fee and I get a new one… I will ALWAYS go to ZAGG for all my electronic protection needs, there’s no other place I would even consider going… I’m a lifetime member of ZAGG

I love the service I get here every time. I bought a zagg shield for my iPhone many many years ago and I always upgrade to a new one with a new phone. Replacing them is easy and has been a PERFECT fit with no bubbles and no mistakes ever. Can’t say the same for the one time I had my carrier place one on! Replacements are always $10 and so worth it for the many times it’s saved my screen. I made the whole family get them. It’s a lot cheaper than a protection plan and all we’ve needed for the last four years!

Zagg makes a quality cover that is super easy to replace. The stall at Maine Mall is convenient. It was actually one of the things I missed duri g the pandemic! I’ve been going to ZAGG in the Maine Mall since my 10yr old was a little less than a year old, and he would drop my phone sometimes weekly or sometimes daily (and once before we even left the mall) and crack the ZAGG cover to my screen. Mike has always been there to fix it and the day it got dropped and cracked before leaving the mall he replaced the screen cover for free. He’s is always friendly, and remembers us. He’s also very good at getting the screen covers centered. I’ve had it replaced once at another ZAGG kiosk and it was not even close to centered and had bubbles.

I was recommended to ZAGG, from a trusted referral, and decided to get a face cover for my Apple Watch. I was sold on the guarantee that this brand offers, plus the damage-coverage offered if damage occurs while wearing one of their protectors (I imagine this could vary or differ, depending on what you use…). I was unusually reluctant to ‘dive right in’ to this opportunity, but I value my Apple Watch, the stats it provides, and work a warehouse job, so figured it was worth the investment. I don’t remember EXACT product names, so I’ll paraphrase here: I went with the heaviest protection for my Apple Watch screen…it was applied pristinely (while I observed), and was unfortunately a bit “clunky” to begin with…taps on the screen required multiple, or more forceful taps than you’d expect…screen wound up getting an edge lifted, while at work, and became a bit cumbersome…so I peeled it off. Went without a protector (didn’t make it back to replace it) for about a week - and while I do my best to baby the screen, still managed to get a couple scuff on the face. Made it back for a replacement (I didn’t need any receipt, just like I was assured when I initially purchased, although I took one, and the original screen protector box anyway), was charged the advertised $10 replacement cost, but this time - this is how I believe the first screen was intended to function. Extremely responsive, unnoticeable, and VERY satisfied this time around. Should anything ever fail, I can take this to ANY ZAGG distributor/provider/sales rep, anywhere, and “they’ll recognize their work”; you don’t need a receipt, or proof of anything…$10, lifetime guarentee. Highly recommend!
