I’ve always dreaded cell service stores the same as a DMV visit. But yesterday Cierra changed that entire outlook. Remarkably patient and wholly professional, Cierra had answers to literally all of our questions and then some. She navigated a normally really frustrating and expensive experience with ease and we couldn’t have walked out of that store in a better mood. Thanks, Cierra!!

Mac the Verizon rep was very very helpful and patient. He took his time helping each customer in there. As he was the only employee in the store. I found the perfect case for my phone that not only was the last one available it was better than I expected based off his recommendation. Also needed a screen protector which he graciously placed on my phone. I will forever use the location. He even suggested an iPhone upgrade, however I'm currently satisfied more now with the two items I purchased. I took the time to write this because Mac was very helpful in my experience and made everything super easy and answered all the questions I had. He deserves a raise(Mac).

Orel was totally awesome. He took care of everything I needed & his explanations of features & recommendations were geared towards my needs without pressuring me to buy something I didn't need or wouldn't like. It's difficult today to have a cellular company employee give you the time of day let alone personally walk you through features & just take care of things for you but I can definitely say, Orel you knocked this sale & interaction out of the park buddy, thank you so much ❤️💯

Amber was awesome in helping me out. We sort of had a mess on our account. And my phone had died and I was in desperate need of a new phone which I had on order but wasn't going to come for another 2 weeks. But she was able to hold for me a pixel 6 pro even though it was the last one they had. Transfer my number to the new phone and I finally after 2 weeks have a phone that works. Thank you so much! She was super patient and extra helpful! Being a small business owner I really appreciate having a phone properly working again! Thank you so much!!!
