I walked in today at a little after 1, not sure what was wrong with my phone, but some parts of the screen were unresponsive. The man who helped me was very professional and kind and solved my problem quickly! I will definitely recommend it to my friends and come back for future issues! Also worth noting - its on Hawthorne which can be a challenge to park sometimes but this is an easily accessible store! Pricing was fair as well.

My older generation iphone was smashed front and back and possibly having hardware issues as well. Other repair shops were quoting me no less than $200 with one as high as $350 to repair. I was on the fence weather to just get a new phone, but decided to take it to iChihuahua based off the reviews. WOW, they immediately put me at ease with their relaxed attitudes, level of care, and easing my fears of being on the hook for a huge service bill if my phone had a new screen, but still didn't function. 1 hour and $90 later I had a fully functioning phone. Can't say enough good things about iChihuahua!! p.s. The shop is located in a great spot on SE Hawthorne to go for a walk, grab a bite, or get a haircut while your device is getting fixed.

I had a great experience getting my iPhone XS screen replaced here. Workers were friendly and helpful, and pricing was very reasonable. As a novelist who researched the process ahead of time, they were receptive and respectful when asking questions and getting down to the details. A desire for quality was palpable, and I think the biggest concern for these types of places is trusting you won’t get ripped off and the repair is genuine. Plus there are pubs across the street to spend time during the repair, what more could you ask for. Definitely would recommend.

Wow what a change of pace! I had gone down the street to another repair place called "IPhone, Samsung Repair & Battery Replacement" and left feeling incredibly ripped off and mistreated. iChihuahua was a completely different experience and I will give them all my business from now on! Alex was so kind, helpful, and quick about fixing my XS. He was not just trying to make money off of me like the other place, and even gave me suggestions on ways to save money (without paying him). Places like these are what makes Portland so great, and I cannot recommend them enough!

This folks are just amazing. My son is autistic and non-verbal, and he uses a special app on an iPad to communicate. So when he breaks the screen (as he has done 4-5 times now despite numerous screen protectors), it's important to get it fixed fast. Not only are the prices at iChihuahua more than fair, they have always been very understanding of my situation, and have a great turnaround time, usually 24 hours or less. On top of that, because I take it in so often, the last time I went in they fixed it for free! Their work is always excellent, even on the older model iPad we have. They are always friendly, and never make us feel like they don't have enough time, or ask why the same iPad gets broken over and over. I can't recommend them highly enough. Skilled, quick, good prices, and compassionate folks to boot. They have my business for life!

Honest and effective. Took in my iPhone because it was difficult to get a charger to work. Asked them to replace the charging port. Their quote for that ($60) was $20 less than the lowest one I had received (I called 3 other places). When I took it in they cleaned it first. That was the fix. They then refused any payment. They easily could have charged me for replacing the port and didn’t. Amazing.

I stumbled upon this business two years ago when my brand new iPhone 7 Plus had a terrible accident on it’s first few hours in my possession. They restored it to new in less than an hour, for a much more reasonable price than the Apple store offered. I have had absolutely no issues with this repair. My phone recently began having a charging issue, so I took it back in. They fixed it for me in less than 5 minutes, and were so incredibly helpful and professional. I mentioned that my battery doesn’t hold a charge like it used to. They offered to check my battery, and did so quickly and easily, and for free! They could have easily told me I needed a new battery now, but gave me an honest assessment that I could probably wait another 6 months before replacing the current battery. I will definitely be returning when it’s time to replace the battery, and if I have need of other repairs. I am so happy to have found a reliable trustworthy business for phone repair.

My daughter's phone had a couple of different issues right in a row (#1 it stopped charging completely, #2 the touch ID stopped working and there was a non-responsive area of the screen). As much as we didn't love spending $ to fix an older phone, we had a really good experience with iChihuahua repair. They were frank, friendly, knowledgeable and totally didn't talk down to us at any point. They even offered to negotiate on price because we'd been through the ringer with this phone (including a faulty screen repair done while traveling out-of-state). I would absolutely recommend this company and I would do business with them again if I ever need a repair on a phone or iPad.

These guys are great! I went to a competitor first. They other guys said they couldn't replace the battery on my Galaxy S7 because to do so would require breaking the back glass. Then I took it to iChihuahua. They said no problem. They did the job in less than an hour. There was a weird problem after they replaced the battery. I took it back in and they said they would fix it and cover the costs if they needed to order additional parts. It turned out to be the proximity sensor had come disconnected. They figured it out quickly and fixed it right away. They are very friendly, the price is the best in town, and they stand behind their work. I'm glad I found them.

Super shop! I had the misfortune of cracking my iPhone's screen twice in the span of a few months - the fellas at iChihuahua fixed me right up both times! These guys are the best! Alex explained all the possible scenarios to fix two phones I had in need of repair. when the old 6S was unrepairable, they charged me nothing. My 8 had water damage and was having antenna issues which are difficult to diagnose, but Alex was honest about the situation and my options. I would definitely recommend iChihuahua (even though Im not a fan of small dogs!)

INCREDIBLY friendly and knowledgeable! I had a finicky iPhone 6 that had an issue with it's charging/speaker port. Anna helped me out taking a look at my phone (cleaned it for free first to see if that was the issue!) and when it still needed some attention, their pricing was super affordable and done in a flash. Unfortunately my phone STILL was acting funky, but Anna gladly took it back and gave it some free TLC to make sure that it was in fine working order! They even put a screen protector on the phone for the trouble. Long story short, the staff is friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and take care of your phone like it was their own! I called this place after a FAILED repair from ubreakifix that took nearly 3 hours! Afterwards gave these guys a call and talked to Alex, He was GREAT. I dropped my iPad Pro face down onto a rock driveway. The face broke in two places and shatter lines around that. I am not a phone person and the IPad is my constant companion. I am a Computer User, not a Geek. The first shop said it would be a complete replacement for $280! I went down Hawthorne to Ichihuahua and got a far better price to replace the screen as well as friendly, respectful help. This will be my go to from now on!

I had googled “IPhone 6 GPS not working” and got lots of advice on resets, updates, etc. I tried everything except the hard reset, before I called this amazing outfit. The woman who helped me said it would cost $20 and she wouldn’t charge me if the new hardware didn’t solve my problem. I was in and out in 20 minutes, and the GOS and new WiFi antenna she installed are working flawlessly. iChihuahua is amazing, with great customer service and even a friendly chihuahua. Give them your business!

They are definitely more affordable than the overpriced apple store repair for an iPhone 6. The gentlemen their were polite, professional, and took only about 10 minutes to fixed my cracked screen. This is THE PLACE for great inexpensive service for iPhones. With only 3 people they still replaced my battery and screen and corrected a wonky frame for only $60!!! All in an hour. I was having trouble with the USB charging port on my phone. After a brief phone consult I visited the shop. After a couple minutes of deft application of some tweezers, the charging port is working again! There was no charge, which is amazing. I know where I'm going if I ever have another issue!

These guys are my heros! I spilled water on my Macbook Air and even though they usually do smaller devices they were able to replace my keyboard and the parts damaged by water for less than $200. It has been over a week and my computer is still working; they did a great and very quick job that saved me from having to essentially buy a new computer! When I called a different store they told me over the phone it would cost at least $900 without even seeing my computer first. It is so refreshing to get real, human service at iChihuahua. This was my second iphone that I have got repaired here. First issue was an audio jack, and this iphone 6+ needed a new screen to fix a random tapping behavior. Prices are extremely reasonable and the phones were fixed within 40 minutes. Absolutely one of the best retail experiences I have had both times. Will continue to go here and highly recommended.

This was my 2nd visit to this repair shop. My power cord wasn't fitting into port and charging correctly. After Verizon told me my only option was to buy a new iPhone, I figured I'd see what these guys could do. Busted out the microscope, cleaned out the port and now its working good as new! And at no charge! Exceptional service, fast and affordable. These guys rock!

The dog does not fix the phones. The staff here is superb. I had some stuff in my headphone jack and they cleaned it out for free and provided an enjoyable conversation also free of charge. One of the most enjoyable expierences I've had at a store ever.

Not only were they affordable but were able to fix it the same day and in just one hour! When I walked into the shop I met Ben and he was extremely friendly and accommodating . I left walked around the Hawthorne area for an hour (checked out some vintage and tea shops) then when I came back my Iphone looked better then before I cracked it! They're independent and there's usually a dog there, so that's cool. They fixed my screen but broke the back and I had to go back when the part came in. They replaced and fixed the part they broke with no charge, and they were friendly and apologetic. I'll do business with them again, should the need arise. People make mistakes sometimes, so I'm not upset about it. The chairs that I sat in while I waited were really comfortable on my back.

I went to the Mac Store a couple weeks ago because I had cracked the screen on my iPhone. They quoted me $275, said it would take a couple hours to fix, and it only came with a 30 day warranty. I thought the price was pretty high so I looked around and went to iDope. They had my phone fixed within 30 minutes and only charged me $139! It doesn't come with a warranty, but for the price that was fine with me!

Wow, my broken iPhone was repaired in record time. We were only in Portland for a few days, I'd earlier dropped and cracked my iPhone's screen. I tried to mend it myself but only made it worse. I dropped it off at iChihuahua and a few hours later the technician contacted me to say it was ready to go. No problems with the iPhone since then, it's as good as new. Anna, the technician there really knows her stuff, she'll get the job done right the first time.

This totally place rules. I don't even panic anymore when I drop my phone because it gives me another reason to come visit these guys. They're super quick, honest, and fair. I wish going to the dentist felt like going to see the people at IChihuahua, because I used to HATE the whole catastrophe of a dropped cracked phone and obviously the dentist is the worst. Also people, back up your phones. Like right now. Also again, they're all super attractive too? None of them are single. I'm sorry guys the name and marketing is terrible, but the service was great. I got a quote for fixing my Samsung S9 that was $100 less than everywhere else. They completed it in 2 hrs. Only small thing was they cracked my back glass. They did warn me this could happen. I would definitely go back.

I dropped a wrench on my boyfriends Ipad Pro, obliterating the screen and bending the back shell noticeably. I took it to another shop and they quoted me nearly the cost of a second hand one to fix it and it would be over a week. so I call IChihuahua, they said it would be 320$ and they could have it finished the next day. on top of being very quick they were extremely polite. on top of everything they cleaned out my BFs Iphone charge port saving him from getting a replacement for free. 5/5 would highly recommended.

My iPhone 6 Plus stopped being able to connect to cell towers (so useless to me as a phone), Apple Store wanted $330 to replace the entire phone, iChihuahua Repair was able to reflow the solder on my baseband chip and get it working again for 1/10th of the cost and have it fixed in less than a day.
