Best phone salesperson ever! Alma was friendly, thorough, informative, and took care of all our needs in a straightforward timely manner (while still holding our hands, so to speak.) We had 3 separate things to accomplish from buying a new phone, upgrading our service plan, unlocking an old phone, and getting the lowdown on phone capabilities internationally (sim swapping, what to do, and what not to do.) Painless and positive all around!

I had to put in a solid 5-star review for Luke to thank him for the solid 5-star customer service I received from him on 2 visits. Luke helped me with my phone upgrade and return of my old device. I picked up quickly that Luke actually knows his gadgets really well and does not just reel off specifications from a box. He is also frank and honest with his recommendations. I wish I could have completed my upgrade in the store so he received credit, but the chosen device was not in stock. Nevertheless, Luke delivered exceptional service and I will gladly return any time I need assistance from AT&T.

Today I went to the AT&T Store to have my new iPhone set up. I also got hooked up to AT&T TV. The representative who helped me, Mo, was FANTASTIC!! Being a senior citizen, sometimes this new technology gets overwhelming. Mo was so sweet and so patient, and explained everything thoroughly. He was very knowledgable, and I appreciate all he did. I’m a happy customer!

I went into the store with a brand new iPhone with a problem with voice mail ( it didn’t work!) I was lucky enough to fine Luke who spent over an hour trying to solve the problem. When he ran out of ideas he didn’t hesitate to consult with colleagues, look for posts about similar problems, try every possible option. He made a frustrating experience easy to handle.

I went to the AT&T store for the first time in three years and was immediately greeted by a very friendly associate named, Luke. He was thoughtful in seeking to understand my needs, and went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. He patiently explained everything i needed to know, helped me upgrade to a higher level phone while not spending more than i originally wanted to, saved me money on my monthly bill, and got me HBO Max for free. Associates like Luke make me stay with AT&T. I've been a customer for over a decade and experiences like the one with Luke will keep me a customer for life. I will buy my phones from him from now on! At the 3rd and Yamhill store in Portland OR, Mo was extremely helpful getting a new Samsung phone, also checked my bundled account and was able to save me lots of money! I stopped into the AT&T at 3rd and Yamhill store to ask about a new phone. Carson was so helpful. Showed me options and I got a new phone with lots of help and direction in getting it set up. Super great staff persisting with Verizon's slow process of transferring service. Carson is awesome and Sara the manager is excellent. Totally recommend this store and their staff to meet your new phone needs. Oh, and I got an new Apple watch too; it's helping me meet all my fitness goals. Yay!

Can't stress it enough! Come to this store! This is the only AT&T store I will go to! Another bonus is it's a corporate store and they are good. Had AT&T going on 15 years now and once I discovered this location I'll never go to another! Almost always have what I want in stock and they're happy to order what they do not. I've always been treated like a friend when I come in and they're able to answer whatever questions I may have or find out what the answers are. They're not pushy, always polite, professional, knowledgeable, and get me in and out, typically with more than I planned on coming in for since there are so many toys, very quickly. If I have an account issue it's resolved before I leave and they really do go the extra mile. Thanks to everyone who works there! Your awesome!

Had a major issue with account fraud whereby a phone upgrade was placed without my consent - shipped to a hotel in SE Portland. Manager troubleshooted a number of complicated billing issues as a result of canceling fraudulent purchase. As issues persisted, and I returned to the store, same manager was quick to assume responsibility and see issue through to completion. Great customer support from staff in particular.

Convenient location, and I had a good experience with Matt. I am not a fan of AT&T overall, but better the devil you know, I suppose. Matt did give top notch help, but the crappy thing is that when (if) you take the survey, they rate the employee on your rating of AT&T, not of the employee themselves, which is the dumbest thing I've heard f. But then again, it's the Death Star, so what do you expect?

My iPhone 4s got stolen and I was due for an upgrade upon signing a new contract. Was set on wanting to use the upgrade for the 5s and get all my moneys worth. Being as the the 5s is hard to find this time of year with so many people reselling, I got the run around from apple and Best Buy. Joshua let me know when the merch was coming in and I received one as soon as I got in to the store this morning. It is beautiful! Timothy helped me set it up and even helped manage my bill, which had some racked up data from the person who stole my phone. Everyone was super helpful and polite and made this transition easy. Well done.

This review is actually for Ben. We bought a prepaid ATT SIM card for my sister who was visiting US for a couple of months. She brought a phone from oversee and it could make call with the new SIM card but data service was not working. A couple of stores in San Diego told us we need to buy a new phone to be able to use data. When we traveled to Portland for vacation, we decided to buy a phone from this no-tax city. So we went to this store and met Ben. After hearing the issue, he said he can fix the phone and we do not need to buy a new phone and he did!

I've been to many AT&T stores in the Portland area, and these folks, by far, exceed expectations every time. They listen to what I want and provide exactly what I need. Other stores feel like I'm working with the Keystone Cops, but these guys are always on top of it.

Had a sim card slot issue, just couldn't seem to read any cards on my new HTC One. Tim and Chris were fantastic, did everything they could to get it working. When they couldn't - they found someone that could. Send me right over to the device store to get it looked at, they couldn't figure it out either, so they gave me a brand new HTC One that now works. No issues whatsoever. That's the kind of service people should get. Impressed.

The main issue here is the waiting time almost all the time I have been to there. The assistance is good. I had solved all my problems whenever and whatever I've had before till now. Even one time they told me to wait over 15-20 min, but as I was in a hurry and the issue was not so long, so they assist me just after 3-4 minutes. But usually, consider to spend over 15-30min. for waiting, and then another 20-30 minutes connected you question, depends on what it is exactly. Otherwise, all is fine.
