We've had a couple repairs done here - highly recommend. Extremely knowledgeable, best price and always a quick turnaround time. I was considering to buy a new phone because the screen and back had cracked, but Microfix was able to repair it for a fraction of replacement cost and it's as good as new.

I was referred to Microfix by my partner. The technicians were very helpful and professional. They explained to me the whole repair process and it took 25 minutes to get the screen replaced on my iPhone 8 Plus. They also asked me which screen I prefer, aftermarket or original screen. They said they usually use original OEM screens unless customers ask for cheap aftermarket ones. I will definitely come here again when there is a need for cell phone repair.

I came here with a same day appointment for a shattered screen on my iPad Air. It also had a bowed screen from the crack. Not only was I’m done in a couple hours but Mike fixed the bowed screen at no additional cost!! He was friendly, quick and VERY well priced. He even put a new screen protector on the iPad! I would recommend Microfix to ANYONE! I am very happy with the choice to come here! They also do a pick up and drop off service for a small fee! Can’t beat that! ☆☆☆☆☆☆ (6 STARS) If your phone (or computer) is broke, you MUST take it to Microfix!!! It was the best service I have had in years!! My husband needed his phone screen fixed and they were able to locate the parts for a discontinued phone immediately and fixed his phone same day!! He was beyond happy with the service and the next week we called about getting my phone fixed. We scheduled an appointment same day, I was expecting to hundreds of dollars to get a new phone screen, charging port and battery on my Samsung 8+. Instead. I got OEM parts, labor, accessories and a few add ons all for less than $300!!! The prices are right, he is fast, efficient, clean and is willing to diagnose and find the parts before quoting prices or starting the work. You need to make Mircofix you first call! We are so glad we did, and we are faithful customers for life!!

The kids broke the iPad screen and I was looking for a quick and fairly priced repair shop. Microfix did a great job and it was ready in only a couple hours. When I picked up the iPad I thought it would be a good idea to have a screen protector placed. He did it in a quarter of the time that it would’ve taken me. He then asked if the touch ID was working before I brought it in. I honestly had no idea because it wasn’t my iPad. He was so concerned that it might’ve been damaged during his repair that he gave me the screen protector for free. Because I didn’t know if it was working beforehand I offered to pay for the screen protector but he wouldn’t let me. The kids abuse that thing! I would 100% come back

This was two days ago. Today I left my phone on my car as I drove off 🤦‍♀️. Excellent customer service! Went there to replace dying battery of one phone and a cracked screen of another. They gave me very reasonable prices. They told me when to drop off the phones to minimize the hassle and delay. Excellent service. My moms phone battery had expanded to the point of separating part of the screen from the body of the phone. I called and even though they were 15 minutes from closing on a holiday they were willing to wait for us to come and get the battery replaced. Awesome customer service! I smashed my entire iPhone 6 Plus screen but the LCD underneath still managed to work fine, so luckily it wasn't too expensive to repair. He did a great job fixing it and when he initially brought my phone out after he was done, I noticed the Touch ID wasn't working and he happily brought it back to fix it! I did purchase a screen protector along with the replacement screen. He threw in a slim phone case as a present. I would highly recommend that you come to Microfix.

First of all, I am not like a person who write a review but for this time I have to do it. I broke my iPhone11 a week ago and I was considering changing my phone to iPhone13 at first, because the repair cost from Apple is $199 so I thought buying a new phone was better. However, I found out Microfix provides REALLY good price! I am surely say that this store offers the lowest price. You can get 20% off for the first repair service and I also got the 5% too for student discount. The price was amazing and he was so considerate for everything. He gave me some gifts and even when I tried to check out with a credit card he let me know there was a service fee so suggested me to use a debit card, which I didn't know. The service time was also really short like less than 20-30 mins. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. Please go and get the service!!!!!!!!

Dude is hands down the best he is top of the line I went through 3 repair guys ripping me off over charging me! Had a guy put tap on the inside of my phone and no other repair shop would let me know I crane here he put knew brackets in for me actually gave me a good battery that works he’s very clam and easy to work with also the guy let me watch him fix my phone in front of me he’s super transparent if you want to save money and go with someone that’s trust worthy he’s the guy hands down I will never go anywhere else………

I had an iPhone 7 plus that I needed a screen replacement for and I thought I might give a local place a try. It's a good thing I did. I walked in and talked to the owner of the shop who was extremely helpful and professional. I told him my situation and how I needed a new screen and he ran down the different types of screens I could purchase for the phone and what it would cost with labor. I ended up selecting the original iPhone screen and paid what was a very reasonable price. He told me if I wasn't in a rush he could replace the screen for me within 20 minutes. And just like that I walked out with basically a new looking iPhone 7 plus in 20 minutes. Highly recommend to anyone. Very professional service at a very good price.

I felt like he never rushed me to make a decision and let me take my time. The owner and operator did a great job all around. He immediately got to work on my iPhone 11, and finished replacing the screen in a mere 15 minutes. He even provided me with a free charger, and upgraded the glass to tempered glass because it was the second time I had broken the screen. I called Microfix about 3 weeks ago. I spoke to Mike. I explained that I had a cracked camera lense on my Samsung S20 Ultra and was quoted a price. I finally got the time to stop in today to make the repair. Once Mike looked over the phone he still quoted me the same price. This repair made me just a little nervous being that I had other quotes and they reported to me that my camera may not work after this type of repair. Mike was courteous, professional, polite and very precise about what had to be done to repair my phone. I ask about how long the repair would take and he said about an hour, and that was right on point. He explained the repair process and explained the downsides at the worse. Best place in the state for phone repairs!!!!!My iPhone 7 Plus was not turning on after updating. It was turning off and on constantly. I called apple and they asked me to connect through iTunes and do restore and update and still didn’t work. Then I went to geek squad in Best Buy and they couldn’t help me. I finally went to apple store at Scottsdale fashion square. They tried doing the same process of restoring and updating from iTunes but didn’t work and suggested me to buy a new phone or the repair fee would be 400 dollars. I was looking for a place to get replace my iPhone 6s Plus screen. Mike (owner of MICROFIX ) was very courteous and explained me different options for my screen replacement. He even let me see how he fixed the screen and even explained few steps. After fixing screen he had a checklist to make sure other pieces of screen like camera, earpiece,switch and touchscreen were working properly. I also got an year warranty for screen except for any physical damage I did fix my screen using groupon before at some other store and he replaced it with a generic after market one which had terrible touch sensitivity and screen brightness was too blue. I was not even given an option to pick between after market and OEM screen. I would recommend this place and in case I need to fix my phone again I would definitely come back.

They should be able to fix my phone the same day that the parts arrive, if everything goes to plan. I didn't catch the man's name but he was so informative, honest, and friendly. I needed the battery replaced in my Turbo 2, and the charging port (I thought). He gave me an estimate, and let me pay a deposit over the phone. When the part came in he called to let me know, I dropped off my phone, and it was ready less than 24 hours later. We went through the phone when I dropped it off and when I picked it up to make sure there weren't any other issues. He also cleaned out the charging port and it works again! My favorite part of this shop is just how nice the guys inside are! They have been great. My Samsung Galaxy 7 edge fell down and then I rode over it with my bicycle. So, the glass in front and back was destroyed. They offered the best price and did it there and now. I waited in the Dunkin Donuts near by with free WiFi and my laptop. My phone was fixed sooner than expected and I just picked it up. Screen wise - no issues. But, I have been having battery issues before the fall and I am coming back to get my battery replaced here. Great customer service! Thought I needed a new USB port, new battery, and new screen... turns out the USB port just needed to be cleaned which they did free of charge! There was a slight imperfection in the screen... was told to bring it back if it didn’t go away.... brought it back and had it replaced again, but the only screen he had had more imperfections... he gave me the phone back and said he’ll get new screens by EOD and call me to come back. He did just that and threw in a tempered glass protector for my troubles! Not much he could do about defects in his screens, but he did what he could to make a frustrating situation the best he could!

Brought my galaxy s7 edge to this place today. Can't pull out the sim tray. Turned out it broke from the inside. The owner had a hard time pulling the broken piece out. It was stuck really good. I was afraid he'd give up on me but after several bent pins, sore fingers(and a lot of frustration), he manage to pull that sim tray from hell out! Job well done sir. You did not let me down. Then i charged it in case battery is dead, which may not be the best idea after water damage, and it didn't work either. 3 weeks later, when I started to look for a new phone, a friend of mine recommended this place. I gave it a try, since i have nothing to lose. Long story short, phone came to life :) screen and battery were dead and replaceable but chips and memory were not damaged.
