Use my phone for work work and completely destroyed the screen, called into multiple other stores and none of them had my screen in, and said it would take a week to get it fixed. Called in here and they had it! Gave these guys a shot based of reviews and the fact they had my screen and wow, I am seriously impressed! I love this place!!! I bought the bundle package and have needed a new screen protector and 3 Raptor protectors and it’s all for the initial 60 bucks. I drop my phone often so this saves me so much money. The staff is friendly and quick too! Verizon charges 40 bucks just for the screen protector so the bundle gives you both with a 2 year warranty..🙌

Took my phone into the manufacturers preferred servicer for a screen replacement (cracked and died). They couldn't get the new screen to work and said likely motherboard issue. Tired to get a statement of no repair to file a damage claim through my card company. They said any notes on the repair attempt are confidential per company policy. Makes zero sense. Took it to Cellairis and they determined coat to repair to be higher than purchase price and provided me a statement of no repair all in the same day. Julian was extremely nice and knowledgeable and I would use their service again.

This place was great. I had the ‘Service’ alert on my battery on my iPhone 8+. I walked up and asked how much to replace the battery. They responded $50. I quickly responded how much for the labor. They said $50 for battery and labor. I asked how long. They were not busy so it was 20-30 minutes. Not to bad. They were quick and price am was good. Got the phone back and the phone battery no longer stated that performance was greatly degraded. I will keep them in mind for any other future repairs. Honestly I don’t think anyone will actually read this because they have roughly 400 positive reviews.

Called around pretty much everywhere in Gilbert to have the back glass repaired on my S20 ultra. Called Mason at the Cellaris inside the Gilbert Wal Mart and he was able to put a rush on the part (next day shipping) and the cost was still far less expensive than anywhere else I called. The employees behind this counter are super professional and this store is very lucky to have someone represent their brand this well. Luca helped me decide a case for my iPhone 10X, and told me about the great promotional deal of the 3 year screen repair and a phone case. Though the cases were a bit much, an appropriate priced phone case is required for an expensive phone. Abbey snapped on the case and made sure the phone was in order before returning it back to me Clean store and vibrant atmosphere. Fixed my iPhone 5 screen in about fifteen minutes. Watched him do it and it was done quickly and efficiently. The negative reviews are with a different owner. These guys will beat competitors prices and do it quickly! Friendly and knowledgeable. I would happily take any device to them to have repaired. Also have a 90 day warranty on the repair. Not additional damage but if for any reason the repair they completed will not work, they will fix it.

Adrian was awesome! He helped first put a new screen in my phone after I had cracked it. When he was checking it found out speaker was busted. Of course I knew this but I didn’t think anything could be done about it. He said he’d look into fixing it. He did! I thought I’d have to get a new phone for it, but I didn’t. So helpful! I took my iPad in and it had to be shipped off to be repaired. I was told it would take about a week to get it back but it took longer than expected because of Christmas and covid. I was moving back to Utah so the timeline was kind of stressful but the employees were super helpful and flexible and offered a free screen protector because of the delay even though it was out of their control! They were very accommodating to my situation and offered to ship it to me in Utah so it was completely stress-free! Very grateful for cellairis employees this season!

I got an iPhone screen replace there today. The price was about the same as others I think but I was impressed with the two guys working there. They worked on the phone right there in front of me while dealing with other customers. There was an elderly lady that brought at least 3 tablets that her grandkids play with. Their issues ranged from playdo in the charge port to a bad charger mixed with a lack of tech savvy but the guy was so patient with her and helped her through all these issues like it was his own grandmother. I’ll definitely go back here again if the need arises.

Last Thursday my Samsung S9 died - sort of. The screen was a strobe light making it unusable. Costco & Verizon were of no help. Costco has no tech support and they also were out of the new phone I was considering. Verizon flat told me the phone was not fixable. They chose a phone for me (most expensive phone mind you) yet they could not get it to scan so I could pay and leave the store! I took that as a sign to leave the store without the $1000 phone and explore other options. I called Cellairis at 2501 S Market St. & shared what I was experiencing with my phone. The young man shared it was my screen and they could replace it. How long & how much I ask. Answer - up to 48 hours & far less then $1000 I was going to have to pay for a new phone. So, late Thursday afternoon I brought my flashing Samsung S9 to Cellairis. Far less than 24 hours later my phone was back in my hands working perfectly. I experienced the best customer service from all three young men I had the pleasure of doing business with. The support and service provided was exemplary of not only customer service but of human kindness. Ahmed, Matthew, & Julian were kind, patient, went above and beyond. I certainly hope their manager and leadership understand just how valuable these three young men are. Thank you!!!! I'm going to share with everyone I know where to take electronics to be repaired!!!

I called Cellairis today to look into getting the charging port on my OnePlus 6 replaced. The port was very loose and it would not allow the Type C cord to stay in place. I spoke with Matthew on the phone and he answered all of my questions and gave me a quote for the replacement. He also informed me that most of the time, the reason that the cord will not fit into the port was due to debris such as dust and lint that are clogging up the port. Matthew told me that he would be happy to replace the port for me, but he would like to try cleaning out the port first to see if that was the issue. I brought my phone in, and lo and behold, after about 5 minutes of cleaning the port out, the cord would finally stay in! Matthew did not charge me for this service which was awesome. If I have any more issues with my phone I will definitely be coming back to Cellairis. Would highly recommend!

When running your own business being disconnected is not a good thing. Norm got me back up and running. He was wonderful, extremely helpful, and completely open and honest with all involved in getting it fixed. He even mentioned getting insurance on my devices. I know a lot of people think that insurance as a whole is a scam. However, it made me start thinking about all the abuse I have put my phone through. It has been: dropped, tossed, cracked, smashed, trashed, washed, flushed, chewed, door jammed, drooled on, even on occasion punched, and those are just a few things the poor thing has endured. After being disconnected for even a day convinced me that being able to replace it quickly and easily is a wise investment for not only my business, as well as my life. Also, going with a person (Norm) I can trust to get the job done makes me feel more secure. If... I should say, when I destroy another device I know who I'm taking it to.
