I dropped my XR, causing the phone screen to crack and also show minor LCD display damages- I was able to make a same-day appointment with Phone Repair Philly after searching on google. I forget his name, but the man that helped me was so nice and fixed my screen within a half hour. I would definitely recommend this business as the prices were lower than competing phone repair spots as well. Overall, very satisfactory.

Best customer service I’ve ever encountered! After you call, you get an automated text message with a link to their website for pricing and a link to schedule an appt. It was so easy and efficient! Every business should adopt this system! After scheduling an appt, I arrived to their convenient location in CC and Conner already had all the supplies and tools ready to fix my iPhone 11 screen. I went to get coffee and 20 mins later my phone screen was fixed and good as new! He even threw on a free screen protector! All for <$100!!! Conner went the extra mile to make sure other features of the phone were still working, like the touch screen, side buttons, and camera. And reassured me that if there were any issues I could come right back! I will definitely be returning to get all my apple products fixed here in the future, and even considering purchasing a new laptop from them in the near future simply bc of their excellent customer service!

Honestly, I don't think it's possible to have a *better* experience having my phone screen replaced. After having wrongly trusted a different store to have the necessary replacement, I was told they couldn't do it - after their site indicated they could - I called these folks. Tech Brad found a replacement screen they had in touch and within an hour and a half, I had a repaired phone. Truly superb experience.

I had my screen and back part replaced at the Center City location. The gentleman quoted me the price, I was surprised, as it was a little less than I had thought it would be for the work I needed done. He said it would take about two hours. I decided to wait in the waiting room, which was comfortable. My phone was done in just under ONE hour. Incredible service. I had a problem with my phone after I left, (it ended up being a faulty new screen.) it wasn’t a major issue, but it was noticeable. I returned two days later, and the gentleman fixed my phone right away, and now looks brand new and works perfectly. I “fixed” the phone to trade in to ATT for $800 toward a new iPhone. DEFINITELY worth the price, I HIGHLY recommend them, all their locations are amazing (I’ve also been to the Northern Liberties location…equally professional and amazing) you WONT be disappointed.

I had a really good experience. The pricing wasn't unbelievable for the type of phone I had to get repaired. I even got a discount which helped. My phone had cracks all over the screen and was broke in the corners. The back plate on my phone had cracks and broken pieces missing also. They fixed and the phone honestly looked brand new when I went to get it. It seemed to work fine with no problems. Now I was only getting the phone fixed to trade in so I can speak to if the phone is still in good shape after tye repair but it seemed to be great when I picked it up before the trade in. They were very fast as well. I dropped my phone off and picked up the next day by noon.

The guy at the front desk was working on a device when answering my questions so was quite distracted. Since walk-ins are welcome I found that to be less than professional. Additionally, I was told that I can give in my phone for repair, for a decent fee, but that no guarantee can be issued. Perhaps this is standard procedure, but it’s iffy to me. Technically, no work may be done on the device but they’ll still get paid. The shop was easy to locate and comfortable, hence the 3-star rating.

The customer service was great and I understand that paying for repairs on a new flagship device with a 3rd party company will be expensive, but the final product lacked professional quality. The screen protector added to my phone was left with multiple ugly bubbles. There answer to fix it was I could get rid of it or buy another and do it myself. I hope the company does well but with there growth they take the time to also enhance the quality of their work.

For less than 50 bucks I was out the door within an hour. Phone was totally fixed and had no problems since. My technician, Mike, was nice and professional and repaired my phone (for a great price — much cheaper than Apple would have) in just thirty minutes! Quick repairs, polite, and honest. Even though they messed up the fingerprint sensor on my S8+, they are going to fix it free of charge when the part comes in. Definitely recommend them for phone repairs! Update: I changed my review from 4 stars to 5 stars. The fingerprint sensor they ordered arrived within 2 days. These guys are great, they fix my phone multiple times I always bring it to them when I have an issue. Last Two times my phone needed to be rebuilt completely and they were very accommodating and helpful. I didn’t think my phone could come back from the dead but it did, I’m still having an issue but they are actively working with me on it to get it figured out and I couldn’t appreciate it more. 10 out of 10 would recommend

The manager was both kind and quick when it came to fixing the screen - he was patient and listened to when I pointed out a small fault in the screen afterwords and was more than happy to try and fix it. Mac even offered to fix both my home button and repair missing screws from the last place I went to. 5/5 stars! With fair pricing and timely repairs it’s safe to say this is the best spot to go.

My iPhone 8 stopped taking a charge after it got wet and sandy at the beach. I tried cleaning out the charging port with a floss pick which usually does the trick. No luck this time. I brought it to Phone Repair Philly and was told that if the charging port was bad that the replacement cost would be $80 and that it would take an hour to fix. I returned an hour later and learned that the problem was fixed: my dirty charging port simply needed a good cleaning. Best of all there was no charge! I have to express my thanks to Mike at Phone Repair Philly!

I broke the screen on my Pixel and took it to Phone Repair Philly to get it replaced. When the tech took the busted screen off he told me the damage was more extensive than just the screen, the wires connecting the screen were messed up and needed to be replaced. That would require sending to phone to another location and the work would take a few weeks. I couldn’t afford to be without my phone for that long so he offered to sell me an unlocked device . I waffled about it for a while, he was extremely patient with me while I weighed my options. I wound up buying an iPhone to get me through until I had the money to get the repairs on my Pixel. It was a good experience except for the fact that I broke my phone :D

Overall this was quick and easy, and so far it appears to be a good screen replacement. However, they did not let me know beforehand that their screens (even the premium) are not as water resistant as Apple's are, my phone no longer fits snugly into my phone case (not sure why), and appropriate mask wearing was not enforced.

Exceptional service and timing. My battery wouldn't hold a charge. When I called, they were both welcoming and made sure that their service was what I needed, so I wouldn't waste my time. The location (downtown) was straightforward and easily accessible. I went on my lunch break, and I was able to make it back in time. The total time I was there was maybe 15 minutes with the actual time of the repair being 5-10 minutes. I have already recommended Phone Repair Philly to two coworkers since I came back from lunch.

These guys are pretty amazing! I've waited longer for my food at restaurants than the time it took for these guys to replace my iPhone screen. It didn't exactly cost me the price of another iPhone to get it done either! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and there is a cute little lounge area at their Center City location. I wrote a review the day I had my phone repaired but I don't see it posted. I had my new phone 2 days when it fell out of my pocket and cracked. It was about 10pm on a Sunday night when I sent a text asking if they could fix my phone. I received a prompt response and brought my phone to the cc location the next day. The screen needed to be ordered and I was notified 2 days later when it was delivered and told I could just come in the following day. Taylor fixed my phone in about 45 minutes. After it got cracked a third time (likely my fault) they only charged for the part cost and replaced the back cover for free. Mike is an honest and professional guy.

They broke the screen of my phone when replacing the battery, so the whole repair took twice as long as they had said, and then they made it sound like they were doing me a favor by giving me a “complimentary” new screen. Afterward, they didn’t respond to my email with a question about whether they had a particular phone in stock. Would not recommend.

I broke the screen on my Pixel 3a while at work. I called a few places closer to me and none of them wanted to service my phone. I called Phone Repair Philly and they told me to come in the same day. I made an appointment online easily. I left my phone for an hour while Mike worked on it. Unfortunately, the replacement screen was bad. I had to leave my phone overnight with Mike. He had the part shipped over 1st think the next morning and had my phone ready to go by lunch time. Very impressed and appreciative of this business. I've had my cracked screen repaired here twice now, and each experience was fast, friendly, and thorough. The first time my screen was so bad, I thought it couldn't be repaired; I was pleasantly surprised when it was. Both Mac and Alex went above and beyond in the customer service department, not only fixing my phone like new, but answering other iPhone related questions e.g. how to add more storage and how to properly backup my phone to the cloud. Two things they literally took time to teach me how to do, when they could have easily brushed off my questions. They seem to genuinely care about their customers, and I recommend paying them a visit for any tech needs. Also, I really shopped around and compared pricing in the area, and theirs was the best. Used the University City location this time which is extremely cozy and accommodating, got to watch TV and drink coffee while I waited the short time for my phone. When I broke my iPhone 10 screen, I thought I’d be out of luck. Luckily they were open and able to replace my phone screen immediately. Hopefully I don’t break my screen again but if I do, I this will be the first place I go to. Plus, the Apple OEM screen only costs $30 dollars more than the aftermarket one and comes with a screen protector that is easily more than $30.

This was a truly great repair experience. I cracked my phone screen last night. I found Phone Repair Philly online this morning. The gentleman here looked at my friend's phone for free and said it looked weird because the screen wasnt cracked and the whole screen was lit up, so he would look at it. he went and took the screen off and said he just plugged a cable in all the way that came loose and it worked fine after that. took 15 minutes at most and didn't charge us! Directions: Note it is inside WeWork next to the Verizon Wireless store. The door is on the 15th Street side of the building. On a weekday, go up to the second floor, where you will find a WeWork entrance with WeWork staff inside. You have to check in on a tablet screen that scans your drivers' license, which notifies a Phone Repair Philly employee that you are there. You then have to wait, and wait, and wait for someone to come down and meet you. On weekends, the WeWork front desk on the second floor is closed, so you have to go up to the third floor and call them. My screen had to be replaced and was a special part order - totally understandable and expected given my phone model. When the part came in and I came back to have the screen replaced around noon, I was told they could have the repair done by around 2-3. This was fine, as I just wanted to pick it up at the end of the day - when I spoke with them on the phone the day before, I was told this would not be a problem. But when I came back at 5:45, I had to wait 15 minutes with a crowd of other customers for an employee to come help us. I was told my phone was not ready after all, and would not be done for another hour. Because I could not wait that long, I had to come back for it the next day. The price was fair and as expected. I had an issue with my proximity sensor not working after the screen replacement, but once I got in touch with management, they promptly fixed this, and my phone is good as new again.
