If I could give them 10 stars, I would!! I was absolutely blown away by the help I recieved. I broke a button on my laptop and had gone to Best Buy for help, but they said there was nothing they could do and they recommended uBreakiFix. Not only were they able to fix my laptop, but they did it in record time at an awesome price! I will be bringing all my technology needs to them in the future!

Called for assistance and to get a quote on my cracked home screen button. They were so helpful and provided us a solution to our problem without making us drive to the store and pay hundreds of dollars. They were amazing and I will definitely be using their services again.

I think they ultimately did fix my phone. However, I was told 45 minutes to an hour originally when I went in to have them fix my phone they told me it was going to be 4 hours. I didn't plan for that. With all that being said, in the end I do believe my phone is fixed. Have to try a few things and make sure but they were able to fix my brand new Google pixel 7 pro

I took my samsung galaxy z flip 3 in today 9/17 and I am impressed with the care they took with my phone. It took them only 3 hours to fix my screen that had a green line glitch down the middle. I got it back around 530 and not only did they just replaced and fix the screen they made all the scrates and little scuffs I had on my phone disappear like they were never there, which I did not expect but I am very happy with! Thank you guys!

Fixed my phone and got it the next day even though it was ready the same day I brought it in. They helped me with the insurance even though it was cheaper just to pay for the repair myself. Thanks

They are very through in their work. Not exactly cheap but they have done restorative work on my phone which has added years to the device which has been an absolute blessing. The owner is extremely nice and even gave me a suprise discount one day because he just felt like doing it. Thanks! I have only used the Midtown location, I can not speak about the Legacy location.

Update: I had an appointment this time on Wednesday, April 6, at 4pm. The scheduled time for my phone to be done was 6:45pm, but it was done just after 6pm, so this visit worked much better. My advice is to make an appointment whenever possible before visiting uBreakiFix. I will from now on. I changed my rating from 3 stars to 4 stars. Original review: I called on Wednesday March 30 to see if I could get there in plenty of time after work to get my phone's screen fixed on Friday, April 1. They said it would be no problem. When I got there on Friday, I was told that they had a large number of drop-offs and they wouldn't be able to fix my phone that day. So it was a big waste of time to drive nearly 50 miles after work to be told they didn't have time to fix it. I wish they had suggested to me that I make an appointment for Friday. It was partly my fault for not thinking of doing that myself. I did make an appointment for this week to get my phone fixed, so we'll see how that goes.

Had the glass screens fixed on two phones here with our insurance thru Verizon. Dropped off the phones and had them both back in perfect condition in 4hrs for both phones. Very personable staff and quick in and out for drop off and pickup. They look brand new, no blemishes.

I first went online to find a cell phone repair shop (damaged screen). Their website was easily navigated and their estimate was very reasonable. When I dropped my phone off, I was greeted by a friendly knowledgeable employee. Checked my phone in and gave me a price a few dollars less than the online estimate. Told me it would be about 1 1/2 hours to repair. I was a little surprised when 1 hour later I got a text saying it was ready. Picked up my phone a little later, looks and working great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed Cell phone work done.

Pretty good experience! I had a cracked screen on my pixel 5A. Got the phone back brand new! Manufacturer screen, very pleased. The repair took about two hours. All in all I'd definitely recommend this place. Thanks ubreakifix!

CHRIS IS A ROCKSTAR! Walked in to get an estimate on an iphone screen replacement (online estimates were $200). He took one look at it and realized it was just the screen protector cracked, not the actual screen itself. Pulled it right off, cleaned the phone, and gave it back good as new. 💜💜💜 AMAZING SERVICE! Great place. Needed to replace a battery on an old Samsung phone. They had the part in stock (when no one else did) and was able to replace it same day. Staff was amazing and extremely helpful. Will definitely be back for any electronic repair needs. Side note: This is for the store @149th & Maple. Tried calling 168th & Center multiple times and never received a pick-up.

Very professional, yet didn't speak over my head. I had dropped my phone (Galaxy A12) and shattered the screen. They replaced it along with a new battery for $100 in less that 2 hours, exactly as promised. Looks brand new. I hope I never have to do that again. But if I do, this is the place I'm going.

This place is just amazingly responsive, courteous and professional. Removed charging pin from my iphone and even they did not charge while I went another iphone repair shop CPR phone repair asking $74.99 for it. Great place to get your phones repaired.

Phone stopped working early Friday morning and I was without it all day. Today is Saturday and I visited this store after setting a couple of appointments to see what my options were. I handed my phone to the gentleman working and told him my problem and before I was finished talking he had reset my phone and was handing it back to me. I will definitely make this location my first stop with future issues.

Very friendly professional service and they got my new glass replaced in one hour and 15 minutes. Totally different experience at this store than the one over at Legacy on 169th and W. Center. I will definitely go back here again if I have any more issues with my iPhone!
