Came in to the store super frustrated with a phone I Wasn’t able to utilize for 4 whole days. I worked with Sabrina, she was SUPER helpful also patient with trying different options to get my phone working, even being that the store was closing within 10 minutes She for sure made my whole day! They explained what most likely would be the problem and the gave me a price and gave me the history of the business and why I should choose them and not some random gas station that fixes phones .They called me the very next morning and had my phone fixed. Omg Great news!!! I Had my iphone jammed and just happens to pass by the store for latest updates and surprising Sabrina whose happened to be a manager got me not a good deal but wonderful IPhone 13 MAX pro for $42 bucks a month. Not just that she throw in a free screen protector and a cover as well. Where else in the world can you beat this place.. I couldn’t be more grateful to have such a quality. The employees are overall awesome. Always remember this. Have a positive vibes and you shall always have a good one too…. But yank you Sabrina!!!

I foolishly avoided this place for a long time, judging it by its outward appearance and location. But it’s a nice and friendly place! They fixed an older MacBook of mine overnight and I only paid the $50 diagnostic/repair deposit. Absolutely come here for your repairs! I plan on coming back!

This is a really cool place to go get your phone fixed or if you need service with Metro and or boost it's pretty cool spot I took my 45 inch television in to get fixed they weren't able to fix it so they gave me my $50 initial fee off a 65 inch. So the upgrade was awesome having to spend the extra three or four hundred dollars to buy another TV kind of suck but all in all they were black people friendly.

BI have had my phone screen replaced by continental cellular on three separate occasions. Both the customer service reps, Sabrina and Liset are very pleasant and are really easy to talk to about any issues that may come up. The wait time varies, and may be extended due to being busy but, overall they do a good job. I would return if I needed repairs again

I came in because a finger width of the bottom of my screen was unresponsive. Customer service rep Ryan was able to give me a list of options so that I'd have a screen that worked. I chose to just have the screen replaced for a price you'd expect to pay for technology related items. I could have also bought a new phone, but preferred not to. He is also very friendly and knowledgeable and down to business. With everything taken care of, I left happy. Pretty good when I walked in a little irritated.

I had a very positive experience at this store. I used their services on two occasions. First time, it was to fix a broken screen on a brand new smart phone. In this situation I think they went over and above to help me out to get my phone in the same condition as it was before. The second time I went there was to get a power port fixed on a laptop. They were very efficient with it and I think the charges were reasonable. Happy with their service and would certainly recommend them.

I went there about 2 weeks ago to get a screen repair on my iPhone 8 and they did a pretty good job in a decent timing, afterwards I went on vacation for about two weeks and realized while trying to take pictures my back camera was glitching very badly, which was odd because it was working perfectly fine before I got the screen repair.. I got in contact with an employee at Continental cellular and explained to her what my camera was doing & so she told me to bring the phone in so they could look at. I pull up to their building at 11:30ish AM And explained thoroughly what was going on with my camera and I’ve also mentioned that my screen had also gotten a little crack on the bottom right of it once again after the repair, I first asked if they do warrantees on screen repairs from prior purchase and they stated that as long as the screen is not damaged They can do a warranty, but if the screen is damaged they cannot, which I don’t see the reasoning in that. Secondly, as I went to go get my camera fixed which she first quoted me $30 and then came back and told me it was going to be $60 but realized she quoted me wrong so she bumped it down to $45 which I was OK with, mistakes happen, But then I kid you not I gave them my phone to work on the camera and I literally waited out in the parking lot of the store for over four hours just to go inside to pick up my phone and have them tell me that they didn’t even have the part in stock to fix my phone. So not only did I pay for it already, I got my phone back with the camera still broken and she told me she would have to order the part today and wait for it to come within 5 to 7 business days and she will call me when the part comes. She advised me that there was multiple people in front of me in line still coming for pickup from yesterday, but she could have clarified that earlier when I came in, that way I did not have to waste my whole day sitting out in the parking lot waiting for my phone. I was very disappointed in today’s service. Call them in advanced and DOUBLE clarify if they have the part you need fixed & how many people are ahead of you.

Due to the abundance of very negative reviews I was exceedingly reluctant to take my phone here to be repaired. I had my Galaxy S4 fixed here because I was completely out of options. They were the only place in town with my replacement screen in stock (kudos to them, by the way) and I needed my work phone fixed immediately. To my surprise, EVERY ASPECT of the repair (the initial phone inquiry, drop off, repair time, testing) exceeded my expectations. A gentleman named Sean, who I believe is the manager, was very helpful from start to finish. I didn't get the name of the woman that waited on me, but she was very friendly and helpful as well. I can't comment on any other aspects of their business such as phone sales and support, but I do know that these guys can fix a phone! After the experience I had, I would highly recommend this place for phone repairs. Do yourself a favor and ignore the negative reviews pertaining to other complains. The process isn't cheap, but sometimes you have to pay the idiot tax for dropping your phone :/

It is amazing that so many people have had a bad experience here. I can understand the individual who repairs games writing a bad review so he can steal their business, but that just shows his unprofessionalism and lack of a strong moral compass. I am a small business owner named John and feel blessed to have found this place. I have a handful of employees who each have a desktop and laptop. I had a pile of dead laptops in my conference room that I had tried to have fixed. I would pay for a hard drive to be told something else was also wrong so I'd say forget it and buy a new laptop. It isn't the price of the laptop, but the software that kills me. I brought them one of my machines and they fixed it quickly and very reasonably. I have now had 3 laptops fixed with absolutely "no" problems. I have never had such speedy repairs at such a low cost (one of these machines I was told was unrepairable). My phone screen went black all of a sudden last week and couldn't get back into my phone. As you could imagine I was at panic state by now. This is where continental cellular took over. They offered a free Diagnostic check and ended up replacing the screen. When I came back to pick it up I was told the new screen was defective and they did not have another. Panic! Nope, they said it would be ready the next day and would give me a loaner phone for my troubles. So I got it and found soon after I had two other things that were now broken that were not before. I took it back to them and with any problems they diagnosed it and fixes the two other issues. They could have tried to charge me like I thought might happen, but they didn't. While I’m happy with the job they did on the screen, the battery they installed didn’t do me any good. It drains by noon and when at 20% charge or lower, the phone starts to freeze and not respond now. Went back and they said they replaced the battery again but the same problem persists

As you can see from the other reviews - this is a place people love or hate. I've only had one dealing with Continental Cellular (CC) and it was a 'love'. My cell was locked in start up. Attempts with my carrier and through what I could research through the internet pointed towards a hardware vice software issue. I called ahead to see if CC would be able to help. Maria R was great on the phone and explained what they could do and told me to ask for her by name when I arrived. Maria R quickly walked through what I had already tried and brought the phone back to a tech. She came back with a confirmation that we were looking at a hardware vice software issue. I paid a $15 fee to send the phone to the back room for diagnostics and servicing. Less than 24 hours later Elmer R called and confirmed it was a mother board failure and they could replace it. I asked how many days it would take (thinking the board would need to be ordered) and he said they could do it right now. I told him to swap the mother board out and I'd be on my way up. Elmer R had the phone ready to go at the front when I arrived and I was back to being a happy camper with my 'new' old phone. CC offers a 30 guarantee on their parts and workmanship, so I feel confident in their work and materials. Great personal service, friendly staff, RAPID diagnostic and repair. I have a lot of electronic toys, and if I need to, I'll come back.

Plus, the charger they ordered for my Google Pixel was five times longer than the one that came with the phone! And it's pet and kid proof, due to the jacket on the cable. We took my wife's laptop in for repair of charger port on Saturday. They stated we would have it back no later than Tuesday. They quoted a reasonable price.... well a very reasonable price compared to what another local company (that advertises a lot on local radio stations) charged for the same repair that we had the other company charged a year an a half ago for the same repair.. Continental's price was a third of what we paid at the other place and a lot quicker (the other place took 6 weeks!!!!) We got the computer back on Tuesday as promised. Yesterday on July 23rd, I was on the verge of being in almost a crisis situation due to small obstacles trying to get in my way. I lost all of my data (or so I thought) when my PC's mother board went bad. I had a large quantity of files stored on this older computer that had a replaced hard dive that was 2 years old. I went to Continental Cellular and talked to Sean about my dilemma. Sean suggested an updated PC with a newer operating system. He even agreed to download the files from my existing hard drive to the new computer's hard drive. I told Sean I would come back later in the week to give him time to transfer my files. When I came back, there was some bad news for me. The files on my hard drive could not be opened because they were locked due to the formatting of the older operating system. No matter what newer operating system was tried, the files would not open, always requesting some kind of password for them to open. Sean demonstrated to me what the hard drive looked like on the screen of another computer, I told Sean I HAD to get my files back somehow due to their high importance. Sean agreed to try a recovery program to open my files. I told him I would come back later that week. When I came back, I was shocked and amazed. Sean had his highly skilled technicians fully restore my older computer to operational status. This meant repairing the mother board, and replacing the power supply. With a restored 11 year old computer with my hard drive in it, all of my files were opened and readable. Sean than agreed to transfer the files from my old restored computer, to my new computer. Sean and his staff went above and beyond any expectations. Sean's kind manner and willingness to help make him a valuable asset to Continental Cellular. I brought in my IPhone 4s an hour before they closed and they had the screen replaced and me on my way in 45 minutes. 2 days later I brought in an IPod 4 for a screen replacement and they got it fixed within a couple days and the customer service was A+++.

In there with my boyfriend today. We recieved the best service imaginable. They lady behind the counter greated us promptly and took care of what we needed immediately. We just needed a sim card holder for the iphone 6 plus. Apple apparently doesn't carry parts for the very product they sale. Thanks to this business my $600 phone is usuable again. The manufacturer baaically told me my phone was trash without this tiny little part. 5 stars for sure.

Continental Cellular exceeds expectations in regards to service. They provide a wide variety of products that are not readily available in competing cellular stores, alongside the fact that they are conveniently experienced in repairs and replacements with phones, computers, iPads, iPods etc. You are always greeted by a friendly face and the needs of each individual customer is always met. I had a cracked iPhone 5 that I needed fixed but the costs of competing stores exceeded what I wanted to pay. I was helped by an employee by the name of Alondra after entering the store. Both Alondra, and an employee by the name of Sean whom I believe to be the manager, devoted their time to find the best deal for me and to find a repair for my iPhone that would leave me satisfied. All in all I am extremely satisfied customer! I would recommend this store to anyone!

So, I awoke Friday to a dying battery on my Galaxy S4. I know its old but I am such a creature of habbit, especially when it comes to electronics/technology. I had to leave it for a diagnostics check and return in 45 minutes. I was frustrated because dead battery, $$, new style phone, no contacts or accounts that I did not have saved on paper or in my brain. I bought a refurbished phone Galaxy S6 and before the store closed I took home a phone with all the information transferred from my other one. Every time I go into Continental Cellular I am greeted by a smile and a friendly "hello". Alondra and Itzel are amazing at what they do! I have seen both Itzel and Alondra turn a customers harsh attitude around with their kind words or a little joke. When they are busy I have noticed that each guest gets greeted as they come through the door even though they may not be waited on right away. Each of their customers gets the care that they may need, from getting prices for phone/screen repair; to a full walk-through of how to use a "new-fangled" device such as a smartphone. Last Monday, I was having the worst day ever. I had come down with the flu and I had lost my cell phone. I really did not have much for money to replace my phone, but I knew Sean at Continental Cellular had helped me in the past on multiple occasions. Upon my arrival, I was dissapointed to find out it was Sean's day off and almost left. However, Alandra was behind the desk and presumed eagar to assist me. To make a long story short, Alandra ended up turning my worst day into one of the best experiences ever! I ended up leaving with a brand new activated phone.
