A store like this you'd think they would cover supply and demand well they did not have what I needed but I found something else that could work just as well with a few changes of my own they got paid I have what works all is well Look around you may find what works Thank You Twister a 4G cover for a 5G phone🙂

I loved going here to purchase my cell phone needs. But now you have to be buzzed in and out of the building like you are going to rob the place and their employees really act like they don't want to make any sales. Rushing you to leave not really helping you get what you want.

I had my nurse to go get me a nother note 9 brand new but it wasn't, it was refurbished this is the second one I have got the first one was fine brand new but the second one was not and still isn't working correctly and would not take care of the issue with the phone other than that is the only issue I have have a great day 🙂 …

Iven was the rep that helped me. I was going in to return a phone because the data on my old phone didn’t transfer but it turns out all sales are FINAL SALES. But he was very professional and helped me transfer my data solved the problem. This store is a good stop if you need something for emergency. Prices are still better online though. See Iven if you need quality customer service.

They only acted like they wanted to help me when my boyfriend came into the business. He is from another country. I gathered from my visit that they cater to the international crowd. Which is good. They speak many different languages here. Not trying to be a xenophobia convert but they did not make me feel very welcome there. Something shady...hard to put my finger on exactly.

Love this place, they have the best prices for phone case's and memory cards, and a lot more. I have only bought the phone cases, memory cards, head phones, screen protectors, and the pen things you use for phones. But they have a lot more than just that. I've had the same phone case, for 2 years, from here, and it still looks like new. And I have bought cases and things for my family and friends, from here, and they love them. They are cheap on there prices, but not on quality. At least from what I have purchased.

Friendly and helpful service. I purchased 2 LG phones. They were very accommodating in helping with set up and looking over the phones making sure they worked perfectly. Phones were in nice shape. They carry alot if AT&T phones but can be used any carrier. Variety in selections of phones. I would buy again.

First phone wouldn't work correctly so exchanged for a different phone that works correctly but has a faint line across the top of the screen. Warranty on the phones are 3 days and they do not allow any exchanges from the moment of purchase. I just got lucky that the first phone I was sold was broken enough to exchange. My impression is that most phones they sell have issues. Wouldn't recommend.

I dont understand why this place has so much negative reviews. I bought a galaxy s6. My sales person let me observe the phone before i purchased. This phone has NEVER malfunctioned or did anything weird. It worked just like new. Beautiful condition. You cant beat their prices either. I wanted an unlocked phone but they didnt have any unlocked galaxy s6 so they unlocked it for me for little charge. i was happy & i will be returning.

Got a phone and a phone case from here it only got three stars because the lady who helped us didn't seem like she wanted to help me and my husband that and the phones didn't come with a charger no biggie just wish I would have known before going. the phone I got works great and looks good would recommend just hopefully the staff are having a better day

I got a new case for note 8 and the guy showed me a good glass saver and i bought a nylon case to keep my phone safe at work . I also bought a cool set of wireless head phones for hands free phone .every one was suer nice and i spent just under a 100 bucks saved me about 45 dolkars . Great place

Pathetic Cum dump

Bought and iPhone 6 unlocked. A few months ago no issues until today! Took it in and they replaced the battery at no expense to me!! In and out in under 20 minutes. Much appreciated!

Some of the prices are a good deal and some where high. None of phone came with a charger and the charger shown to use wasn't even a brand name charger at $20 bucks.

Their craigslist ads say their phone's are factory unlocked, but on the phone they admit they get their phones from ATT. Therefore, they are unlocked from ATT and not the factory. Other than that, no experience good or bad with them.
