Employee demonstrated great customer service. Really nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Went in because my phone’s vibration broke. Unlike the Apple store who told me that my entire phone needed to be replaced, The Fix opened up my phone and realized all my phone needed was a screw tightening. I didn’t even get charged for it! I’m really impressed by this store I will definitely come back to it with any phone problems in the future! 10/10 would recommend.

Fast and fair prices! The staff are awesome! They are very helpful and are very good at what they do. I came in 5 minutes before closing with my phone emergency and they not only took care of me, but where totally understanding and Sympathetic to my situation. They have earned me as a customer for as long as they are around and I have been telling all my family and friends to only come here to get there phone fixed.

I'm going to give 5 stars because overall my experience was good. However, I did have a rather odd employee there literally trying not to sell me a screen replacement because the crack wasn't "that bad". It was across my camera lense for front view. That's bad even if it's small or whatever because it renders the camera useless. So.. maybe don't argue with what the customer is asking to be done even if it's not something you would personally pay to fix?

Went in and needed a screen protector installed. I had already purchased a screen protector. These guys are great! They installed it for me for free. This is the kind of customer service I wish all companies had. I will definitely come back when I need anything for my devices!!

I dropped my phone in water. I let it sit in rice for over 5 hour and then plugged it in. It worked just fine. Then a couple hours later the screen flickered and blacked out. I thought it just need a screen replaced. I got an estimate though email. It was great, they told me to let it sit in rice. I let them know that I already did that. That was kind, to give some free information! a man named Tony helped me! I told him that I didn't want to spend over $100.00, he said it will cost much more than that. A day later my phone started working. And they said that, it might work for a month and then break again. Water damage is very tricky. Now I get to save up for a new phone, just incase! Thank y'all, your a blessing from God!

Brought my wife's phone to have both the back and front screen replaced. They made me an awesome deal since I had another phone they could use for the parts. Essentially just charging me for just labor. The workers were very informative on what they had to do for my wife's phone. Finish the job in a very timely manner. If you're looking for professional staff, this is the place to go! I've dropped my iPhone in water and couldn't get it to come on at all and Apple Store told me that the phone was basically paperweight and nothing could be done and I found these guys inside the mall near Starbucks and just figured I'd ask about my phone. They did not only repair my phone in less than 30 minutes but also told me a lot about how to keep my phone safe. These guys are amazing and they seem like they know what they are doing. My iPhone was not charging and thought it was the charging port. A friend told me about The Fix at Penn Square Mall so I took it there expecting to have to pay some serious cash. Turned out all that was wrong was some dust that got shoved up the charging port. The phone was not holding a charge and was over 2 years old so I had Adam put in a new battery. The whole charge for everything was less than the battery I checked out on Amazon. Adam was so helpful and didn’t try to up charge me at all (replacing the battery was my idea). Great place!!!

Originally was told by Apple that the only way to fix my iPhone 7 would be to pay $319 for the charging port to be replaced. My phone had been plugged in during a power surge and the pins in the port were singed. I brought it in to The Fix and they not only told me that o could have the same repair apple had quoted me for for under $90 and that they could do it in 45 minutes, but they then were able to simply bend the pin back and clean the port. Completely fixed. Under 5 minutes. These guys are amazing!

Zack and Mehdi are awesome here! They always take care of me. For $60, they will fix your broken phone screen in less than 30 minutes. Be patient with them because they can get busy but they will hand you back your phone as if it wasn't broken to begin with!
