Took my iPad in because I thought it needed a new battery but it turned out that the charging port was bad. I ended up buying another iPad because the difference in cost was not going to be very much. They were so helpful getting everything changed over and set up and gave me a discount because I was a returning customer. I am retired and on a fixed income so that was greatly appreciated. Like I said I am a returning customer and I will be definitely coming back if I need assistance in the future.

Definitely recommend Fix My Phone. I had a nintendo 3DS with a cracked and washed out screen and despite nintendo not supporting parts for the 3DS, Fix My Phone managed to find parts and repair it! Hard to find places that will work on devices such at the 3DS in 2023

Great place to get your phone fixed! My son's phone was fixed in about 20 minutes; cost less than $100; and they saved the day! They are awesome! Will use them again if ever need a phone fixed. This is my second screen from Fix My Phone because I’m clumsy. On a motorcycle trip my screen broke and when I got back I took it to Will’s place. He was on a rare vacation and Tim took great care of me. 15 min later my iPhone 11 works better than new. Always had issues with Motocycle gloves and the original apple screen. The gloves are designed for touch screen use but didn’t work well. Also the original screen would come on in pocket. The screen FixMyPhone installed fixed all my issues and works better than new. Great job Tim. Did you know they can fix most devices? They can. iPads and more. They have a customer for life. Very reasonable price but the turnaround time is their best feature.

FIX MY PHONE PLUS IS THE PLACE TO GO FOR QUICK AND EXPERIENCED PHONE REPAIR!!! I went in the other day because I had gotten water in the charging port and that had caused my phone to have a glitch and would not let the screen turn off. The technician got my phone back working like brand new right there in front of me! They are very friendly and know what they are doing. I watched him take apart my phone right in front of me and he looked like he could do it with his eyes closed! Very pleased with the whole experience.

Amazing place! I called around to three or four other cell phone repair shops and none of them had the screen I need it in stock all needed to be ordered. I got a hold of fix my phone not only do they have it in stock. The installation price was cheaper than I could get the part off Amazon. Dropped my water bottle on my screen and shattered it. Called and they got me in asap. After I left I realized that my finger print sensor was not responding so I took it back in, and they went ahead and ordered another one right away since it was covered under their year warranty. Got it fixed the next day super fast. Everyone who I talked to there was extremely friendly and very helpful. I will be returning here if I need any other electronics repaired. The original repair went smoothly. But after having my screen fixed, battery replaced, and port cleaned things just kept going wrong. Directly after leaving the front facing camera was blurry, they fixed it right away. Then the speaker stopped working, then the battery overheated, then the camera stopped working. All of these times they were very nice, the woman who is usually at the desk is delightful and lovely to deal with. I called back today to ask if they knew why the speaker stopped working, as it did it again this morning. In this conversation the associate named William was rude and condescending. He said that the manager told him that they would no longer work on my phone. Considering there is a warranty that doesn't seem correct. I didn't ask for it to be fixed for free anyway, I just asked why it broke. He was beyond awful to deal with and shouldnt be interacting with your customers if thats how hes going to treat them. For all the positive things I experienced at this store this was enough for me never to return. I had to call a different store to find out its probably a bad motherboard that they cant replace. The manager at the 63rd st location was nice enough to help me understand what may have gone wrong.

I stopped by FIX MY PHONE (Rockwell and NW Expressway) on Friday to see if they could help me with a shattered…can I say an obliterated?… iPad screen. I was informed they were able to fix it, just needed to order the particular screen for my device, and should be ready Monday. I was extremely surprised when I got a call today (the next day) that it was ready for pick up! Both employees I dealt with were both very friendly and up front about costs and such. I didn’t feel pressured into unnecessary accessories. Very friendly and helpful customer service for this busy momma! I highly recommend Fix My Phone for your electronics needs! It is always a pleasure doing business with Fix My Phone. The receptionist is always friendly and helpful. Kellon is very knowledgeable about the issues I've had with my iPhone 7. The first time was to replace my screen with a very quick turnaround time (under 45 minutes). The second time was a battery issue and another quick turnaround. This is my third time to take in my phone and he explained what happened and graciously moved the repair under my 9 month warranty even though it was not the initial issue in March. This is an amazing store as soon as I walked in I felt confident he could fix my phone. And even when he thought it may not be fixable he went the extra mile and ended up fixing it perfectly. They are very friendly and take customer service very seriously they work very hard to make sure you're happy with your phone when you leave. They never give up on trying to fix the phone and my phone was a challenge and it is perfect I love the atmosphere of the store the man who fixed my phone and is also up at the front is sweet considerate kind he never had a bad thing to say and he never gave up and he's also very cute I appreciate him so much for fixing my phone he'll never know how much it meant to me that now I can make calls to my kid and have a phone that works I recommend this store to every one I've told all my friends about it and if you don't go to this store to get your phone fixed you're getting cheated by other stores.

This place is great to do bushiness with. Kellen and his staff are very professional and customer service oriented. I cracked the screen of my IPAs Pro and Apple wanted. $599 to replace it with a 90 day warranty. I took it by Fix My Phone and they replaced it he screen for $200 with a one year warranty. Kellen also told me about new a liquid screen protector that not only protects the screen from cracks and scratches, but comes with a $300 dollar life of the product insurance policy in case the screen gets broken after it’s been applied. I don’t even have to keep up with paperwork, they keep a record of it for you. For around $60 I can’t lose. A couple of weeks after the repair my screen became unstable. It would jump and jitter and sometimes not respond to touch. I took it back in to Fix My Phone and Kellen happily replaced it under warranty. It’s working as good as new.I’m sold, Fix My Phone has a customer for life. I recommend them without reservation.

The man who greeted me took information, then told me that the problem would be resolved within two hours. I could see as I left that numerous people were coming in for repairs. I returned two hours later, but he had not had the opportunity to complete the work. He asked if I needed my phone immediately, or if I could return in one more hour. I opted for the latter. Excellent, fast work and knowledgeable staff. My phone had shorted out during a storm when it got wet. When I hard booted it, it would just go into boot loop. I went to a place closer to my house at a friend's suggestion and they just turned me away, and said it was irreparable. They sent me to Verizon. I reluctantly went to Verizon, and was told all I could do is buy a new phone (for $600-750.) My phone is a S7 and only 2 years old and I knew it was a battery and circuit board issue. I went to Fix My Phone where I wanted to go in the first place. They soldered the board and replaced the battery for $130 in only 2 hours and the phone functions perfectly again. Thanks guys!

I went in at the end of May with a broken screen. I was helped by a member of the staff who gave poor customer service and the job he did wasn't great in fixing my issue. (He is no longer with the company) Finally this week I called and spoke to manager J.D who was 1. Understanding and listened closely to my issues 2. He was apologizing 3. He offered solutions. He directed me to the location where I could find the owner who after hearing of the experience I had he personally fixed my phone and offered a free repair on another issue I was having with my device as a way to thank me for coming back and show that he genuinely valued his customers. I'm absolutely shocked by the outstanding service I received I will from now on only go to "fix my phone" locations for repairs. The integrity they have shown as a company through what could have been a much more stressful situation is both impressive and commendable.

They are quick. Very. They have fixed the devices I've taken in and on one occasion, the battery wasn't the issue and they didn't charge me. (The phone was basically fried) the other times, while the repairs were competently done, the phones weren't fitted back together perfectly. I'm told my phones, HTC M7, M8 and Motorola Nexus are the hardest to service. This fitment issue caused a problem on my Nexus when I noticed the raised edge after having the screen replaced and when attempting to seat the screen, it cracked. That's on me, I should have taken it back and had them fix it.

If you need to get your phone fixed, this is the place to go! It's the best one I've been to. The guy was very helpful and friendly from the initial phone call until we walked out the door. I walked right in, they took 2 of my phones (the same models) that had different problems and made 1 good phone in a matter of 10 minutes! And their prices were very reasonable. Yesterday did not start well for me as I dropped my phone and cracked the screen first thing in the morning. I happened to be on the phone with my mom at the time, and since i couldn't see anything on my screen, I had her look up phone repair places in my area. The 1sr one I tried was Xpress, just across the street. I went there because of the rave reviews it had gotten. I had barely approached the counter there when the guy shook his head at me and said he couldn't help me. So I turned and left. The next closest place was Fix My Phone, so i headed across the street. When I walked in the young man was helping an elderly couple that had a phone circa 1997 that didn't have the capability to do what they wanted it to do. He was gently and patiently explaining to them that he couldn't help because the technology was different and explained alternative options for them. Once the couple left, he turned his attention to me. I showed him my phone and he said "I can fix that with no problem, give me 30 minutes." I applauded him for the way he handled the older couple, and he modestly stated it was just part of the job. He said that he had grandparents, and wouldn't want anyone to treat them with disrespect. Needless to say, he fixed my phone like it was new, and he did it in the time he said he would. I will not trust my phone or my business with anyone else in the future.
