Amazing fast ,competitive pricing & excellent work. The owner was very patient and very reliable in explaining multiple and truthful options for my phone repair and laptop repair. Mr. Audi went above and beyond helping me figure out the best solutions getting all my data out of my cracked and inoperable touch screen on my cell phone. My phone provider/ t-mobile gave up and said there was no way to get everything out. At this Dash location I was shown how to to back up all my data on a ssd hard drive. I had been looking for someone to fix my laptop & I got it fixed by this location! I highly suggest if you have a android/ Samsung phone or IPhone to get your cell phone repaired here. Fyi know Samsung phone screens are more expensive to replace than I-phones.

Excellent service. I took in a video Matrix that was not powering on after a power surge and the surge protector didn’t stop it, he found the problem fairly quick and was able to fix it. This Matrix is not made anymore so he saved the hassle of trying to find a different replacement. The politeness and professionalism was excellent. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

So, the day that every MacBook Pro (MBP) owner dreads had finally arrived at my doorstep. You know, when you connect your power adapter to your MBP with the expectation that it'll recharge your battery, but find that your battery is still draining. Upon realizing my MBP would not recharge, I quickly backed it up and, as you can imagine, sought to get it serviced immediately. I decided to visit Dash. Full disclosure: I'd taken an older MBP model in to Dash a few years ago to be serviced due to a battery that wouldn't charge. Dash replaced the battery at very reasonable cost compared to Apple and any other repair shop. So, it was inevitable that I'd return for future servicing if need be. But my experience this time around was even better than the last. This time I was assisted by Addi, and was quickly reminded why I am a returning customer. Upon explaining the status of my MBP to Addi, he asked a few questions to get a sense of what he'd be dealing with regarding my MBP. On Monday, at approximately 5pm, Addi asked me to bring in my power adapter the next morning, and informed me that he would diagnose the problem and have an answer for me by 6pm that day. I paid Addi, once again, at a reasonable cost and brought my power adapter in Tuesday morning. At approximately 5:30pm, I received a text informing me that my MBP had been repaired and is available for pickup. I am pleased to inform my readers that my MBP is once again in perfect working order. When I asked Addi what I owed for his services and he answered, "nothing", but recommended that I replace my power adapter, as it was not providing enough power to my MBP and could be the cause of my battery not charging. When I asked if I should replace my battery given that it's nearly at the end of it's life span, Addi advised me not to do so until I noticed my MBP warping or any puffiness in the battery. He could have upcharged me or sold me items that I don't need but he was honest from start to finish, which is a rarity in many cases nowadays. However, in my book, particularly in business, I believe honesty is the best policy and goes a long way toward repeat business. I will likely follow Addi's recommendation, and I highly recommend Addi, of Dash, for your PC repair and servicing needs. Thanks Addi!

I brought in a VCR/DVD combo. This was important to me because I used it to transfer VHS to DVD. It had a problem. When I arrived Aadi was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He spent every bit of 30 minutes with me looking over capacitors on the system board. Although I didn't have him fix it due to parts availability of a 14 year old electronic, I couldn't imagine better service. Go see Aadi for your electronic repair needs!

My phone would not take charge at all and I had a hunch it might just be time for a new phone. Before heading to Apple, I decided to stop by and check to see if there was anything that could be done. The service and diagnosis on my phone was thorough and quick and he showed me that the battery was the main issue. Within 10min he was able to adjust and replace my battery for a great price and even gave me some tips on how I could check the maintenance on my phone!! Great service and an even greater result! My phone works again!

I went in with an issue that was going to be a delicate fix. I was treated with honesty and a fair price. While working on my phone they walked me through what was going on, where are fail point was in my phone, and how they we're fixing it. In the end my phone was fixed and I'm able to type this review now :-) Like with most repair shopes, in any industry, parts needto be ordered. But if you can allow the time for the part to be ordered, you will have a fixed phone done by quality service. I highly recommend!

Well after Fix A phone gave me a good price and after him working on it for 25 minutes trying to fix damage my friend did. I took my phone to another store and had a repair done to my phone, the repair was not done properly, I had lost trust in the company that did the repair so I did not want them messing with my phone again, I called Aadi and he was extremely helpful from the very beginning of our conversation, He told me that he would be happy to look at it and get it fixed for me, He explained to me that he could fix it with cheaper parts or he could use OEM parts, Aadi explained that the OEM parts would be a little more but that they would be the best option, I decided to go with his advice, He told me that if I was not satisfied with his work that I would not have to pay for the repair, that told me that the man stands behind his work, He completed the repair, allowed me to check his work before I paid and he made sure I was happy with the repair, I will be using Aadi and his team again if I need anymore phone repairs, Thanks Aadi!!

Fix a phone is the best. Had multiple issues with my iphone and Aadi was so supportive at troubleshooting and figuring out the best solution. He let us know the issues you Can encounter with your iPhones from using after market chargers. So refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares. Although my phone worked for a while after purchasing a new screen and new battery, the solutions weren’t long term and I ended up having to purchase a new phone. Aadi refunded most of the money I had spent with him which was more than fair. He also reached out to make sure things were working for me with the new phone.
