Juan Carlos was quick in determining the problems with our laptops. He was also quick in fixing them and having them available for pick up. The convenience of being able to pay electronically made the transaction even more of a success. It is great doing business with someone who you can call at anytime, always get him on the phone and he is always aware of the issue at hand. Best experience ever! I had left my phone on the window sill and it rained overnight. As a result, my screen was water damaged and the speakers didn't work. I brought my phone over to JC and it was fixed in less than half an hour. Life saver! I was able to keep my phone with all my pictures and important information. Plus the price was super affordable which was awesome since I didn't have insurance. Super impressed and would refer this place to anyone. I had also been here twice before because the screen on my phone had cracked and was impressed by the the service.

I just had to explain the issue I was having with my charging and he instantly knew the issue and asked that I give him 30-45 minutes and charged me a reasonable price.
