Came in to get my cellphone repair. The guy Orlando was very helpful with my issue. My wife’s cellphone wasn’t turning on after she dropped it. He took it in for diagnostic test and discovered some connections were loose. Only charged me for labor and we were on our way. I appreciate their honesty and not taking advantage of my wife as we aren’t tech savvy. Great service and friendly people.

I actually was walking down the street when I found the technician he was super nice and handed me a business card. Joking around he told me he can pick my phone in less than 20 minutes I kind of didn’t believe it because my phone was totally destroyed but still working so when he said there is 6 months of warranty I decide to walked with him to the store. literally less than 15 minutes I had my phone working in my hands I was so glad see my phone in good condition again. I was having issues with my iphone 11pro only 2 years old with audio problems. I was able to hear the other party clear but they always complained I sounded distant and faint which became barely audible this week. I set up an appointment to diagnose the problem at Best Buy, the diagnostics showed a busted speaker which they supposedly played for me. Repair would have cost $550 at least so they said i should upgrade . At the ATT store i was third in line, so I googled repairs and found these guys. I called and they could barely hear me so they said stop by and we’ll clean your lower speaker they don’t go bad. 10 mins later I was in their store, took the phone in the back cleaned it and 5 mins later I had the phone back and he said whatever i want to give him…..I gave him a nice TIP! Crystal Clear on the other end with everyone I called!!!! saved me a ton!!!! Honest and Quick!!!!

4 months I visit this location to fix my iPhone 11 Pro screen and after the job was done I was told by the staff that i had 180 days warranty on the screen. The technician did a awesome job and the cherry on top the 180 day warranty couldn’t ask for more to be happy. Today found a bit of defect in the screen made an appointment to visit Ifixscreen super easy the gay check my phone and without a question they honor the warranty and change the screen once again in no time. Thank so much I highly recommend ifixscreens to anyone.

addendum: After receiving my laptop, I noticed that it did not fold correctly, and the laptop screen puffed out on the bottom, allowing me to see through it. Windows have been closing by themselves and now my touchscreen does not work. I contacted the store, bringing it in and they said that the wrong screen was put on... I now need to wait another 1-2 weeks for them to correct screen and issues to have my laptop to work properly,,,,

Hello, I have been trying to reach your store location in Astoria regarding my product highlighted in yellow that I had to return back to get fix the right way in the beginning of January 2022. Last time I spoke to the person in charged, he stated the item could not be fix and I can get a replacement. When the replacement comes in I will receive a call. 2 weeks went by and then I called 2 weeks ago. Someone said the person in charge is out on family emergency and he will be back the next Wednesday and that he was covering for that person. I have been calling for the past week trying to reach someone and I cannot reach no one. It’s funny they responded to a post earlier today about not answering calls, I sent an email after I seen the replied and I have yet to get a response to my email.

If you accidentally stepped on your phone, threw it out the window, or dropped it in the toilet and you want to get it fixed look no further, my phone was broken in half with a cracked screen after I was taking a video outside the window of a car while it was moving and dropped it and one of the workers there named Jhann saved my phone and me from having a heart attack after I thought it couldn’t be fixed. I was very impressed with the services I got at this store. Both Davidson and Jesus did a great job at explaining my computer issues and why I had a huge slowdown. My 7-year old PC was essentially non-functional! But because I was a loyal Asus customer, I decided to get it sped up instead of tossing it and buying another less quality PC to get me by. Customer service and friendliness was fantastic....I would've given them 5 star but there was an honest mistake made whereby a wrong part/misinformation was given to me initially, making the final price higher than expected and taking 1 week longer to get the part and fix my PC which I needed to access lectures online. But the store did a great job at handling the situation - the owner was kind enough to discount the otherwise expensive part and charge me bare minimum to resolve the mistake. And I really appreciated that honesty and transparency in a business. In the end, I got my computer back like brand new, with very effective speed! Thank you guys for great work, and for honoring your mistakes and resolving situations smoothly. I really appreciated that as a customer. I had a piece of wire that had broken off from my usb cable that was wedged in my charging port. I live in Woodside, went to Best Buy and Staples for repair and all they wanted to do is sell me a new IPad. They told me I wouldn’t be able to find anyone that would change the charging port if needed as my IPad Air was 1st generation. However, I was very happy with its performance prior to issue. I called around in Astoria and found iFixScreens and Jesus. Oh my goodness, was I lucky! He actually checked to see if he had a charging port while I was on phone and told me that he would have it done within a couple of hours. Usually I would have to wait at least a week in the past with other devices. Jesus discovered the issue and immediately resolved it. I found him to be extremely honest, knowledgeable and professional. What a pleasant experience! I was so impressed with his manner and customer service skills. I will be using him for all my repairs. AHHHH-MAYYYY-ZINGGG!!!! SERIOUSLY. I called roughly every other repair shop in the neighborhood to get quotes and to see if my iphone 6+ could be repaired. My phone was suffering from the "touch disease" - this is the gray bar flickering at the top. Many of the other shops basically tried to convince me to buy an entirely new phone (used and unused) but I refused to give in. Surely there had to be SOMEONE who knew how to fix this! Oh, and did I mention that I also had a very much shattered screen to add to my woes? Alas, I came across this place and lo and behold, MAGIC. I got an EXTREMELY reasonable quote (with all things considered) and a sure fire guarantee that my phone would be like new - no new phone purchase necessary. Never met anyone with the confidence of this man who fixed my phone. It's been a few weeks since I got my phone fixed and honestly, I think it works a lot better than when it came out of the box... I know, right? GO TO THIS PLACE. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING AND THE PRICE IS FANTASTIC.

My macbook screen cracked while I was at Starbucks and really needed to have my screen fixed. Luckily I saw there was an ifixscreens store right across the street. Went over there and this cool dude Kelvin helped me out and told me they could fix my macbook. Somehow they had the screen in stock but they said it would take sometime . I was being very persistent on wanting to have it fixed and kept bothering Kelvin and he actually dealt with me and had it fixed right away. Very good customer service very satisfied with the repair. I dropped my phone off at the Williamsburg location and it was sent to Astoria for repairs. After a week, the Williamsburg store manager told me my phone was available for pickup in Astoria. I drove there and was told my phone was not ready. The store manager calmly helped solve my issue and even gave me a loaner phone for 24 hours. Although the location is farther from me than the Williamsburg store, Astoria has my loyalty and I will be back!

They fixed my Oneplus one phone! Walked in about a week ago with my OPO. The nav buttons and capacitive buttons had stopped working. Oneplus suggested an $$ RMA. I saw the IFixScreens website included Oneplus so I tried. They looked at it and suggested replacing the screen for only $69. They ordered the screen and called me when it arrived. First off, I would like to highlight the convenience of providing an opportunity for the customer to inquire online first, by filling out basic information of the services needed. I received a call back within 45 minutes. It was just an awesome experience. When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile, and a warm welcome. Top notch customer service! Then I went on to explain what I needed done. Castro was the professional I encountered first and he remembered my inquiry from online. Then a gentleman from the lab area came out to greet me. His name was Orlando. Very professional and friendly. Being a member of the United States Navy, I pride myself on professionalism and both team members had it! They both treated me like a celebrity when they realized I was from the Armed Forces. The iPad repair was done within an hour and I was on my way. Kudos to your company. I will certainly be back! My screen cracked on a laptop that had my entire life’s work (I’m a music producer) and I thought it was all going to be lost since I couldn’t see the screen, but instead of immediately charging me to take a look or try to fix it, they were extremely helpful and suggested I connect it to an external monitor with an hdmi. Without it, chances are I would’ve lost years worth of progress. Fantastic help.
