I have had interactions with almost the entire staff here. I can honestly say that I can not remember a place anywhere I have been. That has an across the board superior staff, like they employ at this establishment. This Location reflects highly upon the management of this Company. If you have a Verizon account I would recommend coming here WAY before going to a Corporate Store. 🏆🏆

This Verizon store is great. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Whether I go there to purchase a device, to ask a question about an existing device, or to have someone determine what is wrong with my device, I can count on them to do their best to resolve my situation. They truly have an attitude of "how can we serve you?" instead of "what phone can we sell you?" That's a refreshing attitude in today's business world!

I will ALWAYS go to the Verizon Store in Nashville, GA!! They are incredible. The best customer care and cell phone plans on the planet. They took the time to search incentives and bonuses when I switched from Sprint/TMobile today. TMobile is a scam!!btw. 15yrs of loyalty to Sprint which I loved then dumped onto trashy-TMobile in the merge. FIVE stars to Verizon for a great transition and excellent service!
