Wonderful experience on a hard day. The port on my external hard drive went down and I needed the files on it the next morning. I went to several stores before being directed to Asurion, and I'm so glad I was. Greg was fantastic, greeting me pleasantly and helping me solve my issue almost instantly. He offered me multiple solutions and promptly fixed the issue when we decided on the right option. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful on data storage and management in general, not just in regards to my hard drive issue. I would highly recommend coming to see Greg for any tech issues you may have, I know he's the first person I will go to in the future!

Super friendly, reliable and timely service! If you have a broken phone - Android or IOS and looking for a place to get it fixed, this is the place to go to. I took the Pixel 4 which was not powering On - this center was able to diagnose the problem to be with battery or motherboard. I spoke to Katie and Brandon, both knowledgeable and friendly. I dropped off my phone and Brandon and co were able to identify the battery issue, replace it and was ready for pickup the next day, (depending on the timing, they also do same day service too!). You get 90 days warranty for the service performed. The cost of the service is quoted upfront and is not over the roof! Highly recommend this place. Kudos to Brandon and Katie. Keep it up guys!

This place is great. Highly recommend. I brought in a really challenging issue: An iPhone 4 (yep, that's right, a FOUR) that had been dead since 2014 and I had recently found in a box while unpacking. None of the photos on there were saved anywhere and I really wanted them back. I brought the phone to the Bellevue location of uBreakiFix and Simian worked tirelessly for probably a good solid 2-3 weeks (maybe longer?!) on getting the phone to work so I could download the photos to the cloud and an external hard drive. At first he didn't think it was going to be possible because the screen no longer worked (therefore couldn't enter a password or navigate the home screen) but as we talked on the phone he thought of a possible solution. He took the time to track down and purchase a new iPhone 4 screen (not super easy to come by in 2021 haha), deconstructed the ENTIRE phone, put it back together with the new screen, got into the phone and saved over 1700 photos from 2013-2014 (a really important time in my life that I otherwise had no record of). I am so, so grateful to Simian. Give that guy a raise! Long story long, I'd trust these folks with any of my devices. (And if you've forgotten just how small an iPhone 4 really was, I've attached a picture :)

Whether I have just called needing advice, or just some answers, Brandon has always been very helpful, courteous and most of all shown much patience with this "old lady"! The team of "techs" will definitely take care of whatever problem you have, as they did for me in the past! I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

Suppose there was a way to put six stars I would, exceptional service. I came in with DEAD iPhone and a prayer. Tammy is the friendliest and most professional person I’ve seen in a long while. In 1 hour, she was able to revive the phone and consulted me that the phone was damaged, but she may be able to work on it more and fix it further, which she magically did. I came in with a nonfunctional phone, left with a smile and a working phone. If you need a miracle to fix your phone, Tammy @ Asurion is my choice.

I worked with Simeon at the Bellevue, TN, location to help fix my iPhone X. The screen was bulging off of the rest of the phone. Truly - "Anything with an on button". I took my favorite telephoto lens to them with damage to a filter. Although it was not listed in their repair categories, they accepted the device and fixed it within a day. I will definitely use this service (and location) as my first line of evaluation across all electronic mishaps in the future. You do the math. If things break in your household/business, a subscription/membership definitely makes sense. Responsive, knowledgeable, service-minded, efficient, highly recommended.

This place is great! I brought my frozen iPhone 7 in to see if it was repairable before buying a new one and Brandon was quickly able to give me an honest assessment. After giving it a quick look he knew exactly what the problem was. It was not something that could be repaired, but it felt great knowing someone had assessed the issue and we could move forward in the right direction. It's great knowing that I have a place I can come to in the future if I have issues again.

My phone was run over by a car- the screen was shattered and the battery badly damaged. I had never dealt with a phone repair before, and Brandon walked me through the entire process. Only reason that I didn't give 5 stars is because there was a lack of communication from these folks. I never heard from them and I was told they would contact me when my part arrived. After calling them about the part status I was told I would receive a call back. Never called. My repair was done efficiently and with good quality.

We’ve had 2 awesome experiences here. Elijah took great care resurrecting my husband’s iPhone that had fallen down 6 flights of stairs - when we brought it to him, the screen was shattered and it wouldn’t turn on. When we left, it was completely fixed for much cheaper than to buy a new phone. Today, Ana reattached the screen of my Apple Watch that had come loose when I flicked my wrist the other day. She did this quickly and free of charge! I highly recommend this store and all of the employees.

The uBreakiFix in Belle Meade was great for replacing the battery in my iPhone SE. I called close to closing time, but they checked for the battery and they had time, so they worked me in. The repair took less time than they estimated and cost what was quoted. The person who helped me also reminded me of their warranty, and to watch for any battery issues that cropped up so that they could take care of them. I would take another device there, at least for battery replacement and would recommend to others.

Great experience overall, from walking on the door to pickup I felt very well taken care of by UBreak. Brandon greeted me and set expectations for cost and timing. I received updates throughout the day via text so I was not left wondering what was happening with my broken phone. Jackie, (Jacquie?) in the Belle Meade, Tennessee location helped me discover that what I thought was a bad battery was just dirt in my charging port. She didn't charge me for cleaning the port. Most importantly, she did not invent a fake problem to trick me into spending money (something which many repair companies regularly do). This was my first experience with Ubreakifix. From now on, I'll come here first for electronics repair needs. To anyone in UBIF management who may see this review: don't change and encourage employees to be dishonest in evaluations and recommendations. In the end, we (the public) always finds out, anyway.

Wooo Lawdy! I made an appointment this morning at 9:45 for a 10AM appointment. Walked right in and shared that my Samsung 20S 5G that I purchased at a local network provider on October 1 already had a broken screen. Booo, right? I stated that I had purchased a $50 screen protector yet the screen had shattered after a fall from my front pants pocket. My Tech - perhaps it was Anna (who ROCKED) - simply popped off the $50 screen and showed me that it was simply the protector that was broken. I almost DIED. I let out a sigh of relief and while I was a bit embarrassed to find this out after a night of anguish about breaking my brand new phone screen, I was relieved to find that it was a simple fix. Honesty is a fantastic policy and this company has ALL of the honesty! I DID purchase a new phone case that will protect the phone and screen from further issues. She even put the case on and dropped it right there in front of me to prove that this was a tough case. KUDOS to UBREAKIFIX for stellar customer service. I will tell all my peeps about this great experience. I encourage you to give them your business!

These guys are great and honest. When repairing my phone they broke the screen. Replaced free of charge. They originally thought I had a bad battery but determined it was a power cable. They could have easily said it was both but they ended up charging me the lesser amount. I'll definitely use them again should I have more issues.
