Antonio was awesome in helping me replace my lost Galaxy S21. It turned out to be a bit of an ordeal spanning two days because we couldn't figure out why my credit card kept getting declined. I had recently moved but, since I lost my phone, I couldn't update my address in the app. Once I did, new phone no problem. Antonio actually pointed out that if I was satisfied with my old phone I could get one nearly like it and save over $20 a month due to an in-store promotion. Certainly nice to save some money right now. Thanks for your patience and knowledge Antonio, you're the best!

I came in about 2 weeks ago to get a new phone and Pierre was super helpful! He made sure that I understood every part of my bill and wasn’t pushy about getting add ons when he mentioned them. Went down there on Labor Day and got great service from Britney and Pierre. Both were professional and friendly. Britney went above and beyond helping me get my phone working which was missing not only the SIM card but also the tray the SIM card goes into(don't ask Lol). While she was in the back getting something for my phone, Pierre answered all my questions and trust me, I ask a lot of stupid questions. Would definitely recommend this store due to the service I got from both of them.

We just made the jump from iPhone 8’s to iPhone 11s. Due to the lack of Apple Passwords, the transition wasn’t as smooth as it could have been. Andrew Huber spent 2 1/2 hours assisting us resetting passwords and getting everything transferred. Best customer service I have received in a long time. Great work!

I had an issue porting my wife’s phone number to my account that several calls to AT&T couldn’t resolve. I came to this store to pick up a phone for myself and explained my problem to a very helpful rep named Andrew. After several calls to different departments he was able to clear up the issue and take care of the port himself. We were able to go home with a new phone for my wife as well that afternoon, very happy with the customer service.

The AT&T Store on W. Lake St. in Uptown Minneapolis is strictly first class! I worked with two retail sales consultants, Josh and Harry, and their manager, Edvin, on two consecutive days. They helped me choose a cost-conscious phone and plan, as well as useful accessories where I bought two and got one free. Harry really went the extra mile for me by transferring all the data from my old iPhone to my new iPhone, even though I did not have access to certain passcodes that were needed. Harry suggested additional ways in which I could get a better price on the monthly service. Edwin was there to consult with Josh and to give me information on how to transfer data using a download to my desktop computer. It turned out that my computer was too old to handle this process, so I came back the next day and was grateful for Harry’s help. I highly recommend the Uptown AT&T store! My new phone works great and is all ready to go, thanks to Harry! I spent several hours in the store and had a chance to observe all of the other sales consultants, too. All of our questions were answered and the process went smoothly. We weren't planning on getting a new phone but there was a special so my fiancé went for it. The person who helped us, his name is Samuel and he did a great job! He was very kind, informative, and attentive to us for whole time. We also had a great conversation. The process took awhile because my fiancé switched to my account from another carrier and it took awhile for him to get the correct account #. I used to live in this area so the store is easy to get to and it’s helpful the store is open so you can talk to a real person. During the current covid-19 shut down - talking to people through a video and using an automated system has become cumbersome, so the in-person experiences are more favorable. For people who are concerned everyone there has masks, are wearing gloves and has hand sanitizer available.
