At first I was skeptical based on different reviews. They sent me a prepaid UPS label and I used my own box to save some money. They also give you the option to pay for a box shipping label. I signed up for Apple Pay as a payment option. They received my phone on a Friday and by the following Monday, they paid me what we agreed to through Apple Pay. Easy and convenient! Highly recommend. I would use again.

Wow! Very easy. Got an offer from Swift Tech online for my iPhone 6S that was twice what I had seen anywhere else and three times what the carrier offered me when I bought my new iPhone. I dropped the old iPhone off at a UPS store late Wednesday using the prepaid label from Swift Tech. On Thursday, I was notified it was received and being processed. Just now on Friday, the transaction was completed, and the funds are in my PayPal account. Less than 48 hrs from dropping it off! Swift Tech is the first place I will go next time.
