Had an iPhone 11 Pro Max screen break and they did an amazing job replacing it fast (20mins) while I waited and had it back to new! Then I had a glitch on iOS 16 that shut down my phone with no notice. Just arrived here to their shop (corner Saticoy / Reseda Blvd and it’s now at after hours but the owner let me in to fix the issue and gave me some great pointers! Highly recommended!

Honestly the best experienced I have ever had with a cell phone repair / accessory store. I first went to apple to attempt to fix the screen and the back of my iPhone 8 and was quoted $349. Not to mention I needed 3 screen protectors for 3 different phones as well and was quoted $50 each. This was not an affordable or possible option for my financial situation. I found such relief when I stumbled upon this hidden gem of a place. The owner, Tameem really listened to all of my concerns regarding the repair I needed on one of the phones as well as my desire to getting my other phones equipped with protective gear. I was able to have all services completed for An amazing price I spent less than half what I would have had to spend at apple store, and he even threw in 2 free cases. Bless his heart for his kindness and wonderful customer service he really knows how to connect with the customers as well as he is super informed on all things cell phone /tablet related. The crews are great unfortunately Sultan, the very nice guy who assisted me before is not there anymore and was assigned to a another store. Love this place! My boyfriend dropped his phone on concrete and the screen and LCD were in extremely bad shape. I walked in here and they took the phone back and were done in about 20 mins! He walked me through what he had done and advised the type of case to get to ensure it doesn’t happen again in the future. We also got some screen protectors and they were happy to apply them for us! The phone case selection is very diverse and not the same stuff you see over and over on amazon. I’m obsessed with how my phone looks now! The ambience is very relaxing while you wait. Brought my Iphone11 to get fixed for a simple front and back replacement a couple months ago and the guy gave me a discount. Months later, I threw my phone and it was falling apart with even a slight bent. I would've spent over $600-$700 on a new phone easily but these guys assured me it was fixable and even way less than half the price of a new phone. I read some reviews online and I figured I would give this store a shot. Long story short my iphone X had some screen damage with two vertical pink lines down each side and the touch screen would not work properly anymore. I took it in and they helped me out right away. I thought I would be leaving my phone for a day or at least a few hours. I was told every option I had and chose the best option for me which was total screen replacement. I tend to take great care of my mobile devices, although I'm sure many can relate to the fact that ACCIDENTS certainly do happen. I was recently walking on the beach when a large wave found it's way to shore and splashed my phone which was in my pocket. I didn't imagine a splash of salt water putting my phone to rest but unfortunately that was the case. Until of course, I stepped into CPR Studio. Tameem the owner, who happens to be a an awesome guy began performing what looked almost like a surgery on my phone. Within 30 MINUTES he was able to bring my phone back to life just when I thought all hope was lost. He also sold me a waterproof case which aggressively competed with a lot the prices I was seeing on amazon! They must be competent technicians - but most of all I should say that I love their honesty. I had a screen brightness issue on my Galaxy S9+ I had purchased at Verizon store, and Tameem Nazari kindly told me to contact with Verizon first before buying their repair service. As a result I found out that my phone could be replaced even without any deductible under the extended warranty and now the delivery is on its way. In the future if I have any other concern I will not hesitate to discuss with them again.
