These stars for Tameron and Bobby. Today 10/18/22. Tameron was awesome. She had a lot of patience. Tameron told me about all the great offers about first net, which I got. The system was giving Tameron some problems and she called Chad ( the store manager) for assistance. Chad seem to be uninterested helping Tameron. She reached out to him several times getting no where or at times no response of care before Tameron called another manager ( Bobby). Which was at home on his day off for help. Bobby assisted Tameron and I through the errors and stayed on the phone until everything was completed. Due to some glitches in the system, and Chad’s unwillingness to assist this process took a while. You would think that Chad would of come over and make sure Tameron and I was ok. He didn’t until AFTER everything was said and done. It seem like all he was worried about is making sure the sell was completed. I felt like Chad didn’t care about me as a customer or Tameron as his employee. While Tameron & Bobby was helping me, Chad was standing by the door chit chatting with the other employees giggling, looking out the window. He came and stood over Tameron as she was on the line with (Bobby )for assistance & he was not helping other customers in the store either. He never offered his help to ease issue at hand. Chad never offered his assistance to be useful to Tameron. But he made sure the sell was completed though.Tameron stayed over her shift a hour helping me and made sure I was completely satisfied with all of my devices working before leaving the store. Thankful Tameron got a hold of Bobby or we might still be in the store waiting for Chad to do something or I would of had to come back another day. I have been customer at this location for years and I had never had this experience with a manager like Chad. I feel Chad is not a great fit for this store. Bobby was amazing and the fact that he took Tameron call on his day off and made sure all needs got met on both ends said a lot about Bobby as a manager!!!! This is the type of managers this location needs one who is attentive to customers and his employees especially when they seek his assistance. I honestly feel sorry for Chad workers if this is how they get treated when reaching out to him on a daily. He left that girl hanging big time. Please see Tameron and Bobby for your needs they definitely went over and beyond to help me wit the best deals and customer service. If u need any type of assistance from a manager save yourself DON’T SEE CHAD!!!!

My day was horrible today after my phone was stolen and I had to file an insurance claim to replace it. I had to come into the AT&T store to activate it after the expert sent to my house couldn't get it done and the customer service line failed as well. They straightened me on up every time I wanna come down they make it happen. I had a great experience though they told me I’d be able to trade my phone in for 350 and I was not able to. But they were busy and he did take his time with me so I couldn’t ask for more. He let me know I had 30 days and he told me I had seven days to bring the phone back and switch it up if I want to. No actually I think he said 14 days. And I feel like I got the hook up though I’m sure they treat everyone the same way

First off, Jaymez was super helpful in taking care of the issue that brought me into the store. The process was nice and quick. However, Firstnet is a joke. The customer service for Firstnet is pathetic. I give ZERO stars for them. Jaymez has a good review from me though, hence the 5 stars. The stars pertain only to Jaymez, not the service bringing me into the store in the first place.

Came in today for a simple issue with my phone. The guy Korbin was helpful, however the person who signed us in, Rachel, was very much dismissive and inattentive to our issue. She would keep coming over to our table but not once asked us to help with our issue. With my mother being elderly, someone coming over acting as if her problem wasn’t necessary hurt her, so we will be switching carriers. Thank you Korbin, thank you to the other manager who helped solve our issue and thank you to the others who were actively trying to help us not just walking around like you hate your job. I don’t understand how someone like that is in management. Every customer won’t be in to buy a product and elderly customers matter as well!

My husband & I visited the store to upgrade our phones and waited 2 1/2hrs just to find out we needed to come back. We made an appt for a 2nd visit & waited abt 20-30 min for our rep to finish a customer before us. But he was able to satisfy 90% of our needs. We had to make another appt to return to finish one phone upgrade & will have to make a 3rd appt (4th trip)to complete the other upgrade. That is too much!!! Highly recommend making an appt. This store is too busy & too short-staffed to reasonably accept walkins. But staff is highly informed & very friendly.

I had the best customer service experience I have ever had with Kim at this store location. I recently bought a new home (new build). It didn't show up on AT&T or anyone else radar as a valid address. Kim worked with with the company to find out what services could be provided, got me set up with TV and then worked to get internet services installed at my new home. She updated me on progress daily and because I am in a lot of meetings during my work day, she communicated via text message with me to help ensure the fastest setup for me. She also got me a great deal and informed the installers of the other new builds in the area so my neighbors wont have as much to go through for their setup. I am so impressed by Kim's work ethic and personality. I would highly recommend working with her!

Recently we needed to upgrade one of our phones and review the options for our phone plan that included 5 phones and we wanted to add another phone line. We made an appointment at the AT&T store at 300 S University in Little Rock, our tech was Blake. Blake was amazing! We had lots of questions, and Blake was patient when we didn't understand some of the details. He kept going over everything until we understood, very patient. It was a great experience, we would recommend Blake and AT&T to anyone. Blake also recommended a new phone plan that saved us a considerable amount of money. We've been with AT&T for thirteen years, we've always had this type of attention and care not only from Blake, but any of the tech's we've worked with over the years.

Me and my grandmother saved a lot of money upgrading both our phones and cell lines and they even knocked off 100$ off our old monthly bill. So instead of paying 350$ we pay 250$ a month with our 3 phones & 3 tablets with our new plan! And I’m forever grateful for the service! No more drop calls, or slow data speeds! I had some very bad luck in that there was an order mixup (mainly my fault). After going back to get the correct phone, I went back home only to find the new phone was defective. I returned to the store the third time and was helped by Myleke and Seth. They were patient, understanding, and genuinely good listeners. They were absolutely there to help. At one point a customer came in who was not a native English speaker. Being bilingual, Seth politely excused himself to act as a translator and help the lady. That’s good service and also a display of compassion. If it were not for Myleke and Seth, I probably would have given 3 stars or less. Because of their exceptional service, for their kindness and problem-solving skills, I am giving 5 stars.

After 2 unsuccessful attempts to transfer my existing service to a new address online and over the phone, I went to the AT&T company store on University Ave. in Little Rock. When I arrived, I'm sure that I was visibly upset due to the shear frustration of trying to accomplish what should have been a very simple process. Nevertheless, the sales consultant who helped me, Julie Benton, remained professional, calm, helpful, and most of all determined to help me resolve my situation. After almost 2 hours trying to resolve the issue on my behalf, Julie was able to get the process started and assured me that the issue would be resolved by the end of the day, which it was. The five stars that I'm giving in this review are all for Julie. She was the consummate professional, and definitely the person you want helping you if you want something to get done. Thank you Julie!!

Today I did one of the things I fear the most, changing cell phones AND providers. With the other companies network not working in more places than my iPad from AT&T I knew it was time to switch. I stopped in this store. Was greeted right away. Checked in and met Rick a few mins later. He was super easy going. Not a "salesman" that helped me understand plans that might work well for me. I needed to go take care of a few things with the old provider and return. Yes Rick's on commission, like me, and when I returned a few hours later I was HAPPY to wait while he finished up with a customer. Rick walked me thru the WHOLE maze of switching, getting a new phone and switching one to another. He even helped me upgrade my home wifi. Rick is Da Man to see at this AT&T store, even if you need to wait longer to see him, you will be glad you did wait. Thank You RICK for making the painful, painless today.

Helpful but too pushy about trying to get u to buy stuff and take on a larger bill. And they try not to tell u about all the little activation fees and stuff. They jus randomly slip that in the conversation. So be sure to ask them plenty questions about charges that go along with purchases. Activation fees taxes and no telling what else. They will hook u up just be ready to pay for it

I had such a difficult time getting the Samsung Note 9 and the Otterbox for it. I'll make a very long story short... After visiting a store and trying to order online to no avail a chat support person helped me by ordering it for me. After receiving the Otterbox, it is the wrong color. I spoke with customer service and they were of no help in getting a replacement. I visited a store (not this one) last night only to find I would have to come back at a different time. Finally, Anthony greeted me with a smile and exchanged the Otterbox for the correct color. Thank you Anthony, for making a piece of this difficult process so much better!
