Had a great experience at this location. At the time off drop-off they did not have the screen in stock we needed but luckily it showed up the next day and we got the phone back shortly after getting the confirmation that the phone was getting worked on. Definitely a great experience.

Having the replacement screen in stock and receiving notification that the repair was completed same day made this one of the best experiences that I’ve had with any hardware product in years! My husband's Google pixel phone fell and the screen LCD broke (not the glass but something else with the screen). They gave us an estimate on the price and time to fix. The guy knew immediately the problem and was able to get it going right away. We were very satisfied with the price and service. I was about to spend over $500 to buy a new phone because AT&T said that was all they could do for me and because my screen would not turn on I was not going to be able to transfer anything from the old phone to the new phone. Then someone in the store told me to check this place out and they were able to fix it for me for $100 in about 30 minutes. So glad I decided to go here versus replacing it and dealing with the hassle of setting up a new phone.

He took my phone in the back and fixed it within a few minutes!! He also did not charge me for the repair. This place, and Andrew are the real deal.

I took my pixel 4 in to have the speaker replaced and he quoted me a price but my phone was under warranty. He found the warranty but had trouble entering it as a repair so he said he would call the help desk but no guarantee they could get around it. I left my phone at 145pm and picked it up, service completed at 4pm. And paid nothing out of pocket. Really helpful associate and I'm glad I found this place. I'd say I'll be back but I'm hoping I don't need to go back. But if I do, then I will.

Updating my previous review, today I got my PSP fully replaced with no extra cost to me. On top of it working, the previous issue I had seemed nonexistent and it plays games very well. Thanks to these folks I’m back into using the system

Great experience and friendly people. Broke my screen filed a claim w my insurance and was told to bring it here. We were to have it there by 3 to get done in 2 hours. Brought it in and they said it may or may not be done today. I informed them that Asurion told me it would be done today. They said they will try for today. Brought it in at 2:30 it was done at 3:22. My fiancé found this place because I really needed my phone to be fixed as soon as possible. My iPhone 11 screen was not working. One phone call my fiancé made had us there in 10mins. Brought in teenage daughter’s very old (iPhone 7) phone which unfortunately she forgot to backup! Broken charging port was confirmed. We just needed the data off of it, so these guys charged the device but didn’t charge us for the broken port. Great service and incredible value!! Thanks! I needed to get my Pixel 4XL fixed because the back glass was coming off, so I made an appointment here. Brought it in and talked with Aidan and he gave me the estimate and a time to pick it up. The repairs were done in an hour and a half and they even replaced the battery which was causing my phone not to wirelessly charge. Overall, a very pleasant experience which will prompt me to come back if I need more repairs.

really good experience, andrew had me right as rain in no time, good comms throughout, thorough explanation of the repair work, and possible challenges. google manufacturer parts make a big difference, good quality people here make the rest. only place i've ever been that had pixel parts in stock. was worried about needing a new phone, but the screen came with a battery replacement while they were in there, so this might as well be a brand new phone. they'll recycle old electronics as well, and tell if you if it's more expensive to repair than replace, and why. highly recommend

Took my Xbox to get checked out. I'd hit the power button and you could hear the normal "On" sound, the Xbox logo light up and then immediately turned off. I found out the uBreakiFix team does a free diagnostic so I decided to give them a try. I'm glad I did! They were fast and called me on the same day I dropped it off. The probelm: I needed a new power supply. D'oh! Best part is they didn't charge me for anything or try to give me an unnecessary repair. They earned a loyal customer for that. If any of my electronics break or give me issues this is where I'll be taking it. You should too!

My IPad was intermittently charging so I brought it in. Jasper noticed a bright spot on the screen, and asked if he could take it in the back and look at it, after about 5 minutes he came back and said there were a couple pieces of loose plastic inside that was causing the issue. When I asked what I owed him he said nothing… finding an honest business like this is getting harder to find… they now have my business forever! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Completely satisfied! I walked in at 10 am when they opened. He had replaced the glass on my iPhone 6s in 20 minutes! I downloaded the app when i left, which extends the warranty even further, 3 months to 6 months (repair comes with 3 months automatically). Warranty does not cover new damages, only things related to the repair. I actually had a small screw fall out when I got back to work. Luckily I work across the street, went back in, fixed in 2 seconds, and explained why the screw was loose and assured me I was set. Things happen. He fixed it. I am still giving them a 5 STAR! I am not sure who the tech was and who I actually talked to in person. Whoever I spoke to at the store, greeting me, and handling everything (either Mike or Nick) was friendly and professional. I will be going back if needed in future.

My iPhone 8 was bricked after an update I did not agree to. Apple would not even attempt to help me unless I set an appointment. When i did, their answer was to spend $350 on a new phone. I walked in to ubreakifix expecting the same answer I received from several places including Apple. The gentleman who was very caring and empathetic quickly gave me a run down of what occurred and how he may be able to resolve it. Mike was able to do what Apple and other places were NOT. He saved me from my only option everyone gave me; buying a new phone. I offered to buy lunch for the staff but they politely declined and simply asked for an honest review of my experience. I understand small businesses make it or break it based on feedback. What they did that day not only showed me some businesses still care about people but they go above and beyond knowing they may not get a dime for their time. Came in to replace the broken screen of a google pixel 3a. The gents took an hour and a half to repair it. They gave an accurate cost and time estimate before beginning work. Professional and polite. I had a flight to catch later and nowhere particular to go, so hung around at the store reading a few magazines. People walked in with all sorts of issues and they were able to resolve them. I was super frustrated when I cracked the screen on my iphone XR, and shopped around for a new screen. One place tried to charge me $360, and told me it would take 2-3 days. However, ubreakifix took 1 hour and was $170! They were super friendly and helpful, and the price was def the best around. Would recommend to everyone.

I took my MacBook to Macxperience down the road and they wanted me to pay $75 Non-refundable fee to put my Mac in a queue for diagnostics with a five week turnaround for an answer. They estimated $225-350 for my display fix. UbreakiFix on 82nd fixed it for free in under 3 minutes it just needed a power cycle. If you go anywhere else for any Mac, apple, i-product help you’re robbing yourself. The best customer service and know-how of any establishment I’ve ever been to. I’ll never go anywhere else. (Display wasn’t cracked it just wouldn’t show on anything other than HDMI)

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!! I can't BEGIN to speak HIGHLY enough about this place!! I was referred to them by a friend, and they will now be my go-to place, hands down!! I had them upgrade my RAM and install a new hard drive on my MacBook. Then I had them copy everything (OS, email, documents, music, photos, videos...) from my old hard drive onto my new one. Tyler (the manager) and Brandon (the computer specialist) did an excellent job making sure this was all done perfectly. They didn't rush me through, but instead kept me updated on how things were going in this long process. They were very knowledgeable, informative, friendly, and efficient in getting this job done well beyond my satisfaction. They were also very patient with me as I asked many questions, and they answered them by talking on my level, which was much appreciated. I thought that I had broken my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 screen, knew I had insurance coverage via Asurion with Verizon Wireless and began looking on the web submitting my information for costs to repair myself first before filing an insurance claim. I saw several other places come up, called a couple and also got prices back from several with highest being $389.00 so I called my brother and asked who repaired his iPhone screen and told me uBreakiFix in Noblesville, Indiana. So, I submitted a claim to Asurion, paid my deductible and was promptly provided with a few local repair facilities to choose from. I called them first to see if I could get in today, spoke with a nice young man named Zach, the Shift Lead there who said that he was already getting ready to call me per notification earlier just a few minutes before from Asurion that I'd selected their store. I arrived there a couple of hours later, met with Zach personally and also the General Manager, Carlos. They took a quick look at my Galaxy Note 8 and said that my screen was not broken and requested if they could remove my aftermarket tempered glass. I said sure, and low and behold it was just the tempered glass that was broken saving the insurance company hundreds potentially. Zach & Carlos stated that I had made a good decision purchasing the tempered glass because it had done its job. I agreed and asked if they sold new tempered glass of which they did, installed a new one in minutes and I was out the door pleased in knowing that if they were not honorable people, they could have stuck the insurance company for a large amount as I would have never known otherwise. They then told me to call Asurion and inform them that I did not have a broken screen after all and to request they cancel my insurance claim and ask for my deductible refunded to me. I did, and Asurion was pleased because it saved them money, saved me from using my limited number of annual claims and also mentioned how pleased they were that uBreakiFix is such a reputable company as they could have simply taken my phone, asked me to come back later after replacing the tempered glass and billing the insurance full boat for a broken screen with neither of using knowing otherwise. As an ex-insurance executive for 20+ years I highly recommend uBreakiFix for your Smartphone or Cellphone repairs because they are honest and their service is quick and they are very personable people too.

It wasn't until today that I heard of this business. Long story short Apple wanted to charge me $342 for a new phone because my charging port was broken. I went here and they informed me that the port wasn't broken just needed cleaning. They charged me $0 to clean the port and it began to work as new. So I was hopeful they could fix my phone, unfortunately, they couldn't and that's ok and definitely not the reason for my rating. The reason for my rating is that when I dropped my phone off (day 1), I gave them my husband's number as it would be pointless to call mine. Well, they called & left a message on my number - no call to my husband's phone - which I found out when I called on day 2 for a status update. Zach was very clear & helpful about next steps and I authorized a 2 part repair - water damage repair and replacing the headphone jack if necessary. I was supposed to hear back the next day. Well, by 4:00 on day 3, I still hadn't heard anything back, so I called again for a status update. Tommy (I think) said that the water damage repair didn't work. I asked if the headphone jack had been replaced and he said no, they were waiting on authorization from me. At this point, I had been without my phone for 3 days and the repair still wasn't complete. I was done and chose to pick up my phone and just deal with the minor issue. I'm glad they didn't charge me, but I'm very annoyed with the lack of communication.

I had an iphone 6s with a cracked screen and took it in to get it fixed with a scheduled appointment. All went well and quick while I was at their location. One day later there was a bright hot spot at the top of the phone that had not been there and I noticed that the swiping wasn't working well. I took the phone back in and they replaced the screen without issue. A few days later I experienced the same issues. Two weeks later I couldn't use the phone when talking because the screen was so wonky and sensitive it would press every button on the screen because of contact with my face and ear. At this point the phone would not work correctly with swiping or calling and would automatically zoom in and do various other odd things. None of this was present before the 2 screen replacements. After another week the phone completely shut off and would not work, power on, or charge. I took the phone to the Apple store to see what the problem was and it was definitely something on the main board because the phone would not respond in any way. They opened the phone and didn't find anything that should not have been in there but they did say it was poor work and that they did not use new adhesive to remount the screen. I don't know the in's or out's of the tech stuff but I'm guessing that is why I had so many issues with the screen interface not working correctly. TLDR: These guys are nice and they may do a good job on your phone, or they might not. Unfortunately in my experience they didn't and the result is a bricked phone. If I had to do it again I'd just go straight to Apple. UPDATE: After a few weeks of phone tag with multiple customer service reps I was given a full refund for the service provided to my phone. I will say the customer service reps went out of their way to try and make this right which I do appreciate which is why I'm adding another star to the review.

I have been to uBreakiFiz several times (Carmel & 82nd st. location). I would highly recommend either location. Unfortunately, I had some issues with the touch screen I had repaired from the Carmel location and went back to have them fix it. The Carmel location did not have a 6+ screen in stock so they called and found out the 82nd street did. I went immediately to that location because I use my phone for business and cannot be without my cell. Tyler was the gentleman working who is also the store's General Manager. He had already been notified that this was a business phone and had to be fixed right away. He informed me it would take about 30 min to fix so we went out and got dinner. By the time we left dinner, uBreakiFix had already been closed for 15 min. HOWEVER, Tyler had stayed over to ensure I could pick my phone up. What amazing customer service!! I would highly recommend either location. Even if there is a problem with something they have repaired, they make it right!!

This uBreakiFix location is amazing! I always go to them with any issues I have with my iPhone or MacBook. It's a million times better than having to deal with the chaos and pretentiousness of the Apple store. Instead of having to wait in ungodly lines to get an appointment at the "Genius Bar," you can walk right in and they'll usually be able to fix you up in the same amount of time it would take someone to even notice you at the Apple Store. I can't recommend uBreakiFix enough! Drew and the team at the Keystone location did such a fantastic job repairing both my iPhone and Macbook Air computer which I had brought in due to water damage. Not only were they willing to fix water-damaged electronics (something many stores won't do), their prices are extremely fair. On top of that, they were very transparent with me on the breakdown of costs for different parts and the fact that attempting to repair water-damaged electronics can often make things worse. Their policy, however, is that if their attempt to repair your water-damaged goods doesn't work, you're not charged. That was a big selling point for me. I would highly recommend uBreakiFix to anyone and will definitely be coming back for future repairs!
