Had excellent excellent EXCELLENT service!!! Combined bills and cancelled products that were no longer in use. Bought a new phone as well! Can not be happier and could not have had a better more pleasant experience. And believe me, I’ve had the not so pleasant experiences many times. This pretty much canceled all those bad experiences out in one fell swoop. I want to thank both the manager Emily and my sales rep Katie for their courteous and professional manner.

I bought an Apple Watch the day before and was having a lot of issues connecting it to my cellular plan. I came into the store and within 20 minutes Kendall was able to attach my new watch to my cellular plan. Apparently there has been a “bug” with this process. Kendall was professional and very efficient. He made my day!!

Walked in today to grab the new Samsung Z flip. Was greeted and helped by Matt. He was so helpful! He was able to answer all of my questions and get me the best deals that I could find on both a new line and the accessories that I needed/wanted. Would recommend this store on Matt's help alone. Also, management here is very nice and helpful as well. Didnt catch the lady Managers name but thank you both!!

I only go to this store. I’ve been to others but I always get the best service and help at the E Washington store. Teoda pulled up a side by side comparison of several models we were looking at and helped us make our decision. She also took the time to look for discounts and other ways to save us money

I have been battling issues with my account for over a year. I've called customer service multiple times, been told issues were fixed only for them to show up again a week later. Finally gave up and took the phones into the store. Sat down with Teoda, told her about ALL of the problems. She was very knowledgeable and handled everything for me quickly. Went in to add a line to my account when we saw the number of cars in the lot we assumed the wait time would be rediculous but it wasn't bad. Edgar was very helpful with the transaction and set up of the new phone. He also took some extra time to double check my account for unauthorized lines because of a glitch when adding the new line showed I had several other lines that I didn't recognize. I would recommend this location for promp and friendly service.

5 STARS FOR A GREAT EMPLOYEE & OVERALL GOOD GUY Craig Durban (Retail Sales Associate) helped me chose my new phone a couple of months ago. During that store visit he demonstrated his knowledge of AT&T products and took his time to make sure all of my questions were answered. It was this stellar customer service, down-to-Earth personality and kindness that instilled trust in me. It was necessary for me to visit the store a couple of additonal times for technical support; each time I requested Craig and each time Craig delivered the same high service level or better. Long story short, I upgraded my device through the AT&T website. I also bought an Apple Watch at the same time. Well it seemed that when I went to purchase the watch, I overrode my phone upgrade. I didn’t know this at the time. I received my watch but never received my new phone. After multiple conversations with AT&T customer service, we discovered the issue and they suggested I go to my nearest AT&T store. After two authorized retailers and a packed corporate store, I found myself at my 4th AT&T store. Let me just say, Julian, my sales rep was amazing! He went above and beyond to ensure everything worked out. He was able to reverse some things and update my account to the way I thought it would have been originally. I get a little antsy about sales reps because of the service I’ve received at other businesses in the past, but Julian was truly a gem! All of the associates provided excellent customer service to all the other customers in the store. I will most definitely return to the East Washington location!

It was time to get a new cell. I was helped within 5 minutes. I received a $300 credit for my new iPhone 11. I got a protective case and he downloaded everything to my new cell. I was thrilled I didn’t lose any pictures, text messages or emails. Everything downloaded. Again, I am very pleased with my experience at the AT&T store on East Washington.

Great service. Busy store so you may need to wait if you don't make an appointment. Main thing I feel needs to be said is if you are respectful to the workers then they will be back. They are much nicer and friendlier to those who come in with that attitude. My wife and I went in for a broken phone component and had to wait which we both understood. Spoke kindly with the others waiting and the workers and left with everything figured out.

I went in an hour before close to simply ask for more info on switching to at&t. Mike was my sales guy and he was great! Super knowledgeable and friendly and answered all of my questions honestly. He also helped me figure out a new home security system that is faaar more what i want than my old system and for the same monthly price. The manager Nicki was also really helpful and listened to all of my concerns about switching or changing. Great experience so far!!!

Didn't help me one bit what they told me to do did not work they couldn't I was told they could go out to the store and they would take care of me very wrong they had no idea what to do so it just a waste of time and effort she don't have the situation I was trying to find they act like I didn't even know what I was talking about and I was just trying to get an ID for the use of my internet hookup it doesn't matter I haven't had any luck with AT&t for the last 6 months dealing with phone horrible there's another company I'd go to and I own stock in AT&t and I'm going to sell it I believe cuz it is so sad situation I mean the only Monopoly around basically it's hurting the consumer they're taking the range of us and it's sad very sad damn near sickening

They have always been a big help. This a corporate store FYI. There are ones that are privately owned. I would not go to one of the privately owned ones. They are horrible. Before you visit one make sure it's a corporate store.
