Great place, with honest service and a fast turn around! Took my phone here because it had gotten damaged in the ocean last week. He was upfront about not having the part in IF it needed a screen replacement, which he said was very likely. He suggested I go elsewhere to see if they have what they need. I wasn't in a rush so I said go ahead with the water damage repair and if it needs a new screen then I can wait for it to be ordered. It didn't need a screen replacement by but it did need another part replaced which he was able to do. He called me and told me the additional cost before doing any further work and after I gave the okay the phone was done in another couple of hours. Same day turn around! Overall, very good experience!

Great service! Finished replacing my screen in 25 minutes. AND at the end, put a glass screen protector & let me pick a new case for free! Also they have the option of an aftermarket lcd or an oem one, so you have options. Would highly recommend this place, would return again if needed.

I called before they opened but they called me back as soon as they opened and quickly gave me a great price on screen replacement for my iPhone. As soon as I got there I was helped quickly and was told it would be an hour. In barley 30 minutes they call my wife and let us know it’s done already! When I get there he had already installed a free screen protector and let me pick from a couple of nice phone cases and gave it to me for free! What a great business with an awesome friendly technician on staff!

This shop is amazing. My mom jumped into ocean with her phone and ruined her phone. He was able to save all the data even though we came into his shop late and my mother was flying out the next day. He was very clear about pricing and the issues. He fixed her phone so thay we could retrieve all the lost data in less than 3 hours. Highly recommend. Met w/ Huy after Verizon just wanted to sell me a new phone. Huy took the time to try to fix the problem without losing any data. Eventually he had to reset it to factory specs which fixed the problems and the Samsung restore feature brought back all my apps, texts, call history, etc. I'm very happy and it cost only $45! Huy is a very nice guy and I highly recommend him.

Hui is amazing. If you need cell phone repair or your screen got some water in it at the pool in your hotel go there. Apple store quoted $279 US to change my screen this place changed it for $100 and thre in a free screen saver and a free case I highly recommend this place

If I could give this place 50 stars I would. The gentleman (truly) who works there is professional, knowledgeable, kind, courteous and very skilled. He explained our repair options and gave us a great price for the repair. We are from out of town and expected the repair cost to be very high since it’s Hawai’i. The price was so reasonable I would consider sending my phones here for repairs… or at least waiting until I’m back in town to have the repairs done.

My 4-year old Samsung tablet started rebooting continuously. Hui replaced the battery but, after I used it a couple of days, the rebooting started again. Hui tested my charging cable and found it was bad. With a new battery and a new appropriate charging cable, my tablet works as good as new. Thanks to Hui for taking the time to find the proper diagnosis and fix!

I couldn't believe a phone repair shop had 5 stars, until I went there. Great price. Exceptional Service. This is the kind of place that would suggest a competitor if it would save you money. I walked in with a phone damaged with saltwater, barely functional, and definitely not worth repairing. The repair man really went the extra mile to help me recover my files. We ended up spending about 3 hours trying to keep it holding together long enough to get photos off of it. Anyone else would have given up on it, but he wouldn't. Absolutely the best cell phone repair I've ever seen.

They do the work that most places are afraid to even touch. The technician, Hui, totally saved my phone from massive water damage after a dunk in the ocean. Prices are more than reasonable with honest technicians that truly want to help you. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly.

I called to have my ipad fix today. He was very nice and polite.. He actually knows what he is doing. He even help me pick a cheaper price. I went to apple and they wanted to charge me for a new ipad pro 9.7 inch370. He offered to fix mine with a used screen. lil scratch but still good at the price of $160. He have new screens which is about $200 somthing. Saves me money and time... This guys is awesome . its my first here but def will not be my last.. very happy

Was in need of my battery being replaced on a Samsung Note 5. Stopped in at 5:30 PM even though he was busy he said he could get it done . Came back at 6:45 PM and it was done. Great service very knowlageable and friendly. Would recommend them for all your cell repairs. Very honest could have sold me a wireless charger said I wanted one. He explained if I keep the case on the phone it will not charge. Super honest.
