Came in to upgrade my Samsung phone. Cameron did an outstanding job of informing me of a better deal than the one I came in with. He patiently answered all my questions. & transferred all info from old phone to new one perfectly.

this T-Mobile is awesome. after coming from Verizon it was the most welcoming friendly place and the workers actually knew how to do stuff. staying at T-Mobile forever if they keep this up.💯🥳 it took T-Mobile just a few minutes and my phone number was ported over and my internet was working faster than it ever has a Verizon in the past year. I don't remember the names of any of the workers that helped me but they were all fantastic and intelligent phone wizards. verizons workers were buckled in riding the short bus. I had just came from Verizon where I had been for 4 hours because they ruined my phone and couldn't figure out how to activate a SIM card. Verizon permanently lost me as a customer yesterday. I went in there with a working phone and ended up being removed by the police with a phone that didn't work.🤦🏼‍♂️

My wife and I visited the Ala Moana store last week to inquire about coverage under our plan in Bangkok, Thailand. The T-mobile website did not list Thailand as one of the countries where we would have access to data. We were assisted by T-mobile associate "Juice" , who told us that the website needed updating and confirmed that we have data and internet under our plan in Thailand. Juice was very courteous and proficient and answered all our questions. Thank you Juice !

I am very pleased to say all the staff I've interacted with at the T Mobile store at Ala Moana have been super nice and very professional! They got me what I wanted without over selling me. And even though the store got mad chaotic at one point they kept their cool. A way better vibe than Verizon. I am happy customer, so far so good.

With special thanks to Rocky. We went to the store looking for information on the Samsung Galaxy Watch 5. We were open with Rocky stating we would not be able to make a purchase in the US due to us not being US residents, and that he could assist other patrons as needed but asked if he was willing to answer a few questions. Rocky was extremely helpful and forthcoming with information and opinions on the product. Providing his personal experiences and feedback has enabled us to make an informed decision. Rocky is extremely honest, very helpful and willing to assist in whatever way he can. I was helped by Jaci and just had to leave a review to say how amazing she was. I stopped in last week bc I lost my phone on the bus that morning and needed a new one asap for my work stuff. Jaci was beyond helpful bc she really listened me when I was telling her what I needed, she was empathetic to my situation, she answered all of my questions thoroughly and professionally, and she also informed me about things I didn’t know about that helped me save money while also making the right purchases for my needs. On top of that her customer service was 5 star. She was really friendly and easy to chat to while we got my phone situation sorted, which helped make my stressful day much less stressful. I was very attached to my old phone but it was definitely time to get a new one and since having this one for a little over a week now it’s been working out perfectly for my work and personal things and I’m totally in love with it! Social distancing, sanitizer at the door, the usual now. There are a good number of staff, though, and the wait for service isn't long. I had a very quick and friendly repair job done. It was lucky, too, because that kind of thing can require replacement. I was happy with the service and the way I was kept informed of what was going on.

the only reason I'm with tmobile is because the plans are great for the price. otherwise everything else is over priced (phones, accessories, etc...) and they push really hard to try to sell me something i don't need. some staff are knowledgeable tho so hope u get lucky and get to work with one of them.

I highly recommend going here for a $30 (plus local taxes) tourist SIM card when holidaying in Honolulu if you're here for 3 weeks or less. Check their website or talk to their staff for details. Extremely helpful staff.
