Yoda was amazing! He fixed two different iPads with different problems. Very good reasonable and fair pricing (unlike Apple store). You can tell he cares about his job and is willing to go the extra mile to make you happy. I would highly recommend going to Yoda, a master he is.

Yoda the owner fixed my PS4’s power supply late last year after I accidentally broke the solder while doing cleaning maintenance. He did it within 2 days, and for less than the quoted estimate because it was easier than expected. THAT is integrity, and I would recommend GG to anyone after my experience here. PS - Yoda has a dry, funny sense of humor. You just gotta roll with it!

I will be honest I did not stop in to get anything fixed but the customer service when I had an unrelated question was outstanding. While inside a customer said they are super friendly and very good at what they do. I had to do them a solid and write a review for there assistant with my question and great customer seevice. Seems like a very trustworthy business.

"Yoda" as he's called has fixed a variety of Android devices for me while charging very little, as these things go. He's my first stop for any problems with Android devices, particularly problems with USB ports and cracked screens. His being there and charging what he does is what has made me not worry too much about non replaceable batteries (Yoda can replace it!) and I've cancelled my phone insurance since, as I added it all up, even though I've had a lot of problems and breakage, Yoda could have fixed most of it had I gone through him and it would have cost me less. It's also faster just to go there, he's done in a few hours usually or a day at most.

I wish there were 10 stars for this review. I would have given 10 stars to rate Yoda's service. I have gone to Gadget Guyz to see Yoda for 5 times now: twice I went to get my phone screens repaired, and the other three times were because my phones wouldn't turn on again. Today, I went to take in my phone because when I turned it on- the apple logo will appear then disappear again, but the phone wont restart. I live in Kapolei and I am too lazy to drive far to Waikiki to see Yoda. So, I took it to TechArmor here at the new mall in Kapolei/Ewa. My heart broke when the guy there said that the motherboard to my phone no longer works, so he wont be able to fix it either. He asked if I agreed to have him do a hard reset on my phone, meaning all the data in my phone will be lost, and he isnt sure that the hard reset will get my phone up and working again. I left there heartbroken that I was going to lose all the data in my phone. So, I waited till the weekend to see Yoda. I knew this is something Yoda would be able to fix. & What do you know? I was right! He fixed my phone under 15 minutes, charged me $45 (really great price) for the repair, and now my phone is up and running again as if it wasn't dead the past week! Thank God for Yoda. I am definitely going to refer anyone I know with a phone issue to Yoda because not only will they save money on their repairs, but they will leave Yoda's place with reassurance that the service and repair done on the phone is exceptional! Thank you so much Yoda.

Yoda was awesome. My iphone 4 totally died. THe not so geniuses at the apple store just wanted me to buy a new phone since mine was just beyond the warranty. ATT told me to go to see Yoda at Gadgetguyz. Simple location to get to and within 5 minutes he had my phone opened, recognized it needed a new battery and was back to working again. MUCH cheaper than buying another phone.

So i called all over Hawaii for a screen repair on a Galaxy Note 9. Every other major phone repair company was ripping me off of parts and labor. Samsung quoted my repair to be just about 239 dollers. Which is why Gagdet Guys is truly an honest company. They gave me a quote of just 230$ . If you need your beloved mobile phone repaired, I strongly recommend "Gadget Guyz"! "Master Yoda" definitely knows his stuff - he replaced a battery in my HTC phone that others wouldn't touch! The parking for the shop is rough tho' - there's only 3 spots close on Queen St (with NO morning or afternoon peak time parking). Next closest places to try are on Emily or Kawaiahao Streets.

My son broke his on/off button on his new iPhone 4s and I was referred by a friend at the Apple Store to the Gadget Guyz across from the convention center sharing the parking lot with Seven 11. It was late in the evening but I was desparate since I don't like being out of contact with my 17 year old son (Giving him all kinds of excuses to go sideways.) I had already gone to Apple and they said it would take a week and $200 dollars! After checking out the phone, the technician "Yoda"??? was able to fix it whlie I waited and for only $60! I recommend him to anyone needing any repair to any cellular telephone of any make or model, this guy is a genius and it was a blast watching him do his magic on all the tiny internal (never seen the insde of an iPhone before) parts! call gadget guyz and asked if he replaces galaxy 7 edge batteries and he said he did so i told him i will pick up the battery and come over he told me not to buy the battery first go to his place and he'll check the phone first good thing battery was ok phone had a bad chip He gave me the place i could send my phone and the phone number He is very honest and helpful. great place to take your phone to repair

My daughter had destroyed her iPad - multiple screen cracks, a non working home button, a non scrollable screen..... both the Apple store and tricked out turned me away - but - Yoda saved the day! Fortunately she is able to once again binge stream Netflix while complaining about my parenting 😉 …

Parked for free at the location. Met a very nice man at the counter. Explained that my phone went into the ocean, and would continually turn on and off. He fixed it in a few hours without losing any of my data. I think he is a phone genius. I don't believe one could do better elsewhere.

Walked in and was greeted immediately I had a broken samsung phone I was told by two other places it could not be fixed Yoda got to work right away he quoted me $35 to fix I was in and out in 15 minutes I gave him $40 keep the change shook his hand would recommend to anybody.

A miracle worker! I broke my phone in maui and I was traveling to Oahu to the next day and every place said they would have to order my screen! (Samsung note 3) someone referred me to "yoda" and he had all the parts! If you are around oahu, this is the place to go!
