Great and prompt service. The guality of the fix was excellent. Dropped my phone off to have the battery replaced and before the day was over it was done. I would have given a 5 stars but instead of calling my home phone they sent me a text. Which I missed, good thing I called them before they closed so I was able to pick it up.

My MacBook battery had gone bad and they were able to take it out ASAP and dispose of it safely. They were so friendly and helpful to everyone who walked in the door while I was waiting. I will definitely be going back to them for future repairs and battery swaps!

Great service!! I originally had an Uber set up to drop off phone quickly and go back home, I ended up getting dropped off and let them know I just needed to use the phone quickly to schedule ride home. My phone was finished by the time my ride came back. Very nice and quick service!

They didn't write my name down correctly or my phone number. So I had to get ahold of them just to have them say they couldn't fix my device. Only good thing is they didn't charge me to diagnose the problem. I will try again if I have any more issues, though. The staff was really nice.

They looked at my girlfriend's PS4. Tested it for 2 hours. Found that nothing was really wrong with it. And blew out the excess dust that was in there.... Since then found out that the game that was crashing. It's a software issue with the manufacturer, not the PS4 itself. And they did all this with no charge.

Very helpful staff. They are a direct partner with Google so I dropped off a pixel 4a 5g for warranty work, but Google forgot to tell them, and even with that going on they were still able to help me.

Replaced my Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 5G screen protector when it had separated and it looks great, honestly just as good or better than new. My only complaints are that it's technically an under warranty repair and I had to pay $50 for it because according to the staff, Samsung doesn't reimburse them. That part I'm medium on. The annoying thing was they had my phone for 3 hours and between drop off and pick up I spent an hour of my time in the store just waiting. Literally had my phone in my hands for 15 minutes to pick it up before I was able to pay.

The young lady who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. But both times i was there, to drop off my device around 12:30pm, and to pick it up around 6, she was trying her best to keep up with a line of 3-4 people including the person she was helping at the moment. Maybe hiring another person isn't worth it, but she kept calm and collected and rocked it!

I was very impressed with this place! Brandon was right there helping the second I walked through the door. Explained to me the process, helped me fill out my claim form. Very helpful. $30 to fix my phone! I had been to Verizon before, my option there was buy out my phone for over $700. Thank you guys.

After my horrible experience at the Grand Forks location, Steven and Brant at the Fargo location were beyond amazing. Right away Brant remembered what was going on with our ticket and was more then helpful, explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. They both were very professional and even had my phone fixed ahead of schedule! Because of them and their time I will definitely be back, and I will probably make the drive all the way to the Fargo store. Steven even asked about the issue i had with the previous store and explained the correct answers. Please clone Steven and Brant they have stellar customer service skills! 10+ Stars and Grade A+ Service.

I had an excellent experience working with the team at uBreakiFix in Fargo. My tablet screen was shattered -- they told me it took four hours just to remove the broken screen! Yikes. The first replacement screen they tried didn't work, so they ordered another. Despite the complications, the replacement is working great (knock on wood) and they did not charge any more than their initial estimate. The guys I worked with were super courteous and professional, too.

Sparklight's recent outages caused my computer to crash -- operating system completely corrupted (long story). Five hours on the phone with HP tech support couldn't fix it, and I thought I was going to lose all my files. But these guys were able to do what needed to be done in about 4 hours, and the system is working fine again. Friendly, helpful, skilled, knowledgeable.

I stopped by today to have a broken charger tip removed from my cell phone charge port. The service I received was incredibly fast and professional, not to mention extremely friendly! I highly recommend them if you have any issues with any electronics. In the event that I ever need repairs in the future, on any electronics, this will be my new "go to" repair shop!

I had bought my Samsung s21 phone and dropped it 3 days later. I found uBreakiFix through the liquid screen protector company Gadget Gaurd. My screen needed to be repaired quickly and at an affordable price. UBreakiFix employees were friendly, honest, and very productive on my fix for my phone. Brought the phone in at 1:30 had it back a couple hours later. I would reccomend them to anyone who needs their phone or other devices fixed.

I lost my phone and Blake was more than willing to help me well I retraced my stores and found it and sure as hell it was cracked Blake had me online pulled the insurance and fixed the phone like new in 25 min I highly recommend to come here for all your phone needs they also do computers gaming consoles and more I am very impressed and happy as hell
