I went in with my daughters broken camera on her iPhone 12mini and they had to order the part but he was very nice and the turn around I think was a week or less. The price was perfect and her phone was fixed in like a half hour. Could not be more impressed by this experience!!

Great place. Stopped in with my lap top. Wasn't connecting. They looked at it. went into settings. Bottom line, would cost more than it is worth (which did not surprise me). When I packed it up to leave there was no charge. That's right $0.00. I will not hesitate to return if the need arises.

One time I needed a screen protector for an S10e and they had one as well as put it on. That process sucks,they did a good job there. Recently the board responsible for charging that also takes in the mic for my S20 FE pitched a fit and they ordered and replaced it.Those fella's know their stuff.

I was planning for a trip to Fargo (I live 140 miles away) and my phone needed a screen, so I emailed them. A representative called me back a little bit later, which I liked, because a place in Aberdeen had not responded to my online query even after I filled it out twice. I had some difficulty finding the place. i first went to the old location, which is still online. When I went to the mall it wasn't too easy to find. It took less than an hour to do the fix. I'd paid in advance, (114.50) and it seemed a little odd that the person at the booth said the charge would be $100.00 (that is that's what he said before I told him I had already paid). So it sounds like Phone N Fix needs to do a little better giving consistent prices. When I got back after the fix, I had to ask the guy to clean the case screen (I have a built-in protective screen that had little glass fragments on it) before I put the phone back in. I think he should have cleaned it without needing to be asked. Other than these few things I was happy. This is the first time I've broken a screen and it does feel pretty good to have the phone back in like-new condition. I went away without a receipt, but was glad to see that they emailed me one. I was kind of in a hurry so I didn't bother about it at the time, but I think they should always give a customer a receipt and not just hand them their phone back.

Wow! These guys are great! Brought my husband's Pixel 3 in to get the back glass replaced. We called ahead, ordered any parts needed, & prepaid. I dropped it off & it was finished in about an hour. The fingerprint scanner & everything works like new. Plus the guy working on it was very friendly & professional. I will definitely use them again & recommend to all my friends!

I can't say enough great things about Phone-n-Fix!!! My phone is 6 years old and my port was damaged, but they were able to replace it. I live an hour and a half away so it was all done by mail. I mailed it Wednesday and would have gotten Friday, but it was Christmas. I couldn't be happier!!! This is the place for all your phone/device needs. I was referred to them to when looking for a cheap simple phone for my young son and needing to replace a shattered iPad screen. I was about to buy an older phone from someone else but so glad I stopped here because they informed me that my provider no longer accepts those phones. I would have been out a couple hundred bucks just for not knowing this! They helped guide me to find the perfect phone for us and so reasonable. I also found out they also provide financing and the latest and greatest models as well! Then I found out they offer super amazing warranties for super cheap. They literally cover everything! So I bought a phone and case, got my iPad screen fixed (super fast & cheap, would never know it was shattered), and then went right down the hall to my phone carrier hooked up the new phone and saved myself an extra $60/mo by canceling all my devices insurance because I will only be taking my stuff to phone n fix! It was so fun when the guy at the provider store looked at the phone ready to tell me it couldn’t be hooked up and try to sell me a new expensive phone and I got to tell him I was already aware of their new policy and had an appropriate phone! A few months later and everything is still working perfect! Customer service, promptness, knowledge, & wide variety of devices, accessories, & services were top notch and I won’t be dealing with anyone else from here on out.

Phone-n-Fix in the West Acres Mall is my only stop if I am having phone issues. I am a real dummy when it comes to technology. I just don't know anything about phones or how they work. The store is a bit hidden in the maze that is West Acres Mall, but they do wonderful work. My camera's glass was broken and within 10 minutes it was fixed! A bit pricey but all things electronics usually are. Overall 9/10!

Stopped at serval local repair shops to investigate why phone was no longer took a charge they all gave a quote to replace the charging port (prices ranged from $100-&120). I decided to try one last place before I decided to go through with the repair and I’m sure glad I found Carl at Phone-n-Fix! He was the first place to actually inspect my device and upon inspection he asked “ are you a concrete worker” and kinda chuckled as he removed a pound of debris from my charging port! Wouldn’t even take a tip! Incredible service! He will be the only place I recommend to friends and family!

We had an iPhone 8 touch screen suddenly stop working... tried all the quick fixes we could find with no luck. We desperately needed this device functioning for a presentation the following day. Brought it to the the store where we originally bought it, and they said nothing could be done other than waiting for a new phone which would take 2 days... not an option. THEN we took it to Jacob at Phone-N-Fix who TOTALLY saved the day! Even though they were about to close for the day, Jacob took the time to talk through some options, and started by just attempting to disconnect and reconnect the display. Took him about 5 minutes and he had it working like new! We were in a bind and these guys quickly, professionally, and inexpensively fixed the issue so we can keep rolling. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Will definitely be using them again!

Love this place. Owner is top notch knowledgeable, friendly, kind, quick. And reasonable. I brought a useless sprint Samsung galaxy s8 that couldn't be used on any other network to phone-n- fix. They happily told me that I was not doomed to have an expensive paper weight forever. 50 bucks and a few hours on a Monday and my phone now works with my cricket sim. Amazing! Honestly the best people and services ever. One guy at a competitor fix it phone place even told me that factory unlocking a phone was illigal.... what a load. I'm planning on doing any and all of my future buying, trading, fixing, and/or accessories from phone-n-fix. Hoping they expand and do more because I know I will be sending everyone I know their way.

Had a small crack on the right side of my galaxy S8 that didn't seem too concerning. Turned out that it caused a malfunction in the digitizer and made my phone a $1,000 paperweight. After calling ATNT to see what options I had for repair, I was livid to find out that they wouldn't help me at all. They said I had to buy a new phone entirely and that wasn't an option for me. I called around a few phone repair shops in the Jamestown and Fargo area to see what vendors were charging. After being quoted upwards of $500 a few times with a week of repair time I thought it was hopeless and I was going to have to bite the bullet and buy a new phone. That was until I saw Phone-N-Fix. They quoted me $350 and offered to fix my phone within two hours. Upon arriving there I was greeted by very friendly staff, that offered a lot of insight about my situation. They only took approximately 45-50 minutes to fix my phone. It looks like new and I have no issues with it at all. They also said that I had a 30 day warranty on the new screen, should any malfunctions occur. They saved me a lot of hassle with my provider and a lot of money. I recommend them to anyone having issues with their phones!

I had a problem with my phone for a couple of months, still useable just annoying. Took it to a wireless store that said they couldn’t fix it. Talked with Verizon who said they didn’t do repairs. Was in the mall and saw him in the center between stores. I spent a total of five minutes with him and he fixed the problem. Definitely a five star and would go back to him again.

The At&t store manager recommended I try these guys, AT&T had no resolve for my phone searching issue. I dropped the phone off, picked it up 45 minutes later, it worked! Mahn, you gotto fix your phone with this people. Best place in the FM area to fix your phone. I had a water damage phone and they fixed it in like more or less 20mins and retrieve all my data. Whatever phone you have, it is worth it. I won't fix my phones anywhere else in the FM area but for this place. Great customer service. Thanks guys.
