The level of service, friendliness, and professionalism... paired with a good price make Wireless Image a great choice! I went elsewhere to get my screen repaired, and it broke two weeks later. He kindly explained why the screen I got before was lower quality and reassured me that their screens are higher quality WITH a warranty. Great experience overall, wish I had gone here first!

I pick up ALL my Wish items from this location. This store is open 6 days a week and this gentleman is very accommodating. On a few occasions I have called the store at ten minutes till closing time and he has waited for me to arrive and pick up my WISH goodies. Cleanliness is a big deal to me. Every time I have walked into this store, it is tidy and looks like he just cleaned the glass. Quick Detail Oriented and He Smiles

Fast, friendly service at a reasonable cost. I have an older Samsung and they had to order the screen. I was surprised how quickly it came (next day service). Once the part was there he was done in 45 minutes and my phone is like new.

For anyone traveling from out of country, if your phone plan does not cover US networks and you need a temporary SIM card, I cannot recommend Wireless Image enough. Just be certain you have an unlocked phone. My partner often travels to the US from Iceland, and we've lamented the lack of easily purchased temporary SIM cards in the US. We've gone to AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile, and they never know what we need, and it's always a hassle that takes us far longer than it should. Then we found Wireless Image, and the difference could not be more stark. We walked in, told the owner what we needed, and he was done with us within minutes. He's a real professional, with decades of experience, and deserves your business.

This is an excellent business. They are straight forward and even discussed the differences between OEM and aftermarket screens. I highly recommend them. The turn around was beyond my expectations. Tom will do you right. We all should support this business if the needs arises.

After getting way too high of a “at other places I called these guys to get a much much better quote on fixing a microphone and a new screen for my iPhone 8 plus. Tom fixed my phone very professionally and accurately. Val also does a great job and she is super cute omg. I highly recommend you give this business a call to fix your phone.

Truly great customer service. The owner is a great guy. I had two water damaged phones, and the owner of this store not only helped us out and fixed one. He let us hang out for several hours and assisted in helping transfer photos and videos. He gave us water and was incredibly helpful. Would do business here again.

Super fast and affordable service. From the phone call to quote an LCD and glass repair to actually having it fixed took about 30-40 minutes. Highly recommend. Wireless Image is so awesome! I brought in an old phone an they took $15 off my bill and hooked it up with a cheap tempered glass so I don’t crack my screen again. Cheapest place in town believe me I called everywhere. 40 minutes isn’t that bad for a wait either. Thank you Wireless Image!

Don’t let the location of this store put you off. Tom was extremely responsive when I had initially reached out, and was able to see me same day. Tom fixed my shattered iPhone 7 Plus screen in under 45 minutes and used High quality parts. You would never know my phone had previously been broken. As long as Tom is working there, I would highly recommend my friends family and anyone else to get your phone repaired here.

Came in with a phone that had a wire unplugged inside of it. Most places would charged me for a new antenna and made extra on me. He just plugged it in for me and charged me nothing beyond diagnostics. Honest and knowledgeable people. They actually called the issue out before even opening the phone. Left the place with a working phone and definitely recommend them to anyone needing repairs.

Diagnostic showed some water damage, proximity sensor needed to be re-soldered and ear piece speaker pins on motherboard needed to be fixed. Sound expensive? It was not. Cost about as much as a tank of gas and an hour to fix and it's as good as new. Thanks!
