I have been bringing my phones to these guys for 4 years starting with my iPhone 6 (which I bought from them). They have always treated me right, their prices are fair, and I can't recommend them enough for repair or purchasing a pre-owned phone. The iPhone 6 I bought from them? I came here about 2 months ago and bought a used phone for my Mother inlaw. The phone started acting up and not charging. I brought it back in and they found the battery went bad. My daughter has an iPhone 6 with a cracked screen and we called all over Denver trying to find a shop that would be able to fix it. Some of the prices for a screen repair were as high as $130 and we were told we’d have to leave it and return in 4 hours to pick it up. I found Cellular Exchange on Craigslist and gave them a shout. We were told they could probably get it done in 20 minutes or so. I was a little skeptical. We arrived and after doing the paperwork we were told it would be done in 20 minutes. And it was. Probably less. The phone works great and my daughter couldn’t be happier. I was very happy to do business here and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs their phone repaired or are looking for a refurbished cell phone. They had phones that looked brand new and the prices were great. I’m shopping there for my next replacement iPhone. Highly recommended.

Somehow this shop has been there for ~20 years and I haven't noticed it, apparently I'm oblivious. But I was referred there today and Angelo was able to fix the glass on my pixel camera in less than an hour. Incredibly professional and kind. If you want to sell your old cell phone or buy a good used one for a reasonable price, go to Cellular Exchange in Arvada. Seriously, if you are looking for value, honesty, product knowledge, and either Spanish or English transactions, there is nowhere in the Denver metro area that you want to go. Here’s why I say this: I had researched selling my 2018 cell phone for a month. Most places want you to mail or ship your cell phone to them and then offer to pay almost nothing. And who knows if you will even get paid! I found many complaints about such sites online. Desperate to find a local, credible business with people I could talk to, I stumbled on Cellular Exchange. I called and spoke with Angelo, one of the owners. He quoted me an estimate on the phone. When I brought my cell phone to the store, I knew I had come to the right place. Angelo evaluated my phone while an employee helped a Spanish-speaking gentleman buy a used cell phone. Angelo founded Cellular Exchanged 19 years ago and struck me as very knowledgeable and honest. He answered all my questions, provided me with plenty of information about the value of my phone, and offered me a really good price and paid cash. I urge you to check out their website, call for more information if needed, and GO TO CELLUAR EXCHANGE. You will be glad you did.

I needed a new glass and charging port on my 6plus and rob called and said it needed a new battery also so I authorized it but when I picked it up he said it only needed a battery and not the charging port so he could have charged me for all 3 but he was honest and extremely helpful and got it done fast and it works great. Had a shattered screen on a Google pixel 3, so I called around to get pricing. Luckily my LCD wasn't messed up so I only had to replace the glass, and they had the cheaper pricing. They quoted 3-5 business days for the shipping of the parts; it came in 4 days. They called me right away and installed that day I brought in the phone. Quality of work was great - no scratches or dents. They left the plastic cover on the screen for me to take off myself. You can't even tell it's not the original screen. To top it off they charged the phone for me. Great customer service, would recommend for any cell phone repairs.

He was super friendly and helpful, both in person and on phone, I decided to give it a go since I couldn't find any better deals. I went in the next day, a Sunday, and was greeted by Javier who was happy to help. He not only fixed my cracked screen, but put a glass protector on and I ended up only paying $124 total. My phone looks amazing and works way better! He had it done in an hour and even told me other things he fixed and suggested other improvements to be done to it in the future. They actually remembered who I was and were prompt to help me find a better phone. They generously offered to put a brand new battery in if I ever had any issues. After a series of events where we discovered the problem with our old phone was simply a Verizon network issue (not a broken phone), he gladly refunded our money on the new phone we had purchased. Then it went out while I was on vacation. I let them know . I got back after my warranty was up but they still let me swap out phones. Wow! I don't think I've ever received better customer service anywhere else...I came in with my mom and sister to unlock our phones since our AT&T bill was getting out of hand when we mentioned this to rob he came up with a lot better and cheaper route then what we had planned...now all of us have a working phone on a prepaid service and better yet we didn't even have to unlock our phones or even get different phones. I went here to buy a used phone but they said they could fix mine (LG G2) for about the same price, which was just as good for me. The guys were very courteous. They said an hour but it took a bit longer than that, hence the 4 stars - however, they gave me a free case to make up for it and I appreciate good customer service like that. Came to cellular exchange because my charger would not stay connected to my phone and to find out how much it would cost to replace the charging port. Rob looked at my phone and determined that the charging port was full of lint and would not allow the charger to be fully inserted. He cleaned out the lint and it was ready to go. He also did it at no charge. I highly recommend them. Excellent place.

As an out-of-state college student, the last thing I had money for was fixing my cracked iPhone screen...it's usually SO expensive! After calling screen repair businesses around Denver the average cost was more than $110. Luckily, I stayed determined to find a reasonable AND quick place to do the job! SO! Story goes, I headed over to Cellular Exchange to check out a cheap spare phone, because I had broken the screen on my Google Pixel 2 for the second time the night before. I just wanted a spare phone while I waited for a replacement screen to come in the mail. I already had a tool kit to replace the screen myself, and have already done it once before with complete success. I figured I'd start the conversation out with Angelo by asking if they had a replacement screen, maybe I can just grab a screen right then and there to save some time and money! "Yes, we have screens in stock, but for warranty reasons we can't sell them to you outright." Awwww mannn.... But completely understandable. Kinda sounds like a bummer, right? Well...YOU WOULD BE WRONG! Angelo's pricing on parts AND labor beat the cost of my trusted source for a screen replacement by $12, and that's BEFORE shipping. ...AND I didn't have to wait for a new screen to come in the mail. ...AND I get a 30 day warranty from Cellular Exchange. ...AND I get to support a local business. Angelo knocked out the screen replacement quick, and was so kind to start the job only 30 minutes before they closed. Next time my screen breaks, I'm heading straight back to Angelo and the rest of the people at Cellular Exchange. Oh yeah! Phone works great, and I have no worries whatsoever! Looks like the phone screen replacement tool kit I bought was a waste of money hahaha. Oh well!

Well...even though these guys are awesome in service ...the reviews are correct. I bought a Sprint phone and they fully flashed it to cricket. Got it home and I couldn't log into the android market. First thing they told me...bring it back and we'll give you another one. They said that unfortunately there are things they can't figure out until the phone is activated...How convenient for the customer. These guys sell, repair and flash phones all damn day. They can't figure out which phones are compatible with cricket by now. Sucks...now I have to drive all the way back there tomorrow on a Sat and get another piece of crap. Well...I have to say I read the reviews and have no one to blame but myself. These guys are nice...but that's about it.

After only a minute or two he discovers i wasn't needing a new port that it only had some stuff deep down that was preventing good connection. I made the mistake of buying a phone off craigslist. after realizing the battery wasn't charging I took it to the Cellular exchange hoping they could at least repair the phone so it can be used. after taking it to the back and looking at it he determined that nothing can be done to repair the phone. instead of wasting my time or pretending the fix it with a battery he was honest and upfront. he also offered a 50.00 credit for my known BROKEN phone.
