Didn’t know they had tech support here—thought it was just retail. My wireless service randomly shut off. Chris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me with 5 lines until all phones worked, even though they were closing. Been to a few Verizon stores in the past month, highly recommend this one if you want someone quick and experienced.

We all know cellphone companies suck and seem to make life difficult on purpose, but the service received at the Verizon store on W Madison was amazing. Shout out specifically to Jocelyn who was exceptionally knowledgeable about the products and processes, went out of her way to make sure I get the best set up for my situation. We calmly trusted his professionalism and never regretted it! If you have a question that other offices cannot solve, ask Chris if this is the case. If he can't help you either, then no one can do it. I highly recommend this guy, he is very polite and professional.

Listen!!! My day started with my phone taking a WHOLE bath! I couldn't communicate with clients or book any business. It was a "Murphy's Law" kind of day. This store was my 2nd Verizon visit today, and Chris...turned my frown upside down! His care and concern for my "drama" was appreciated beyond measure. He was patient, thorough, and accommodating. On June 16, 2022, my son purchased iPhone and iWatch in the store with Christopher. We had some unpleasant overcharge experience. The store managers (then and now) were involved to solve the issue. The whole process took a long time, and it has been so difficult to get a promised result. At the end, a new store manager helped. Except a shipping fee ($10, we picked everything in store) is not returned, the manager did a quick refund.

Great Customer Service. But, I took issue with the smell and Dog Hair on the carpet. It's good they allow Dogs in the store, but an occasional vacuum and odor control air freshener wouldn't hurt. Some Customers might have allergies.

The guy at the store really took care of me. I wanted to be in and out of there as quickly as possible and I didn’t want to have to do anything. I just wanted to walk away with a new phone which was the mirror image of my old phone. The guy made it happen in about one hour and then included discussing various options with me and exploring different programs. He found me a good promotion and went through the change over process extremely fast. So far everything is working great.

I was dreading going into Verizon today. After numerous hours being on hold and having two different customer service agents screw up my two phone lines and plans- I decided I had to go in and fix it in person. Well... THANK GOD I DID. Walked into this store (which let me also add I've lived in west loop for 20 years and didn't know it existed- been there for about 5 years) and it was THE BEST. Ulyssa was fabulous. Totally helped me out, understood what the issues were-and solved EVERYTHING within 20 minutes to half hour. I mean everything and some. She was very patient and 100% about helping the customer. I thought I would be there forever. As I told her, I hope I don't have to see you again (!!!!) ....but...if I ever have an issue....you better believe I will be going to that store every time moving forward. Went to this store recently to upgrade my phone and it was a great experience. The employees were knowledgeable with regards to the upgrade options and friendly, which made the visit best. The total upgrade process (backup current phone, setup new phone, confirm all data transferred, delete data from old phone) took about 90 minutes due to the amount of content on my old phone. While this is something I could have easily done at home, I did not mind spending the time at the store while Verizon did it for me. The employees were able to do everything for me but they were also enjoyable to talk with during the 90 minutes. I have already advised some friends to go to this location when they go to upgrade.

I have been going to this location since they pretty much opened in early 2012. I live close by so frequent the store with technology questions - the staff always takes their time with me, explains everything and gives me tips on things I never knew existed and have bailed me out of situations: no internet connection with my MIFI, docking station incompatibility, iphone issues, wifi and even lowering my bill. Every employee that has helped me was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all ends of the technical world. They make going into an intimidating situation easy going for me. Thanks guys!! Ahsan, Geraro and Andy were so helpful! I went to the Verizon store on Madison feeling very grouchy having both technical problems, my contacts had mysteriously disappeared, and billing problems,the global service I had order for one month had not been taken off my account and I was being charged to the tune of $50 extra a month. While Ahsan called the Verizon billing department on my behalf, Geraro figured out what had happened to my contacts and restored them. It was old fashioned customer service! Thank you.
