I went on recommendation from an employee at Batteries Plus. I had made an appointment on line to have the back glass fixed on my Samsung Note. Only to arrive and be told that the glass wasn't available. Anyway, the young man said that he knew somewhere I could take my phone to and it would cost me only $50! He called over to MK and asked if they had the part in stock and they DID. They took my phone in right away. They have a broad selection of cell phone supplies and accessories. They even state that they fix iPads, laptops, and computers. The only issue I encountered was that I was told my phone would be ready in 30 mins and it took more than an hour. I won't deduct a star for that though. There's food and shopping in the area and a restaurant right next door. I did purchase a few other things and they took $5 off for the extended wait.

I wholeheartedly endorse MK Cellphones and Repair. The keys are honesty, service and value. The charging port on my iPhone was not working properly, even after using compressed air to clean, etc. I went into the shop with the anticipation/expectation of paying $50 for a new port. The owner cleaned and fixed it (in less than 10 minutes) and charged only $10, in spite of the fact that I asked specifically for a far more expensive (and unnecessary) repair. What more could one ask for of a local business?

Excellent service! Been going to MK Cellphone for years, and they've been nothing but good. Every time my phones needed services, I went to this place. My first phone died in my hands, and I sent it in for repair with nothing knowing what had happened. When they found that the phone had a motherboard issue, meaning the phone was beyond saving, they didn't charge me a dime! The two other times my new phone needed its battery replaced, it was quick, clean, and the phone worked like new directly after. My second replacement, the employee gave me a logical reason as to why my battery is acting weird so early in its lifespan. It could be another motherboard issue (just my luck!), and he didn't want me to waste my money, as replacing the battery could be fruitless. However he still allowed me to put it in for a new battery just in case (which was pretty cheap), and even offered upgrade advice if the phone ended up dying anyway with the new battery. Overall a wonderful experience and my new go-to place for any repairs on my tech!!

Hi. I’m so happy to have found a place called MK where they unlock phones at the right time. I had locked my phone one day and the staff there helped me and in a couple of hours it was fixed. Brothers who worked here fixed my phone when I completely shattered my iPhone screen. It was ready within 2 hours and I was impressed by their work so I took in my Apple Watch for a shattered screen too. When I went to pick up my watch, I was told I had good news. My Apple Watch screen was not shattered but instead the thin really attached screen protector. I was just charged $10 for a new screen protector. I was shocked that he was so honest with me and he could have just charged me for a screen replacement without knowledge. I highly recommend them, they are very honest and knowledgeable in repairs. I took my cracked iPhone 11 in to get the screen replaced, and they did an amazing job! I paid $130 for the replacement, which was the cheapest i could find, and it only took about an hour to fix. Very friendly service as well. Would definitely recommend!!

Danial is GREAT! I dropped my cell phone and broke the glass, and since I felt like a huge idiot and it made me sad every time I looked at my phone, I wanted to get it fixed ASAP. (Not to mention that I really can't be without my phone for too long.) I called around to a few places by my office, and his prices were the most reasonable. AND he was sincerely the most friendly and caring guy I talked to, so I took my business to him. Initially, he said he wasn't sure if he would be able to get the phone back to me in the short time frame I needed -- he's running an in-demand business, he had a lot of work on his plate already -- and offered to put my sim card in a loaner phone if need be. Fortunately, this wasn't necessary and my phone was returned to me good as new later that afternoon. He really busted his ass and came through for me, for which I am extremely grateful. Highly recommended!
