Pleasant, Professional, Caring! My iPhone XS was in need of major repair (LCD screen was damaged, front screen was chipped, back of phone was cracked). They fixed every problem, the same day, in under 2hrs. Very timely! I also didn’t need to do any prep work with my phone before dropping it off (no backing it up, no removing the lock code). Best of all it was reasonably priced! I called all over the city and this place was the least expensive place (cost wise) by a LOT! Everything functions as well as it did before the damage, and the company backs their service. Please treat yourself to service of this caliber and support this business!

Ameen did a great job fixing my phone screen. He was quick, but ran into some issue with my home button and was slightly over the original time he quoted me so he threw in a screen protector for the slightly longer time. All in all, fantastic service and I would definitely go there again if I crack my phone.

After calling several cell phone repair shops in the area, I decided to go with Cell Phones Fix because they gave me the lowest quote to fix my iPhone’s cracked screen. Plus, they had great reviews! They opened promptly at 10am on a Saturday and Julian greeted me when I walked in. He looked at my phone and assured me it would take no more than 30 minutes. The store was clean, the repair was quick, and the service was phenomenal! DEFINITELY recommend. They are the cheapest phone repair in the area and my phone is like new again!

I’ve brought my IPhone XS here a few times after some water damage during a rainstorm. I can’t say enough good things about the owner and the level of service he provides. He was extremely friendly and helpful in explaining the steps he would take and what was needed for repairs. The turnover has also been amazing with repairs taking less than half an hour. He was also gracious enough to provide great discounts on phone cases and screen protectors as I didn’t have any on at the time. I highly recommend visiting this place for any phone repair needs based on the personable interactions alone.

I had a great experience here replacing my broken screen for my iPhone 11 Pro. First of all, they responded quickly to quote requests, were super helpful, and gave plenty of information about the replacement screen quality (which is great, by the way). Also, the price of the replacement was about 30% less than anywhere else, and they gave me a FREE screen protector on top of all of it. This doesn't even include that they did the job in less than 30 minutes. Overall great experience.

These guys are great! I needed to get into an old phone of mine but it wasn't turning on. I had just about given up until I did a quick search and brought it over to Cell Phones Fix. After a free diagnosis they were able to hypothesize what the issue was. I left my phone there for a couple hours and they called me when it was ready. Quick, easy and very responsive and professional. I highly suggest using them. They even allowed me to bring my dog inside!

I was able to call in and Sid answered the phone promptly. Upon entering the store I was greeted with a smile and he started working on my phone right away! I came in with a broken lcd screen…there was this weird black leakages in the lower left corner, green flashing lines on the left of the phone, and the phone flickered in and out within a 5 minute span. I couldn’t leave my phone in such a condition so when I called into the store to get my phone fixed and was presented with an awesome deal I came in right away! Within 10 minutes from the Belmont stop off the redline!!! I m very pleased with the service. I now have a brand new phone that was fixed under 10 minutes…. 10 MINUTES!!!! Same day service!!! Did really knows what he’s doing. This will now be my designated shop to come to fix my phone!!! I’ll now be recommending this place to other iPhone users as well! Out of 10 I rate this service a 12!!! Very very pleased with the service and I highly recommend!

I went in Cell phones fix ( CPF ) with my completely shattered LCD It actually belongs to the public schools property and my son who is 7 years old broke it and he has to attend class next day Remote. no other repair shop was willing to repair it in such a short notice ,noone has parts, But thanks to CPF the guy did a great job he fixed it within 2 hours .I am so thankful to CPF .my son wiuld have missed his class tomorow but i am so Glad CPF TOOK CARE of it .I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

I usually have a place to go to on the westside, but with the weather, it's been way too hard to find a convenient shop. I stopped in here for an estimate, and these guys gave me top quality work! Felt like I walked into an Apple store. Dan assisted me, and really took time to look into my phones diagnostics, and gave me a good idea of my issues. The store had not opened for business yet (the next day was their grand opening), but the new manager quickly took care of my issues and had everything I needed immediately. They had to order the screen for it, but they let me take my iPad home while they waited for the screen to come, and it only took about a day for the screen to get there. Once I brought it back in, it took just a few hours for them to fix it. Great value as well!

Siid is an extremely nice guy. Came in just to get a price quote on fixing the back glass on my iphone, and he said he'd do it for 89.99. I know this is a really good price but the fact that he said he could have it done in 2 hours really blew my mind. I need my phone for work so wasnt prepared to go without it for a day or two while it had some cosmetic fix so this was perfect. came back to pick it up 2 hours later and had the job finished perfectly and a great conversation with before setting way. I walked into the Apple Store to get my screen repaired (it cracked front/back glass completely after a very unlucky drop while I was traveling). I was told that I would have to wait 1.5 hours for a "walk-in" appointment, and that they would text me when that became available. When asked why I couldn't just simply leave my phone with them and come pick it up when ready, they said that an "in person meeting" was required. When I asked when the next non walk-in appointment was, they told me I would need to wait at least three days. I googled "screen repair" and immediately found CPF which recently opened at N Clark and W Divesey intersection . Jr. Was very courteous, He quickly ran a few assessments on my iPhone X to make sure there was no internal damage (literally took less than five minutes) and told me my phone would be ready in 45-60 minutes and that I could come back to pick it up then. In sum, I would use this place in a heartbeat again.

Never before i have any issues with phones-always upgraded to the next Huawei top model. Unfortunately my wife drop my first p9. screen was broken and (3 years) battery did't hold the charge. I love this phone the most. Consider it better (IMHO) then my Huawei p30 pro. Thats why i decided to fix it. Convenient location & great reviews made my choice and I was not disappointed. I made my phone unusable a while back attempting to repair it myself. In the process, I lost the screws inside of it. I walked in and asked if they had the screws I needed and was surprised to find that, not just did they have them, but they didn't charge me for them. On top of that, they asked the questions to make sure I got the right parts and were friendly the entire time. If they're willing to go to that length for a customer that they're not charging, I can only assume that they'll do great things for people who actually pay for their services. If I ever break my current phone, I know exactly where to go to get taken care of.
