Just over a month ago we went there to get new phones and the service was wonderful. Alex helped us and he was incredibly helpful, patient and friendly. We moved from the DC area where customer service was non-existent so this was a refreshing change to be treated so well. Keep up the GREAT work!

Staff was super patient and professional and down to earth. Colten Walked Me Through A annoying process to get my phone service active from a “lost” state that I did not do! He was calm and very devoted to getting the task at hand completed for me. I wish I could give the over all experience 6 stars because honestly that’s what it was. Customer service was out of this world which is rare these days! The entire staff checked on me and engaged to help the process! Three thumbs up highly recommended this location.

It was pretty good.im 70 years old .the place needed a spot for someone to sit .we were there for 3 and a half hours.service was great.i just think thats a long time to get 2 new phones.it was just like when you go out and buy a car.i guessit is something that takes that long

I can't help but be disappointed. I went in to sign up for the $35 Unlimited Kickstart deal. I left thinking this was a 5 star experience. However unfortunately since then I have been made aware of a few important inaccuracies. One, I was told the hulu deal was not included in this plan. It is. Two, I was told autopay was going to set up for me in order to receive the $5 monthly discount. It wasn't. Three, I was told the bill will be $30 flat. It won't. Total monthly charges will add up to just over $45 according to the My sprint app. Which is even different from the $40 est that I noticed on the receipt after the fact. If were not still better price than what I was paying at Verizon I would cancel. Nowhere on there ad does it say anything about ADDITIONAL FEES!!!! Feels a bit bait and switchy! As far as the performance, so far it has been fine in town however websites did take a bit to load on base, though music streams fine.

So far so good. Still, in the honey moon phase but I like the service I have received as of now! Patient and take a lot of time while still have enough staff on hand to help other customers, so no one is waiting in line forever. I recently switched from AT&T and Sprint has treated me way better than AT &T has.

I had an amazing experience at this location. I couldn't believe the level of professionalism that the associates held, while also remaining friendly and helpful. I switched from Verizon and the associate, Taylor, laid out exactly how much I would save. I am loving my new phone and cut in half plan. He was great, and you simply won't get awesome service like Taylor's at Verizon or anywhere else in Cheyenne.

I had a issue with my LG G-4 cell phone it quit working a brick useless.I had this phone less than a year so I went out to the local Sprint Store to see what could be done I feel I was getting the run arround from sprint I did the exchange deal from Sprint they said they had no LG"S they were back ordered this is my only phone.I recieved a E-Mail send it was recieved I called Sprint they said phone would be here buy Tuesday or Wensday did not show up.I went out to Sprint Store and talked to Allen Richardson if not for him I would have gone back to AT& T Allen went Far and Above what I expected to make things right A++++ he did not give up until things were made right I was very happy with his service thanks Allen so much.

Taylor was of great help he sold well apparently because got us to start a plan as well buy accessories and new phones plus a speaker. Nice guy, he was helpful at answering all our concerns and was friendly in general. Seemed genuine in helping us get the best deals.

Wonderful experience! Employees were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Went in with questions about getting a simple, basic phone and adding a line for our 12 year old daughter. Answered all our questions and did not once try to push us to by something or sign up for any bogus deals. They even said we could order her phone online and as long as we brought it in to activate, it would save us alot in the long run. Total opposite of the jerk associated at the Fort Collins, CO store.

Allen Richardson is an amazing employee. We went in to check our plan and fix some issues that we had. He was very knowledgeable and he explained everything to our satisfaction. My sister and I both had some different ideas of how things were working and how to take care of the cost. He listenened to both of us and he explained things so we both understood. Definitely professional and management material for Taylor. Good luck on your Assistant Manager spot Taylor! Was in and out with a new phone, case and a hot spot within an hour.

Tonight I visited our Cheyenne Sprint store looking to buy a new case for my phone as mine had broke. Patrick was so eager to help and talked me out of spending unnecessary money. As a mom of 3, and recovering from pelvic and femur reconstruction surgeries, this really meant a lot to me. Could not have asked for better service. You don't see many salesmen try to talk you out of buying a product. Allen then helped me after the fact in giving Patrick the recognition he deserves. These guys were truly genuine. Great team work!!

A really patient young lady named Mari helped my husband and me to get a new phone set up that we’d received in the mail a week earlier. She transferred our data, etc from old phone to new phone and helped set up the old phone for my husband. Mari spent a lot of time with us; I felt guilty and apologized several times. Mari said, “You know, this is my job and I’m absolutely going to take as much time as it takes to make sure we get this right!” In a time when elderly folks like us sometimes aren’t able to get the services we need due in part to age discrimination…it’s so encouraging to find sweet, kind sales folk like Mari and Chase at this store!! When we need new phones…guess where we are going?!!! Yep, right back to the store we received outstanding service! Thank you Mari and Chase!
