Shane and Rikki provided excellent, fast service. I bought a new Samsung Galaxy. They ported over most of my info and showed me how to do the rest at home. EZ Peezy. They transferred over my existing account with no issues. This is why I've been in an unlimited plan with direct payment every month and I also get a $5 discount. You can't beat Cricket's service and prices unlike a couple of the other biggies that I tried long-ago.
