I had an amazing experience at Wires Computing! I had been to 3 places prior that were not able to fix the screen on my Pixel and was so happy to have found this place, as I definitely couldn't afford a new phone! I went in a little after their open hours and they assured me the phone would be done in 20 min, but came out in less than 10 with my phone looking like new! The only reason I am even able to write this review was that these guys fixed my phone since I was using one that barely let me open a single app! They take pride in doing a good job and were incredibly pleasant as far as customer service! I am so happy with the outcome and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good local company to fix your phone.

I decided to buy my Onewheel GT here instead of online and I'm so glad I did! Jordan was super helpful throughout the process from selecting the board, picking accessories, and even offering to help me learn to ride once it had been delivered. I'd absolutely recommend stopping by whether you're just curious about onewheeling or already have a board.

I somehow dropped my new iPhone 13 from lower than standing height with a screen protector and a case on it onto carpeted flooring. The phone was bent and the screen was totaled - it was cracked and completely blacked out. I was told by every place in the area that it would be close impossible to fix and if it was attempted it would take weeks, even by the Geek Squad at Best Buy who told me they'd send my phone to Apple who would just send me a new one since "the repair just isn't worth it." I was referred to Wires Computing by my friend and walked in with zero hope. These guys were super kind and understanding and walked me through the process of how they would fix it. I just picked my phone up and you would NEVER guess that just a few days ago the metal was entirely bent with shards of glass flying out every time I touched it. The pricing was also more than reasonable and way less than any quote I got from other places in the area (on top of the fact that they couldn't guarantee that they could fix it). Fingers crossed for no more tech accidents but if it comes down to it, this is the only place I'll go! I seriously cannot thank you guys enough, especially for helping recover 5 months' worth of puppy pictures that I was devastated to almost have lost. Thanks for your professionalism and strong work!

Good service,price, location and people, but I was surprised they couldn’t replace my cracked android screen! I so understand why though. I’m also annoyed they threw away parts I already gave them to try, and under my ownership. Wish they would’ve discussed with me beforehand. Overall satisfied

Jordan was great helping me get my iPhone 13 cracked screen fixed. The other shop in town couldn't do it and wanted more then what wires quoted me. It was fixed really quickly and looks just like new. This is go to repair shop!

These guys are fantastic. They fixed my Dell XPS 15 laptop screen. The part took a week to arrive but within the day of arrival they had completed the work. Screen looks fantastic and everything works well. And great prices as well! Seriously saved my butt here. Very professional and quick communication as well.

I'd never had to get a phone repaired before, and I was worried it would be scammy and difficult. These guys were super easy to work with, and got it done faster than expected. The ticketing system is great because you get automated updates and know what's going on. Support this local shop instead of going to the mall, it's worth it!

This starts with a confession of incredible blundering in trying to upgrade to a new and expensive Ryzen processor. Not once, but twice I bent and broke off some pins on two processors. I could not believe my luck when I found Wires in my neighborhood. They were able to repair BOTH processors for a lot less than I paid for them and they work perfectly. Highly recommended.

My phone (iPhone 8 plus) has a broken screen as well as a failing battery. My repair was done within 57 minutes while I was sitting in the waiting be room. Great customer service and the front desk guy was pretty nice and helpful

I love these guys, it seems like they really have it together. I brought my cracked macbook computer in for repair and they told me the model right away (I'm sure they see them all the time) then they emailed me a quote for repair about 20 mins later and then they just ordered the new screen for me. Repair was fast since they overnighted it with another order so all in all it took only 3 days for my macbook screen to be replaced/repaired. Will definitely visit wires computing when I'm in Burlington again!

I was having some troubles charging my iPhone and Jordan was able to inspect my phone and found out there was some lint and dirt that needed to be cleaned out of the port. After cleaning the port the cable didn't wiggle anymore and I'm now able to charge my phone perfectly. Saved me a ton of money so I didn't have to get a new one!

I have been to every tech place in burlington area twice trying to find someone who could get the songs off my broken phone. Every single place said they couldn't and basically that I was stupid for trying, then tried to upsell me cheap products for a lot more than they were worth because they sensed I was upset about losing a lot of things I put my heart and soul into and were trying to game me into making a quick buck. I mentioned that I knew Jordan somewhat and maybe he might be able to after they disrespected me and everyone I said it to got extremely whiny and submissive like an angry 14 year old nerd. I went to wires and met with one of Jordan's EMPLOYEES and they treated me well and even sympathized with my issue, we talked about how the worlds changed and how fun life could be if you took a chance for once and opened your eyes. I never got my phone fixed but this is a repair place, its what they do. And if its important these real human beings care and are open enough to accommodate you out of the kindness of their heart. Don't believe the bad reviews, his competition is a bunch of angsty gamers who sweat profusely and get nervous around any female other than the mother they go home to. I recently had a great experience getting my MacBook Pro battery replaced at Wires Computing! They quoted me significantly less than other repair shops, were responsive via the online portal (that tracks the repair status), and even replaced my trackpad at no extra cost because they found that the old battery had expanded and caused some damage to it. Waiving the trackpad cost was such a pleasant surprise and very much appreciated! The techs were friendly and professional too.

They admitted defeat against my PlayStation 5. Truly noble of them. Additionally they fixed what they could and charged me less than they normally would. I can likely send it somewhere, such as Sony, to get it repaired fully. No worries- there’s always this standard people set on hardware engineers to repair anything, but this is not only a newer model, I know the struggles of repairing something like a laptop or a console… it’s difficult. I’m honored to have found a place that even attempted to repair it, most places wouldn’t. I may be back, but I really hope I don’t have to be, of course.

Unfortunately at the end of last year, I was having problems with both my phone and my laptop. I was happy to know that Wires Computing would be able to handle both issues. They were quick to diagnose what was wrong with both of them and ordered parts quickly. I was even able to keep my phone while they ordered the new battery by putting down a deposit. Because shipping is so tricky right now, it did take awhile for the part for my laptop to arrive - so I really appreciate how quick they were to order the part and get it installed once they had it. And when the fan connection glitched and didn't reconnect properly, I brought it back and they fixed it quickly while I waited. My laptop is now working better than it has in a long time! I am very thankful for the work they did!

These folks are legit as heck. They replaced the battery in my macbook pro for a super reasonable rate. Other shops in town (name rhymes with tall bog) will charge half this price to even give you a quote. The owner here is super knowledgeable (and knows it) but I would prefer that over someone who is not communicative. Will be using their services again.

If every place was as fantastic as this shop, no one would need to write, or read, reviews! We were first time users of Wires recently, and I can’t stress enough how great their service and communication is. We self-diagnosed one of our MacBooks, but had limited time to have it fully serviced when we first realized the problem. They confirmed our issue overnight, told us what we would need, and assured us that when our student was back in town they would see us immediately. Sure enough, we went back to them when our student returned, and they took care of the MacBook issue overnight. Everyone in the shop is friendly & knowledgeable, and their pricing is more than reasonable. Even if they charged more I’d still go here because their service stands out in a sea of mediocrity elsewhere. I can’t recommend them enough!

I saw excellent reviews. Broke my MacBook pro screen. DISASTER trying to find a local to do the work. Tried apps like crazy. A TicTocker offered to fix it out in Oregon, but i was resistant to ship. Took a while to source parts, the price tag was DEEP, but my computer is home and so far looking good. Why does this repair cost so much Wires? I suggest it's because they are the only game in town. Update to this review 2022. My MacBookPro now has another defunct screen,ni got horizontal lines them puff. This trip to wires did not go well! This a technician told me it couldn't be fixed for less than $800 and it wasnt worth it. Brought it to a more expierenced technician and it got fixed for $300 new screen. Not all technical support people are equal. Beware of Wires staff. I had a broken screen on my Samsung ultra cost me yonks and had to return the following day because they didn't reconnect the camera. It got fixed right away but what and inconvenience! Waiting till 1500 till a shop opens is not on. It's definitely and expensive and lengthy expierence if you need these guys. Can't really recommend.

It could have been a number of things that caused the repair to not work, but the technicians worked with us to figure out what was wrong and were able to come up with a solution that got my son his ipad back in working condition. My phone (iPhone 6s) had been having issues charging for a week or two and has been on its last legs battery life wise for a long time. When I went in yesterday and described my problem, they knew exactly what to do, it was either a charging port problem or a battery problem but either way come back in twenty minutes. Less than twenty and they were done, changed the battery and I can only assume that the port is fine because my phone is having no issues anymore now that it has the new battery. They charged the same price as what it says on their website for a 6s battery. Super happy I came here.

I went to wires because other businesses were not accepting appointments, as busy as they were and wires does walk-ins. I dropped off my computer, received a ticket to track updates on the device, the communication was great! I received email updates when parts were ordered, when they arrived, and my device was fixed in no time and it’s running great! The staff were professional, efficient and kind and repair costs were quite reasonable. This place seems like a hidden gem. I’ll be back soon!

Everyone who works here is super sweet and friendly. I genuinely appreciated their patience and willingness to try to help my broken iphone. They replaced some parts they thought would fix it and I paid 65$. As soon as I got home, the phone was having the same problem (turning off and on, apps not working etc). I went back and they looked again and said theres nothing more they can do. I do appreciate the work they put into checking my phone, however, I wish they had been able to diagnose the deeper issue they cant fix on the first visit. I also was refunded only 40$ of the 65$ I paid, which I wish was known or communicated more publicly (the refunding policy).
