Spencer, at Verizon in South Burlington , provided the best service I have ever experienced at a Verizon store. He tried to see if I was eligible for a streaming package (I wasn’t). We worked with Xavier Kennedy at the saint Albans Vermont Store. I had some issues with the Samsung phone that I purchased. I had to go back a few times as the phone was not working correctly. I finally made the choice of the iPhone.

I dreaded going into Verizon and upgrading my phone, like I would a root canal. But Zak Williams made it easy, and darn near fun. No high pressure nonsense. He listened to my concerns and advised. A pal that followed me in the next day to update their phone told me the same, but chose another phone entirely. To his credit, Zak didn’t try to upsell her. Hey, you can get a phone anywhere, right? But it is extremely rare to get great service. Zak made it happen. If you need a new cell phone or service, see Zak!

The merit of a good business can be often more aptly measured not by their happy customers, but also by how they deal with the unhappy ones. I have been going to these guys for 5+ years, and last year I had a heck of a run in and had a very poor experience with one of their newer sales staff, who sold me the wrong devices for my needs and then refused to make it right. Thankfully, the manager was quick to connect with me, rectify the situation, and make sure I left satisfied. I went in more recently to upgrade another phone, and the experience continues to be stellar. If you want a professional team with a great attitude, you can't do much better. Big props to Ashley and Gary for making our most recent experience so positive and memorable!

This Verizon Wireless location is incredible. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they treat customers like human beings, not just numbers. On Black Friday during one of the most stressful times of the year, I went in and everyone I interacted with was kind and helped me find what I was looking for, including the manager.
I worked directly with Julian C., who helped me find a great deal on a new iPhone for my mom. He let me know about great deals going on and how much money could be saved considering different combinations of options. He gave me all of the information and let me decide what route to take, he was looking after me, not just selling something.
After finishing the paper work he immediately set up my mom's new phone at it was done incredibly quickly. It was a zero stress experience and I will recommend this Verizon location to anyone who asks. If you stop in, Julian C. will help you out and treat you well. If he is unavailable don't worry, because the whole team is great.

I signed a contract with Verizon almost two years ago, and truthfully I was extremely disappointed. I swore up and down, left and right that once my contract was up I'd never go back to Verizon. Between issues with my bill, terrible customer service, and arguments with various manager I was beyond fed up. On Monday I decided to call down to the Shelburne Road store as my Samsung didn't survive through the weekend. It's close to my work, and I've stopped in a few times to pay my bill - I was always greeted with a smile, and it was an easy process.
When I called, a man named Caleb answered. He was so unbelievably helpful with all of my questions. He was knowledgeable and very nice. He said he'd look into a few things for me, in regards to an early upgrade. Last month I had been in to pay my bill and asked about an upgrade, but I was told there was no chance for it since I was locked into a contract until mid-October. Caleb said he had a few things to look into, and to call him back in about half an hour. I did, and guess what? Somehow, he managed to get it all sorted out so I could get a new phone! I decided to go with a Galaxy S7. Unfortunately, I had to work later than he did, so he said he'd let his buddy Dan know that I'd be coming in.
Around 5:15pm, I walked in and met with Dan. Dan was just as awesome as Caleb! And there was another gentleman that kept me laughing the entire time, too, but I didn't catch his name. After chatting with both of them for awhile (and them seeing the condition my Galaxy was in) I decided to purchase an LG V10 instead of a new Galaxy. I have a tendency to go through phones about every three months, and Dan explained why the LG was probably a better fit for me.... They both answered my questions, helped me come up with a way to get my pictures and contacts off of my broken phone, and didn't try to sell me something I wasn't interested in or in need of. They understood my concerns and were extremely helpful. Plus, they had me laughing the entire time.
The process was so smooth, easy, fast and honestly THE BEST experience I've ever had at Verizon. I'm glad I chose to stick with Verizon, and those three employees are the reason for that. I probably wouldn't ever choose to work with anyone except for Caleb, Dan or Mr. No Name. So, THANK YOU, to you three for making this experience at Verizon by far the BEST one I've ever had. You guys rock!

These guys are great! This is the first time I walked into a Verizon store without getting completely screwed. In fact they did save me money. And we're really friendly, non-pushy and actually human. This is not Verizon, it's a chain that tries to help Verizon customers get a good deal. Try them out. I was busy with work stuff and they let me work while they waited on the billing system etc... Great place.

Rob Small is an incredibly trusted advisor and customer relationship manager. I trust him to help me make decisions based on our needs and within our budget. For about five years Sam Coleman has helped me select phones that are appropriate for my needs. If questions or problems arose, he has been available to solve them.
This week I had a problem with the phone that needed prompt attention. In Sam's absence, a new young associate, Andrew Gadbois managed to address the issue quickly and competently. He got the phone up and running again.

Like to say I had excellent service and Justin Darrah was extreme helpful in explaining the various phone plans. Highly recommend this store. The new device payment program is extremely complicated and he took the time to go over every detail with us until we felt comfortable. This location blows the Williston Rd Verizon away, short/if any wait times and better service. The rep we worked with was knowledgeable, made the process quick and easy, and had myself and my girlfriend cracking up through the entire process.

Truly and genuinely fantastic customer service! I've been to this branch three times already- the second time I had a massive issue with being overcharged for faulty data and by the end of the session there were three separate employees working cohesively and effectively as a team to unpack the issue at hand and work with the Verizon headquarters (maintaining contact with customer service which weren't necessarily as helpful I'm sorry to say but we ended up to a tier 2 technician, prompted a credit investigation and a call back later on) to form a viable solution. They were friendly, empathetic, knowledgable, relentless in their efforts to resolve the issue, down to earth, helpful and completely impressive throughout their customer service in every aspect. One of them, Sean, even wrote down his work schedule so we could call him further down the road in case the issue came up again. Every other experience with them has been just as helpful as well- would recommend this branch to everyone and anyone. Verizon is lucky to have such dedicated employees among their midst and they should most certainly receive recognition for their impeccable work effort.

As a Verizon customer in Vermont for ten years, I can say first hand that not every Verizon retail outlet is the same. Verizon sales reps are actually somewhat like independent contractors workng through the Verizon infrastructure, so the reps staffing the store make a huge difference in the customer experience. Having been to all of the locations in the area, this is the only one that will continue to get my business, and is one of the main reasons why I'm still a Verizon customer. Although each sales rep is essentially working for her/him/theirself, the atmosphere in this store is very collaborative. The focus is really less on direct sales than it is on overall customer service, and I have seen the reps at this store constantly engaging with each other to improve value for patrons. I have now purchased two phones from a brilliant sales rep named Gary who, like his colleagues, has taken the time to get to know the products and plans inside and out. He knows the the phones themselves, the options for calling, data and payment plans, and is like a ninja finding special promotions and deals to add value to every purchase.
I believe that with a high-end product like an expensive phone, ongoing service should be something that I can expect. Gary and his colleagues at Verizon on Shelburne Road are WAY ahead of the curve in this department as well. Their manner with customers is breezy and casual, but very prfessional. They remember a lot of relevant details about each customer. And they are ready to cheerfully do all of the annoying little things that go into changing phones (screen protectors, adding people to an account, backing up and porting data...) Although their manner is consistently friendly, they do business in a really efficient way that respects customers' limited time. And after the sale, Gary made himself personally available to trouble shoot any issues with the phone, activation, data, whatever. His follow-up is amazing, and I get the strong impression that this is just the general culture of the store.
This is exactly how a business should be run. These people seem happy to be at work, take pride in what they do, and take personal responsibility for customer outcomes. I won't buy a phone anywere else.

I live in Brooklyn and have always gotten sub par service. Ever since visiting this branch to replace my drowned iPhone, I'm much more interested in being with Verizon.
I walked in with only a vague idea of what I wanted/needed. Mr Lee not only expertly introduced me to the options and helped me select a phone I never would have even known about, but he was also highly engaging and entertaining.
Since returning to Brooklyn I've been pleased with how much better my service is on my new phone and have benefited from continued customer support from this location-despite not being a local.
Mr Lee single handedly saved Verizon a customer who was about to start a new plan with a different company.

Stopped in with Bluetooth connectivity issues in my car (due to the recent Marshmallow 6.0.1 update pushed to my Samsung S6) and Chase helped me out. We troubleshooted together in my car for a bit and we (well Chase mostly) figured out a work around... I've gotten music and phone functionality back - had to forego some functions that I don't really use. By letting go of one function I got the important two back.
